The Research of Mutlibeam Data Registration Algorithm Basing on False Grey Scale Double-Zone Matching

Abstract:

Combined with the characteristics of multibeam bathymetric data and grey scale image, this paper proposed an algorithm of mutlibeam data registration based on false grey scale double-zone matching. By analyzing the original grey normalized matching algorithm, this paper improved the original algorithm by adding another matching zone, and then deals the mutlibeam data with the algorithm of false grey scale and the new method this paper proposed. Finally, verified the new algorithm both on theory and simulation, and evaluated the running speed of the algorithm. The simulation results showed that the algorithm did improve the speed of program, which meets the requirement of real-time in multibeam data matching better.
