Abstract: The accuracy and real-time of modern missile flight control system of traditional aerodynamic can not be satisfied. In this paper a new method is presented to improve the accuracy and real-time of missiles under this condition. First of all, a missile sub-channel model of the dynamic equations and steering gear is established, then based on the established model, using PID controller to control steering gear and three channels of missile pitch, yaw, roll respectively which is called missile sub-channel PID control method, and finally making use of MATLAB/Simulink to complete the simulation. Simulation results show that compared with traditional aerodynamic control system, this method can reduce the response time of aerodynamic missile and enhance the stability of the control system obviously.

Abstract: when the system of SINS is working, the calculational process can cause the accumulated error. So we use the Dempster-Shafer Theory to establish one belief space which can choose the better data to use in the next step. So we can minish the accumulated error and improve the system’s precision. After we use the Dempster-Shafer Theory in the algorithm which is used in the system of SINS, we can find the improved algorithm can minishi the calculational error which is caused by the compute of system. At last we can improve the precision of system.

Abstract: With computer technology, communication technology and the rapid development of electronic technology, remote monitoring technology will be more widely used for data transmission requirements and more stringent. GPRS-based remote monitoring system, which is based in communications equipment, through the server to PC, as the remote control platform, embedded applications, network programming and other technology, the remote information display and control. Throughout the system, users can allow each terminal in the case of permission to accept the data on the changes and settings. Wireless network communication is important that the network transmission of data security and consistency, to solve this problem this thesis, performance of network communications software technology to achieve self-monitoring and self-recovery, while use of end to end encryption to encrypt data on the transmission , which can guarantee data reliability, completeness, real time and security.

Abstract: The signals of convolutive mixture in time-domain can be transformed to instantaneous mixtures in frequency-domain and complex-valued independent component analysis (CICA) can separate efficiently the signals of instantaneous mixture in each frequency bin. However, since CICA is calculated in each frequency bin independently, the permutation ambiguity becomes a serious problem. The permutation ambiguity of CICA in each frequency bin should be aligned so that a separated signal in the time-domain contains frequency components of the same source signal. The paper presents a novel and efficient approach for solving the permutation problem in frequency domain blind source separation of speech signals. The new algorithm models the frequency-domain separated signals by means of Teager energy correlation between neighboring bins for the detection of correct permutations. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can efficiently solve the permutation ambiguity problem in each frequency bin.

Abstract: The Mean Shift is an algorithm which is a non-parametric probability density gradient estimation. It can be widely applied to the moving target tracking. This paper presents a target tracking method of mean shift based on SOPC. Through designing the parallel algorithm of the system, to take into account the cost of FPGA hardware and complexity of the model, we improve the real-time of the target tracking. Meanwhile, through modeling based on DSP Builder, instead of preparing FPGA hardware description language code, we reduce system designing complexity and improve the designing efficiency of the electronic system . The results show that the real-time of the target tracking is proportional to the Parallelism of design, and the system can meet with the real-time of high-speed visual tracking.

Abstract: An offline handwritten Chinese character recognition system based on feedback structure is constructed. By imitating the feedback behavior in the human brain, the operating mechanism is presented. By comparing the recognition result character with the input character, four kinds of general characters recognition errors are defined. According to the analysis of the general errors, the evaluation mechanism and regulation mechanism of closed-loop based on feedback is made. Based on the trend of errors, the recognition process is adjusted to make the whole operating mechanism more reasonable. The results of simulation show that this system is efficient.

Abstract: In this paper, a hierarchical economic evaluation index system for distribution network is established. The various indicators of the distribution network and the correlation between the distribution network in order to form is proposed. Substructure discovery algorithm is used to data mining. To avoid falling into local optimum, efficient global search capability of particle swarm is applied to substructure algorithm optimization. Finally, an example demonstrates the reasonablity and effectivity of the substructure found algorithm applied into distribution network economic evaluation. Optimization speed with particle swarm algorithm is fast. This study have practical significance to network planning.

Abstract: This paper addresses the problem of stabilizing linear continuous-time systems with uncertain parameters, where sensors, controllers and plants are connected by a digital communication channel. A necessary and sufficient condition for stabilization of linear uncertain systems is derived. The method to be proposed here relies on linear matrix inequalities. Simulation results show the validity of the proposed scheme.

Abstract: The information capacity of the characters on the license plate images affects the accuracy of recognition directly. To improve the recognition rate of vehicle license, considering the low cost of installing cameras nowadays, this thesis put forwards that, adopting images from two cameras in different angles. the license plate location, character division and feature extraction process are done separately, and then information fusion technique is used to confirm the more reliable recognition result, which can reduce the error recognition rate of characters. The contrast experiments show that this method can improve the accuracy of license plate recognition.
