Abstract: Electromagnetic simulation software FEKO was used to set up the equipment model and plane wave environment. Data showed: distortion took place in the electric field near the centre of equipment, whose main weight direction related to frequency, resonance phenomenon presented at frequency of 700MHz, 800MHz, 900MHz;there was enhancement area of electromagnetic coupling field near the body centre within the equipment, and staff members or the test equipment should avoid this area; the morphism opening had similar laws to electromagnetic energy coupling; there was strong electromagnetic coupling area that appeared within the equipment at frequency of 150MHz;when frequency was smaller than 50MHz, semi-circular form of launching near the openings could be observed, whose regional border was clear, but with the rising of frequency, the regional border faded gradually, and the body surface of package shell within the equipment displayed gradually in the reflection and absorption of the electromagnetic coupling field around; the curve mode of the approximate " hump " appeared in observing the both sides curve of the window, which had reflected the transmission function as the equivalent aerial of the window.

Abstract: On EHV transmission lines, the impact of distributed capacitance is necessary to be considered in case of fault location. A novel fault location method for single-phase grounded fault of transmission lines is presented based on the distributed parameter model of transmission line. In this method only the voltage and current of single end is used. The residual phase voltage at the fault point should have the same phase angle as the current through fault branch due to the pure resistive characteristics of the fault path impedance. By virtue of searching the minimum phase angle differ-ence between the phase voltage along the transmission line and the fault-component current meas-ured at the side equipped with protection, the fault distance can be located. ATP simulations are used to generate data that are supplied as inputs to the fault location algorithm.

Abstract: Active power filters have properties in rapid reflection, better compensation and the ability in dynamic suppression. An aviation series active power filter based on ip,iq method according to the theory of instantaneous reactive power was designed and simulated with PSIM in this paper. Simulation result states that the filter can compensate harmonic voltage sources, consume harmonic current, and it has good dynamic and steady properties. The result gives a way in aviation series active power filter’s design and application.

Abstract: This paper examines the long-run determinants of the USD index.. Borrowing the BEER model and using cointegration analysis, we find (1) The increase of the foreign exchange reserves, the GDP growth rate and the change of gold price can make the equilibrium USDX appreciation, but the increase of money supply can make the equilibrium USDX depreciation. (2) Although the “equilibrium” USDX tracks the trends in the real USDX quite well, the real USDX has been misaligned several times, while the subprime credit crisis and the following financial tsunami have accelerated its overestimate.

Abstract: In the traditional inventory decision-making, demand forecasting and inventory control decisions are made independently, so it is difficult to ensure that the inventory cost is minimized. To make the demand forecasting and inventory control be consistent, this paper proposes a cost regression model, in which the demand forecasting is combined with the inventory decisions, aiming to minimize the inventory cost rather than the forecast error. A computational example is presented, to show the difference of the integrated decision-making model and the decentralized decision-making model.

Abstract: Human health assessment is considered as a complex process with uncertainty and serious interconnection. It is impossible to establish a precise model for the process with traditional methods. According to the medical experience and the data from bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA), an intelligent structure model is presented in this study. The assessment process can be divided into decision level and evaluation level, and each level is decomposed into 3 stages. In the process of assessment, the transferring manner is defined based on finite-state-machine and the Analytic Hierarchy Process is applied. The problem of interconnection and uncertainty in the system can be solved by the model and it brings about a method to deal with the problem of modelling complex system.

Abstract: This paper investigates the ruin probabilities in a class of generalized Cramer-Lundberg model .Under the assumption that the claim sizes are heavy-tailed, we obtain a tail equivalence relationship of the ruin probabilities and establish a local asymptotic relationship for the ruin probabilities.

Abstract: In this paper we introduce the second type of generalized delayed renewal risk model and investigate its ruin probability. Under the assumption that the claim sizes are heavy-tailed, we obtain a tail equivalence relationship of the ruin probability and establish a local asymptotic relationship for the ruin probability.

Abstract: An input-output optimal control model is established under uncertain influence in environment. The objective function, terminal constraint of state variables and bound constraints of control variables are considered with fuzziness. The direct consumption coefficient matrix and investment coefficient matrix are regarded as stochastic variables. Membership function and chance constrained programming are applied to convert the uncertain model to a definite one. Penalty function and Particle Swarm Optimization are used to solve the model. The calculation results of an example demonstrate that the uncertain model has more practical value to decision makers compared to a definite one.

Abstract: In the wind velocity simulation of large-span structure, it need to consider the relative characteristic of time and spatial in the same time. Based on the linear filter method, the program is design to simulate the spatial multi-nodes wind velocity time-history curve. The influence of different parameter value to simulation result is discussed. The parameter value is determined to the large-span structure simulation.
