Abstract: Based on analyzing of fuzzy matter element and information entropy theories,this paper puts forward a new method to evaluate urban water use, and sets up the model of fuzzy matter element based on information entropy for evaluating urban water use by constructing the compound fuzzy matter element, degree of membership, weight etc, it solves the independence and incompatibility of evaluation index of urban water use. Then the paper introduces an example of evaluating urban water use. The result indicates this method is in conformity with reality, this validates the validity of this method.

Abstract: Hydrochloric acid was directly adopted as water phase and catalyst to prepare the silica shell, hexane and Span 80 were respectively adopted as oil phase and emulsifier to prepare water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion. TEOS was adopted as the silica source, then the silica shell can be obtained through the sol-gel route at the interface of emulsion. The SiO2 inorganic medical capsule was obtained, and the morphology of samples experience from irregular to regular with the increase of both water phase and stirring rate. Stability of emulsion can greatly affect the morphology of capsule. Control of ratio of water phase to oil phase is vital to the formation of SiO2 inorganic medical capsule. Furthermore, schematic transformation model of emulsion droplet under different conditions was proposed.

Abstract: For the DV-Hop algorithm of wireless sensor networks,there is an error arising problem that anchor nodes and location node hop distance is only an approximate calculation. A method based on the original Algorithm introducing RSSI ranging technique is proposed.Using RSSI ranging technology,we accord that if the anchor nodes is only a hop away from the location node,then decide whether using the DV-Hop algorithm to approach to the approximate distance between them. Simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the error problems of calculating the hop distance between the anchor nodes and the location nodes, meanwhile improve the positioning accuracy of the node.

Abstract: To integrate a new roll gap lubrication system into an existing hot strip mill is a challenge problem. A lubrication expert system was developed and embedded into finish rolling setup system. The reference value setup by expert system is downloaded to roll bite lubrication PLC via finish mill PLC to open oil spraying valve and regulate the oil concentration. Oil spraying time sequence is an important factor to make good lubrication effect and to keep the rolling process stable. Since online application of the hot rolling lubrication system, rolling force and work roll wear has been reduced dramatically, especially rolling thin strip.

Abstract: Kinematics model of welding robot is built in the paper. An improved fuzzy controller (Fuzzy-P) for welding robot mobile platform is designed based on analyzing seam tracking control system. The domain of fuzzy control should not be set too big in order to make system smooth, but the system must respond rapidly. P control can respond rapidly. When weld seam deviation is big,it adopts P control while seam deviation is small, it adopts Fuzzy-P control. The simulation result shows that the improved controller is effective for 45°broken line; the welding torch is able to track the welding seam well.

Abstract: A modification to the synchronization law in [Zheng-Ming Ge, Pragmatical generalized synchronization of chaotic systems with uncertain parameters by adaptive control, Physica D (2007) 87-94] is proposed. To verify and demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method, a numerical simulation is done and the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used to solve the system with time step size 0.001.

Abstract: The accurate prediction and control of burning through point are the keys of improving the quantity and quality of sinter. The position of burning through point can be determined by identifying the flame image features of the tail through the sinter. How to effectively segment the image of the flame is the key to identify the characteristics of the flame. By using the approach of the c-means clustering flame image segmentation based on particle-pair optimizer, the flame image of the sintering machine plant-tail section will be segmented in this paper. Frequently, the standard c-means clustering algorithm may easily immerse in partial minimum and slow converging speed. However, this new calculation method can overcome these shortcomings. Besides, the results of the experiment also show that this method has many other advantages, such as effectively removing the halo of the sintering machine plant-tail section, high segmenting speed and obvious segmenting effects. This approach will lay a good foundation for the extraction and identification of image features in the following stages.

Abstract: Based on a large number of welding tests to automotive lightweight material by CO2 laser, the microstructures of welded joint were tested related to performance. on the condition of welding technology, the relationship between the lower critical power of stabile deep penetration welding and welding speed and the focus position is deduced, In a coaxial and side protective gas conditions, through the optimization of technological parameters laser deep penetration welding can effectively avoid heat affected zone of high strength zinc coated steel becomes soft, welded comprehensive quality has been effectively controlled. Zinc evaporates unsteadily, which leads to expansion of heat affected zone and reduction of welding stability, so in this paper effective measures are taken to control it. Experimental results show that a qualified welding quality can be obtained by optimized process parameters of laser welding and adopting argon as shielding gas.

Abstract: Photoluminescence properties of InGaN film grown on sapphire substrates by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) was experimentally Investigation. The x-ray diffraction(XRD), transmission spectra, PL spectrum were used. The result of XRD shows that the mole composition of In in the InGaN film is estimated be 0.2 approximately. The band gap of the sample is calculated to be 2.66eV. A clear oscillation from F-P cavity could be observed on transmission spectra. There are three main peaks from the surface emission InGaN espaliers being excited on different light sources and different excitation power density. which can be explained the broad PL come from the difference of In composition modulated by was modulated due to F-P cavity arising from surface of sample. . It is found that there is some relationship between the position of the peaks in the PL spectra, the wavelength and intensity of power density and the F-P cavity.PACS: 73.61.

Abstract: This paper utilizes the artificial potential field method to solve ship intelligence navigation in restricted waters. Moreover, the limitations of the artificial potential field method are optimized in this paper, by providing the concept of turning points. The reasons and principles of setting them are proposed to improve algorithm of ship path planning in confined waters. The paper uses the Matlab program to simulate ship auto-navigation in Yangtze River entrance. Finally, the differences of two simulation results that adding the turning point and not are compared and analyzed. The simulation results indicate that ships could avoid all the obstacles in restricted waters safely, without crash, and find the optimal path.
