Abstract: Based on the motion system and visual system design of flight simulator, the software and hardware design in motion system and visual system of flight simulator is regared as key problem. The fidelity automatic test system is discussed. The aim is to explore a complex system integration method. The fidelity automatic test system is used to detect the fidelity of motion system and visual system. The results show that the design of motion and visual system is reasonable and the performance can meet demand of fidelity.

Abstract: It is often needed in engineering that detecting and analyzing vibration signal of some equipment. To meet the requirement, a portable detecting and analytic instrument was designed using virtual instrument concept. In the instrument, notebook computer was used as the platform of hardware. Vibration signal was obtained by integrated piezoelectric acceleration sensor (DTS0104T), and was transferred to a notebook computer through data acquisition card (NI USB-6210) based on USB bus. The software, running on the notebook computer, was developed under LabVIEW. Vibration signal could be displayed on screen, recorded in disk or printed by printer, retrieved, and analyzed. The analysis functions of the instrument include: time-domain analysis, frequency-domain analysis, time-frequency domain analysis, and correlation analysis. The instrument is compact, portable, powerful, and with friendly interfaces, has broad application prospects.

Abstract: A design method of fractional controller has been developed to meet the five different specifications, including for the closed-loop system robustness. Abstract: Dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS) is a technique used in modern portable devices operated by battery to set voltage and frequency levels that meet performance requirements while minimizing energy consumption. Most of the present work on DVFS policies are based on simplistic assumptions about the hardware characteristics. In this paper, we discuss the DVFS problem under an accurate system energy model which comes from a application system portable media player (PMP) with a DVFS-capable processor PXA255. We present an optimal DVFS algorithm based on all frequency combinations at the cost of large computation. And a simplified algorithm based on two frequency combinations consumes a little more energy than the former with less computations. The experiment results show that the proposed two algorithms reduce the energy consumption effectively.

Abstract: Quality control of plastic for avoiding environmental pollution and food poisoning is of utmost relevance and it is a common requirement in national norms for health and safety reasons. Among series of factors, trademark plays an integral role in the procedure which must be properly classified in order to reduce risk loss of distinctiveness. As most norms rely on chemical or physical experiment, chemometric classification models from NIRS spectra were tested for sampling polyethylene that presents potential effect of trademark by using Soft Independent Modeling of Class Analogy (SIMCA) and Factor Analysis in this paper. The classification models were carried out with two kinds of trademarks (F410-3 and LA0710) of 50 test samples from Singapore and Qatar respectively. And the experimental results show that the SIMCA classification obtained 88% accurate identifications, while Factor Analysis gives 100%. By using this strategy, it was feasible to conclude a better method to classify plastic quickly and nondestructively without the need for various analytical determinations.

Abstract: A lot of risks of management occur under the process of the construction project, and it will always bring more tremendous negative influence to the project goal. Therefore, there should have the effective risk method for the project superintendent to forecast the risk occurrence and reduce the loss which the risk brings. There are lots of methods about risks management under the process of the construction project at present and most of the method emphasize particularly on qualitative analysis. This article presents a method which base on the knowledge of Monte Carlo Simulation. It will combine the qualitative analysis and quantitative research and puts forward a new solution.

Abstract: Bridge Health Monitoring System (BHMS) is a combination of sensor monitoring technique and network communication technique, in charge of working status inspection and health detection and alarm via filed data, providing a solid safeguard for the well-balanced operation of the bridge as well as the security of people’s life and property. In this paper, it offers a solution plan which based on S2SH architecture. It describes the design and implementation process of the bridge structural health monitoring system, by using Extjs which brings better user experience.
