Abstract: In the research of Prognostics and Health Manage-ment aiming at the airborne equipments such as aeroengines, the working state of equipments can be efficiently monitored based on the flight data acquired, recorded and transported to the ground database by the Aircraft Condition Monitoring System.Firstly, the conception of normal working performance model and the Polynomial Coefficient Auto-Regressive model are introduced in the paper to help identify the abnormality of equipments. Secondly, based on chi-square distribution model, the abnormality detection algorithm based on chi-square test of standardized error sum of squares and the abnormality detection algorithm based on chi-square test of distribution fitting are put forward to detect the equipments’ latent damage or fault. Compared to the former, the later can effectively reduce the rate of false alarm, however response unpunctually to the equipment’s abnormality. Finally, the validity of algorithms is confirmed by the results of simulations aiming at a low pressure compressor rotor vibration amplitude sequence. It is indicated that the algorithms will be good tools for condition-based maintenance and autonomic logistics in future.

Abstract: This paper gives out a design of system which can be used to design the pattern on textile fabrics. It goes without saying that innovation is playing a vital role in the design and more responsible for the popularity of products in the market, especially in the pattern CAD/CAM domain. So more and more researches have focused on how to design and manufacture patterns better. Intensifying the function of innovative pattern design has become the urgent requirement of the new generation of printing pattern CAD/CAM.This system applied advanced technology of image processing. At the same time, in order to meet the need of the fast design of the spinning industry, it took advantage of the simple menu that can realize the processing function of images and files. With a little manual operation, it can realize the design of spin and weave pattern easily. And the picture can be kept the file that spin and weave machine can identify. This paper primarily studied and introduced the BMP picture’s load and read and the arithmetic of the meshing and the disposal of the picture. Finally this thesis introduced the theories of the frame of design and the fill of the picture and the realization of some assistant tools.

Abstract: This paper presents novel designs of Ka band transitions between standard rectangular waveguide and substrate integrated waveguide (SIW). The proposed transitions can provide simultaneous field and impedance matching. The transition with a height-tapered waveguide exhibits outstanding low-loss performance over an ultra-wideband range (entire Ka-band). And the other one with Chebyshev transformers has a compact profile and low loss better than 2dB in a bandwidth of 11GHz at Ka band. The simulation and analysis of the transitions are carried out with Ansoft HFSS.

Abstract: A new method of the fluorescent detection is introduced to use for detecting glucose molecule marked by fluorescence in microchannels. The fluorescent detection for glucose molecule is successfully realized in microchannels. The experiment results show that it is feasible to use sodium fluorescein marking the glucose molecule. At the same time, the experiment analyzes that experimental results have been influenced by wavelength of exciting light and acidity and basicity of solution. It is concluded that the glucose molecule marked with sodium fluorescein can be identified effectively in microchannels in this experiment. The new technology based on the study will lead to new application in bioanalysis and biological detection.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an adaptive resource optimization scheme for image coding and transmission over wireless channel. In the proposed scheme, system resources related with source coder, channel coder, and transmission amplifier are optimization according to varying channel conditions and input image characteristics. The optimization target is to achieve the distortion minimization of the region of interest (ROI) in received images under the system constraints. Moreover, both unequal error protection (UEP) and unequal transmission power distribution (UTPD) are considered in the presented scheme. Simulation results show that our proposed scheme can significantly improve the quality of ROI in received images compared to equal transmission protection (ETP) scheme.

Abstract: In this paper, the structure and characteristic of CANopen protocol is analyzed, and the implementation in a Water Electrolysis Hydrogen Generation Station (WEHGS) is described in detail, which includes the hardware interface design of CAN controller based on the ARM7 of LPC2292, and the software implementation. Finally, the practice proved that used CANopen in WEHGS is a good way with real time action, more reliability and low cost.

Abstract: In this article, the bending deformation of stainless steel fibers during knitting action was investigated. Two stainless steel fibers with different configurations were knitted into plain knitted fabrics on a flat knitting machine. During the knitting action, the formation of needle loops were recorded and analyzed by using the image processing approach. The curvature radius of the needle loop was examined and regressed with polynomial fitting. The experimental results indicate that stiffness is the main factor affecting the bending deformation. Yarn diameter and needle geometry are another two important factors influencing the bending deformation.

Abstract: In order to solve the in-line inspection concerning mica-pulp which is in the state of lower concentration (0-6‰)& general concentration (1%-5%).And according to the photometric characteristics of absorption and scattering about mica-particles, we propose that the laser of wavelength (650nm) can be implemented the in-line inspection of concentration. Meanwhile, we gained the good effects regardless of whether adopted the theory of single scattering in the limit of lower concentration or use the theory of multiple scattering with respect to particle systems in the limit of general concentration. Thus, we can divide the inspection areas of concentration into linear zone (single scattering) & exponential region (multiple scattering) through the experiments data.Whereas, the precision of inspection can be up to 0.1‰ among the limit of lower concentration. Due to some phenomena anomalous scattering which its concentration only can be up to 6% in the certain condition of incident light. If adding intensity of light source which can increase the width of linear zone & exponential region, the valid region of inspection will be improved naturally. Thus, as for mica, the method of laser is extremely nice; its precision of inspection is high either.

Abstract: The hardware and software design are introduced about electrostatic precipitator control system. And this monitoring and control system is based on CAN bus. In this system the basic data acquisition and control functions can be achieved. The work status of precipitator can be collected in real time and fed back to the computer control interface, in order to provide reliable data support for the fault diagnosis of the ESP, so information integration level can be improved and the monitoring system can be optimized. Simple structure, high reliability, communication speed are the characteristics, and it have a wide range of application prospects.

Abstract: In order to improve the control effect of the Superheater Steam Temperature (SST) for a 300MW boiler unit, this paper presents an inverse compensation control scheme based on the expanded-structure neural network inverse models. The input and output variables of the expanded–structure neural network Inverse Dynamic Process Models (IDPMs) for the superheater system are determined from understanding of the boiler operating characteristics. Then, two neural network (NN) inverse controllers are designed with the IDPMs as on-line output compensators for the original cascade PID controllers in order to improve the control effect. Detailed simulation tests are carried out on the full-scope simulator of the given 300MW power unit. It is shown by tests that the control effects of the NN-compensated control on the SST are significantly improved compared with the case of the original cascade PID control scheme.
