Abstract: In this paper, we examine an optimal impulse control problem of stochastic system, whose state follows a Brownian motion. Here we want to maximum the objective function. The main feature of our model is that the controlled state process includes an impulse control governed by a Poisson process. In other words, the set of possible intervention times are discrete, random and determined by the signal process. Here we not only present a theorem giving a sufficient condition on the existence of an optimal control and its corresponding objective function, but also provide an explicit solution obtained under some simplified conditions.

Abstract: This study investigates the compressive strength, flexural strength and flexural modulus of the short-chopped igneous fiber reinforced concrete, short-chopped carbon fiber reinforced concrete and plain concrete. Experimental results show that both short-chopped igneous fiber and carbon fiber can improve the compressive strength and flexural behavior of the concrete significantly, and the reinforcing effectiveness of igneous fiber is better that of carbon fiber.

Abstract: Using Kaolin as the main raw material,l ultrafine particles modified Kaolin were prepared. Then loading transition metals (copper and zinc), the final modified Kaolin composite photocatalyst was finished. This study used a composite photocatalyst in three main factors photocatalytic oxidation degradation of methylene blue simulated waste Textile Industry water effects. The results showed that the best conditions for simulated wastewater of 100 mL was: methylene blue initial concentration of 40 mg/L, hydrogen peroxide of 0.4 mL, composite photocatalyst of 60 mg, pH 10.21. Under this condition, the chromaticity of methylene blue dropped from 1 600 to 10 after aeration reaction of 120 min, and its removal rate was 99.32%.

Abstract: The paper established a finite element model of DZV674 linear tower (500 kV Shiyang - Wuyi transmission project) by ANSYS and studies its dynamic properties. Its first 10 order modes and natural vibration period are obtained. Based on the principle of Kaimal power spectrum and linear filtering method (AR) for simulation time-history of fluctuating wind speed, power spectrum simulation program of wind-speed is got by using Matlab. The rain load simulation is finished on the former simulation. The dynamic analysis of the transmission tower is calculated subject to wind load and rain-wind load. The results demonstrate that wind is the main design load in rain-wind-induced, but the effect of rain shouldn’t be neglected.

Abstract: Melamine (MA) were aminated with various primary alcohols (PA) such as lauryl alcohol(LA), octyl alcohol (OA) and monomethoxylpoly ethylene glycol (mPEG) under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions using potassium hydroxide / activated carbon (KOH/AC) as catalyst. The possible amination reaction mechanism was proposed based on FTIR, 1H NMR and fluorescence analysis of aminated products. The catalytic activity of KOH was improved remarkably by adding activated carbon as the catalyst support; and the maximum amination yield was about 95 %.

Abstract: In this research, an experiment was designed to study the capillary absorption of fly ash concretes. In order to understand the essence of capillary absorption, samples of fly ash concrete with different heights at different curing ages were tested in this experiment. It is found that the samples tested at 7d and 28d had the same sorptivity. And the height of the samples has no influence on the capillary absorption.

Abstract: This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban-rural integration process, and uses the principal component analysis method to evaluate the urban-rural integration process within Shanghai, Shenyang, Harbin, Chengdu and Zhengzhou metropolitan areas, then ranks the level of urban-rural integration according to the comprehensive score. After comparative analyzing, this paper gives the countermeasures to enhance the level of urban-rural integration within Harbin metropolitan area.
