Research on Engineering Machinery Manufacturing PDM and CAD Integration Solutions

Abstract:

In the construction machinery manufacture enterprises, the diversified users, individual needs and various products purchasing manners become the market mainstream. Based on the common problems existing in the informatization implementation of current construction machinery manufacture enterprise, this paper focuses on the product design characteristics and production management in construction machinery industry, relies on advanced design and manufacturing technology, modern management technology and information technology, combines with the results and experience of enterprise informatization, analyzes the bottleneck of enterprises and proposes the general plan the construction manufacture enterprise implement information through analyzing the information needs in construction machinery industry and actual situations, also proposes PDM and CAD integration programs according to the situations of PLM software functions and enterprise graphics software.
