Abstract: The paper presents the actual stage of hydraulic positioning units with external mechanical position feedback and proposes an original design of a hydraulic positioning unit with internal mechanical position feedback, developed by the authors. The design of the positioning unit is discussed in order to obtain a compact system with low sizes, the built experimental model is described and some results of a first set of experimental tests are presented.

Abstract: In this work the authors present the result of the theoretical researches and experiences concerning the identification and elimination of the tight places in the automatic montage of the electric ignition devices used in the pyrotechnic industry for improving the labour productivity. Taking into account the fact the above production system is an expectation system depending on a theoretical study followed by computer simulation with the data processing product WINQSB, Queing System Simulation module, we identified the tight places that generate expectation queues when remaking, verifying and assembling the electric ignition devices of the indigenous electric detonators. In this way, using the WINQSB simulation, we offered solutions for 3 analysis types: the ensemble and marks analysis which entered the system, the analysis of the working machines using and the analysis of the queues.

Abstract: Along with the increasing number of Chinese automobiles in cities, the vehicle management becomes a difficult issue. The effective management on vehicle is to identify the vehicle. RFID technology can be used for the access control management, which can serve an effective way to identify the vehicles, making access control management of the security protection more effective and intellective[1] . Access Control System based on RFID protocol is proposed, and then introduces a model of system and gives a brief description of each component of the model, A detailed explanation about the implementation of each model is given.

Abstract: In this work, a novel approach for navigation and guidance of a duo cycle autonomous robot vehicle by using ZigBee wireless control is presented. For navigation the angular position and location of the vehicle is measured intermittent by means of an electronic compass and a linear position encoder. Both measured values are then compared through a PC with the reference points of a certain trajectory, so that a given path can be followed by the vehicle autonomously. Besides navigation a self developed algorithm is integrated to the system control for possible obstacle avoidance and optimal path finding. The results of experimental testing showed the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: The correct and quick operation of backup power automatic switching(BPAS)devices is an effective guarantee of reliable power supply to the system. However, when transformer substations are connected to small-capacity distributed power like the local small hydropower stations, the conventional BPAS devices usually fail to get into operation, which leads to the loss of power in some parts of the system. To solve this shortage, this article comes up with an improved scheme of BPAS, which has been proved through PSCAD simulation to be effective in enhancing the stability and reliability of the power grid

Abstract: Paper describes the robots employment to surface manufacturing. In experiments were used IRb60 robot with modernized computer control system. Presented examples of robots using with stationary, rotational and inject tools. Stationary tools were used to cutting polystyrene foam and turning. Rotational, tool with its own drive, was used to milling and grinding mould surface. Inject tool was used to rapid prototyping using polyurethane foam.

Abstract: In this paper we present an approach for fault current limiting (FCL) in inverters of a Microgrid. For this purpose, which is based on the control system employed in Microgrid, we select the proper FCL technique. In this research it is represented that FCL inverter current with limited magnitude of id and iq that are used in PQ control don’t have a good behavior in V-F controlled DG. Current limiting by decreasing the output voltage of DG is performed by the value of inverter reduction of the voltage that is selected by paying attention to the maximum current that is allowed through inverter, this value is two times of the rated current of inverter

Abstract: This paper presents a methodology and a prototype system for off-line programming of an industrial robot using augmented reality technology. The system allows to control a virtual model of the industrial robot co-located in the real environment, planning for collision-free paths, generate robot program and simulate the robot actions before the real robot perform the task. The advantage of this system is use of inexpensive equipment for intuitive off-line programming of an industrial robot.

Abstract: Automatic Voltage Regulator (AVR) was applied to hold terminal voltage magnitude of a synchronous generator at a specified level and its stability seriously affects the security of power system. PID control was applied for AVR system control, but the parameters of PID controller were hard to determine, to overcome this problem, some intelligent techniques should be taken. Wavelet Neural Network (WNN) was constrictive and fluctuant of wavelet transform and has self-study, self adjustment and nonlinear mapping functions of neural networks, so the structure of WNN and PID tuning with WNN was proposed, the tuning algorithm was applied into AVR control system, the simulation was taken with normal BP neural network and WNN, the efficiency and advantages of this control strategy was successfully demonstrated which can applied into AVR system for power system stability.
