Abstract: In the construction machinery manufacture enterprises, the diversified users, individual needs and various products purchasing manners become the market mainstream. Based on the common problems existing in the informatization implementation of current construction machinery manufacture enterprise, this paper focuses on the product design characteristics and production management in construction machinery industry, relies on advanced design and manufacturing technology, modern management technology and information technology, combines with the results and experience of enterprise informatization, analyzes the bottleneck of enterprises and proposes the general plan the construction manufacture enterprise implement information through analyzing the information needs in construction machinery industry and actual situations, also proposes PDM and CAD integration programs according to the situations of PLM software functions and enterprise graphics software.

Abstract: Autonomous mobile robots for vertical surface cleaning have to support their own weight, fixing elements most frequently used being vacuum cups. An original construction of a cleaning robot with displacements in a vertical plane and vacuum attachment system was developed by the authors. The paper presents the most important results of the research performed in order to establish the behavior of vacuum cups used for coupling to the supporting surface in the presence of external loads.

Abstract: The paper presents the constructive solution and the functioning principle of a new type of rotating motor that integrates an energy cogeneration plant. Mechanical power developed by the motor and the steam flow rate needed for the driving of the rotating motor are computed. Finally, there are determined the constructive and functional parameters of this type of motor, that represents the purpose of a scientific research contract in 2011.

Abstract: Paper describes the robot equipped with turning tools holder mounted to robots head. Was used head rotation to the tool changing. Robot collaborated with lathe which positioned in plane of robot’s arm moving. Coordinates x and z of robot are used to control of turning. Controlled by PC machining of the workpiece was made with G-code using. Presented system was used to wood turning.

Abstract: This article proposes the development of a simple, flexible and portable system that will allow carrying out management, maintenance and inventory tasks in electrical substations. The Spatial Information System (SIS) permits to incorporate, through an immersive virtual environment, information about electrical substations, as well as progress in automation CAD/CAE design (Computer Aided Design/Engineering). The SIS provides an immediate knowledge of the substation spatial distribution through an interactive navigation, facilitating any type of technical question as consulting planes (sections, elevations, plants), database (files, queries) and the dimensional analysis of any object. To this end, the SIS developed can be applied to the management and complete control of a substation at the same time as a platform that encourages collaborative engineering or CAE engineering.

Abstract: Various types of DG technologies, their viability and other important aspects, such as the economical and performance side have been examined in this paper. The main aim and objective of this workis to find the most suitable off-grid system for rural electrification, i.e. in the form of technical feasibility, acceptable purchasing/installation and maintenance cost, as well asreliability. The selected system should be able to provide continuous electricity supply, particularly in areas where main grid connection is not a viable option. The result from this work has concluded that hybrid renewable energy systems are the best approach in solving some of the problems related to electricity shortage in the countryside. Hybrid systemsconstruction means that sustainable energy and environmental protection will be part of the overall commercial and non-commercial applications for off-grid electricity supply

Abstract: This paper designs a stable, efficient and intelligent video surveillance system, which is based on the review and analysis of the domestic and internation. And it is related research work on the basis of the intelligent security monitoring. The system is used by the Web server and database server model, and it can detect the moving object in scene of monitor. Firstly this paper analyzes the structure of server system, it uses B/S, database, ActiveX technology and is completed finally. Secondly this paper realizes the video image data in bulk storage, read, update and maintenance by using the database. The bmp format will be converted to JPG format effectively to realize the image database compression. It is valued to the video image data storage and management. Finally, the accuracy and response time can be improved in moving object detection, which is based on background subtraction method

Abstract: The development of Electric Vehicle is not only a replacement of power source, but a new process of reasonable design and development on the mechanical structure and power system. Considering the strained condition of the support structure when the Electric Vehicle is under the four typical working conditions: accelerating, braking, steering and vertical impact, the dynamic design method and finite element theory are adapted to analysis its strength and mode, while the orthogonal test method is used to analyze the influencing factors of its modes. Combining the size optimization, the weight of the power system’s support structure has been reduced. This method, which has been adapted in the independent development of an Electric Vehicle,will provide a useful reference for the dynamical and lightweight design of similar mechanical structure.

Abstract: Above rated wind speed, the wind turbine speed and output power are maintained near the rated values through the coordinative control of torque and pitch angle. Due to the non-linear behavior of the wind turbine, the traditional PID control is not effective in the pitch control. And accurate mathematical model of wind turbine is very difficult to get. In order to solve the problem, the fuzzy adaptive tuning PID control algorithm is proposed in the paper. About torque control strategy, constant torque control mode and constant power control mode are simulated respectively. Based on the analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of both modes, a mix control mode is proposed in order to give consideration to both torque and power. Simulation was carried out with the proposed torque control and pitch control strategy in MATLAB and GH Bladed software. The results proved that output power is optimized and the response of the wind turbine is good
