Abstract: Each component of die-cutting machine at high speed may produce vibration and die-cutting quality would be affected in different degrees by direct or indirect vibration. Position accuracy of paper-conveying grippers may be an important influencing factor. Under some suitable hypothetical conditions, single degree of freedom no-damp dynamic model was established based on transferring principle of mass and stiffness equivalence and principle of equivalent substitution. Position process has been discussed at high speed, dynamic displacement deviationresponse spectrum has been gotten by numerical computation method in cam resting rang. The result of the analysis and computation shows that position error has an increasing tendency with the increase of the working speed. So it is vitally necessary that the maximum speed of die-cutting machine must be limited to meet die-cutting accuracy requirement when natural frequency of the machine is known.

Abstract: The paper presents the magnetic field distribution from the armature winding currents in the slotted air gap of surface-mounted permanent magnet (SMPM) motors using the Schwarz- Christoffel(SC) mapping. With the method, a slotted structure of SMPM motors is transformed into a geometrically simpler domain. Compared with the result from the finite element method, the accuracy of the method is verified. The presented work can be a basic tool for optimizing design and performance analysis of permanent magnet motors.

Abstract: The self-loading device used for side-crane is put forward. Its structure is presented. Based on the force analysis when the side-crane works at flat ground, the mathematical model is established when the crane working at uneven ground. And the design calculation is performed. The self-loading device’s optimal design is accomplished. Based on the above calculation results, the self-loading prototype is manufactured. And the design method can be adopted to the similar equipment’s structural design.

Abstract: A VCA direct-drive 2-DOF precision positioning table is put forward, which can be applied to IC packaging for wafer wire bonding equipment. With the help of a novel elastic decoupling mechanism, the VCA is mounted on the baseboard, diminishing its moving inertia, improving its dynamic performance. The table structural is detailed and its dynamic design approach is proposed. The prototype experiment shows that the new 2-DOF positioning table is of higher speed and higher accuracy than the traditional ones.

Abstract: To improve the manufacturing accuracy of NC machine tool, the thermal error model based on multivariate autoregressive method for a motorized high speed spindle is developed. The proposed model takes into account influences of the previous temperature rise and thermal deformation (input variables) on the thermal error (output variables). The linear trends of observed series are eliminated by the first difference. The order of multivariate autoregressive (MVAR) model is selected by using Akaike information criterion. The coefficients of the MVAR model are determined by the least square method. The established MVAR model is then used to forecast the thermal error and the experimental results have shown the validity and robustness of this model.

Abstract: A 3D flight simulation and monitoring platform is established based on the technology of 3D terrain rendering, dynamic model drive and data fusion. The platform is supported by a aviation project. The primary purpose of the platform is to monitor and simulate the flight status in real-time. The development process of the platform is introduced and the method of 3D-Terrain is discussed. The simulating and monitoring results show that the platform is available and satisfied requirements. The 3D flight simulation and monitoring platform is also proved to be feasible and reliable.

Abstract: Base on the Lyapunov stability theory, an improved suboptimal control system scheme is advanced in this paper. Aiming at hypersonic reentry vehicle nonlinear properties of the actuator deflection angle rate and the deflection angle were studied. First, the mathematical model of the control system is established according to the flight control system control scheme. Considering the project realize easy, the flight control system is designed based on suboptimal control of Lyapunov stability theory. In order to close to the optimal control, then the suboptimal control design is improved. Finally the controller is applied to the instances, by analyzing the results confirmed the method is correctly.

Abstract: An adaptive PID controller based on single neuron is proposed. The properties, control algorithm, parameters tuning, the control law and the application condition of the controller are studied in the paper. To satisfy the properties of the requirements of the control system in an electromotor group, such as a broad dynamic changing range, a fast response, a little overshoot and time-variable parameter, a new-type self-optimizing PID controller based on artificial neural networks is proposed and studied. It is verified that the controller has few adjustable parameters and excellent robust performance. The results of simulation and experiment prove that the controller is superior to the traditional PID controller.
