Abstract: The phase method of laser ranging modulates laser by using a continuous wave, calculating the time interval indirectly through the phase variation of the modulation wave when it propagates between the measured targets, and make out the measured distance. This paper uses the principle of phase method of laser ranging, proposes the overall design scheme of phase method of laser measurement system which achieves the distance measurement by using methods of the difference frequency measurement and digital phase discrimination as well as the microcontroller. It also analysis the system possible errors from many aspects, puts forward the appropriate measures to improve the accuracy of the measurement.

Abstract: Based on the previous experimental results, a scale-up level preparation process of sulfur microcapsule was planned and the pertinent equipment were manufactured or purchased and installed. After that, the scale-up process was carried out for the purpose of obtaining about 2kg/batch. The core content of microcapsules was determined by the extracting method. The SEM results depicts that under the scale-up conditions the diameters of most part of sulfur microcapsules were about 1µm and some of the microcapsules have become agglomerates. The setting goal of 2kg/batch and a slightly over 80% encapsulates sulfur content rate were attained.

Abstract: Aiming at copyright of vector geographic data, this paper puts forward an idea using the monitoring services to protect copyright. To protect vector geographic data by using the monitoring services, this paper describes the process in detail, which vector geographic data is encapsulated to copyright data in advance, taking the ArcSDE as an example and basing on analyzing the storage structure of vector geographic data stored in database format. The results from the experiments show that the means ensures the integrated data do not affect the use of other data, but also the integrated data have better robustness.

Abstract: The nature of service-oriented manufacturing network is modular service network for capacity need based. The difference in service capability increases the manufacturing networks’ uncertainty, making the choice of supplier more complex. A strategy for supplier selection applying FWNN (fuzzy wavelet neural network) was presented in this paper. The first stage makes use of fuzzy system, with strong competency in knowledge representation, to convert fuzzy input parameters into crisp parameters. The artificial neural network was applied to overcome adverse effects resulting from supplier selection of non-liner and dynamic property in the second stage. The simulation was made to check the performance of the algorithm. The result indicates that this method can overcome the insufficiencies of subjectivity, arbitrariness, complicated algorithm and fuzzy input parameters in supplier selection, which realizes real-time dynamic evaluation and rapid selection under the service-oriented manufacturing environment, and its maximum relative error is less than 0.4841%.

Abstract: Enrichment of ventilation air methane(VAM) is crucial to gather acceptable concentration to utilize. In this work, the adsorption characteristics of activated carbon have been tested. A novel three-bed VPSA cycle for recovering methane from methane/nitrogen mixtures using activated carbon have been done experimentally, and the VPSA process studied contains an effluent pressurization step to improve product concentration and recovery. The VPSA process was carried out under adsorption pressure at 155 kPa abs., and desorption pressure at 20 kPa abs., feeding VAM with the methane purity of 0.2%, methane purity of 0.4% with 70% recovery was obtained at ambient temperature while 0.36% purity with 87% recovery. This process has the potential of significantly increasing the product concentration and recovery with respect to the two-bed cycle process by VPSA.

Abstract: The split ring resonators is the basic structure unit ,it is important constituent part of periodic left-handed materials (LHMs).The convex split ring resonators (convex-SRRs) structure is the new SRRs, the new periodic LHMs are made of convex-SRRs structure unit. The convex-SRRs structure is arranged periodically 3 * 4 matrix along XOY plane and arranged periodically 3 * 2 * 1 matrix along the YOZ plane. These convex-SRRs structure units in space periodic aligned to the prism shape, the new artificial materials come into being. In order to prove that the convex-SRRs structure periodic materials are left-handed materials (LHMs), the microwave transmission and negative refractive are simulated using the materials of convex-SRRs structure prism. First the permeability and permittivity of convex-SRRs structure materials are negative value by simulation the microwave transmission, this is the symbol of the left hand material properties. Second by simulation, prism’s experiment of convex-SRRs structure materials has a negative refractive effect, These simulations demonstrate that the materials of convex-SRRs structure periodic arrangement are LHMs.

Abstract: The large-scale vibrating screen has been applied widely in coal industry and other industrial areas as a kind of important device. However, the lower crossbeam is the main carrying structure and is easily damaged, so it is regarded as a researched object in this thesis and it is tested under the load in the laboratory. Based on the test, acoustic emission wave signals can be gotten by modern acoustic emission testing technique. Then, the "wavelet packet - energy" from the characteristics of acquiring signals is used as neural network input vector. In Matlab6.5, neural network model identification is created and taking advantage of nonlinearity and the ability of learning and memory of Neural Network, this model is fixed by training structure of network with training samples. The work presented shows that acoustical emission signal processing and research on early fatigue fault diagnosis based on the wavelet and the neural network is viable.

Abstract: This paper points out the practical significance of the finite element analysis of kinetics on the structure of simultaneous effect of static load and sinusoidal load, and according to the theory of finite element method ,the principles and methods of solving problem were studied, and then in the general finite element software of ANSYS ,through a concrete example, the solving process of the problem was achieved. This method could be used to the dynamic analysis on the structures of simultaneous effect of many different frequency sinusoidal load. The applied scope of finite element method must be extended by using this method

Abstract: Wheel hub bearings are weak parts in wheel driving system because of its bad condition of loads. This paper has selected two typical extreme working conditions for vehicle, namely braking with turning and driving with turning, and analyzed loads of wheel hub bearings. The design parameters of wheel hub bearings are analyzed separately, with the purpose of finding the key parameters in them, which influenced the force of bearing, and finally these important parameters for structural design have been optimized, the force of wheel hub bearings has been decreased by 45%.

Abstract: With economic growing and health conscious being popular among the people, more and more persons are attracted to attending outdoor sports in China. For enhancing function and comfort of sportswear, this paper focuses on acquiring the requirement of Chinese consumers from both fabric and pattern aspects. Through the customers’ questionnaire and visiting the retailer shop, we investigate status conditions during outdoor sporting such as environment, sports strength and et al. After analyzing the investigated results with data processing, the demands that consumer’s desired was excavated. According to the demands, the key factors of clothing for outdoor sports are confirmed. Design rules for improved sportswear performance are presented.
