Abstract: At present, the CFD numerical simulation, combined with an experiments involving heat transfer has become an important approach to studying coal carbonization. The aim of this paper is to illustrate how a standard CFD package may be modified so it can be used to simulate temperature distribution, coking time and carbonization processes that occur in coke oven charge. Content of volatile matters and moisture have important influence on heating rate during carbonization. Further, heating rate have effects on char structure an inner coking condition, as well as the carbonization time. In addition, furnace wall temperature have important effects on carbonization, because they can change the coking time. Our simulation results for the coke oven model are in agreement with experimental and virtual data.

The Markov Skeleton Process Modeling on the Management and Decisions of New Technique Popularization
Abstract: This paper is devoted to studying the management and decisions model of new technique popularization by using the theory of Markov Skeleton Process by Zhenting Hou etc, and draw the conclusion that the number of enterprises which are using the new technique at any time is a minimum nonnegative solution of a nonnegative linear equation.

Abstract: Phase boundary is an important kind of interfaces for the dual-phase metals. Orientation relationship (OR) is a crucial factor affecting the performance of the phase boundaries and the dual-phase metals. Molecular dynamics simulation is performed to examine the structures of the bcc/fcc iron phase boundaries in Nishiyama–Wassermann (N–W) and Kurdjumov–Sachs (K–S) orientation relationships, and the performances of the dual-phase model with these ORs. The structural relaxation shows that the phase boundary with N-W relation has the lower energy than that in K-S relation. Stress-strain curves show that dual-phase model in N-W relation has the higher stiffness and strength than that in K-S relation. Simulation results show that phase boundary in N-W relation has a more exellent performance, and is preferred to be processed in heat treatment.

Abstract: Complex enzymes, including cellulase, pectinase and neutral protease were used for extraction of laminaria polysaccharides, which have a broad range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, agricultural and chemical industries. The enzymatic extraction conditions were optimized and the maximum polysaccharides yield was achieved with the addition of 2.5% of enzymes under a pH value of 5.0 and temperature of 55 °C for 210 min. Polysaccharides prepared under the above conditions were effective against some pathogenic and spoilage microorganisms, including Salmonella sp, Bacillus subtilis, Enterococcus faecalis, Proteus vulgaris, Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas fluorescens, with a diameter range of 5.1 ± 0.29-12.5 ± 0.78 mm. In addition, antioxidant activity of laminaria polysaccharides against hydroxyl radicals was also investigated and it was observed that the polysaccharides displayed obvious scavenging activity on hydroxyl radicals in concentration-dependent manner. Overall, polysaccharides from Laminaria Japonica demonstrated potential applications in food safety and control.

Abstract: Non-reciprocal component is very important for nanophotonic circuit. In this article, we demonstrate that a kind of unidirectional surface state can exist in various interfaces between magnetized gyrotropic material and other medium. Since this type of modes is not limited by bandgap as those in photonic crystals, it provides possibilities for making broad-spectrum non-reciprocal devices.

Abstract: A stable 12-phase AC arc was successfully developed and applied in the field of glass in-flight melting, and the arc discharge behavior was characterized by image analysis. The effects of sheath gas flow rate on arc discharge and melting behavior of granulated glass raw material were investigated. Results show that different sheath gas flow rates lead to various arc discharge and high-temperature region. The fluctuation of luminance area ratio and coefficient of variation reflects the change of arc discharge behavior. As the sheath gas flow rate increases, the ratio of luminance area decreases and the center temperature of arc increases. The vitrification degree of glass raw material is mostly dependent on the center temperature of arc, higher center temperature and more vitrification degree.,A stable 12-phase AC arc was successfully developed and applied in the field of glass in-flight melting, and the arc discharge behavior was characterized by image analysis. Abstract: In this paper the micro mechanism of BaTiO3 ferroelectric phase transition is studied based on the thermodynamic model using electron cloud model, and further the Curie - Weiss law is explained. The results indicate that the contraction of the electron cloud, as the temperature decreased through Curie temperature, causes oxygen ions shift the equilibrium position, and the Coulomb attraction makes Ti ion shift the equilibrium position causing phase transition; With temperature rising, the ion displacement polarization decreases owing to the electron cloud expansion effect, and the variation of dielectric constant with temperature follows the Curie - Weiss law.

Abstract: The paper gets a scientific research team in university as a case, through the collection of the joint research achievements of the team members nearly 3 years to build the knowledge integration social network and to study the practical problems such as relationship of team members which occurred in the process of knowledge integration. From the perspective of the overall network to conduct a detailed study on the knowledge integration network of this scientific research team, includes three aspects: network viscosity measurement, centrality measurement and structural holes measurement. Analysis the measurement results and gives recommendations to improve the level of knowledge integration in the scientific research team of university.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of different Ti content on the brazed joint microstructures was studied, including the reaction zone states, microstructures of the reaction interface on both ceramic and Invar alloy side. The added Ti content was 2%, 3%, 5%, 6% and 10%. The results showed that Ti had great effect on the thickness of reaction layer on the invar alloy side. Ti can inhibit the growth of the diffusion layer.
