Abstract: A wavelet image automatic threshold selection denoising method based on wavelet transform and genetic algorithm. Firstly, wavelet transition is introduced to an original signal and selecting a wavelet and a level of wavelet decomposition. Secondly, the automatic thresholds of every level of wavelet resolved are obtained by using genetic algorithms. At the same time, the high coefficients of every level were quantized. Thirdly, inverse transition of the coefficients was processed and achieves the final resulting signals. Compared to traditional threshold methods, the proposed method has advantages that it can implement quickly optimal threshold and good capability and stabilization. The final experiments results show that using the proposed algorithm can obtain satisfactory denoising effect.

Abstract: Topology optimization is a design method to seek an optimum distribution of material according to loading, restraint and objective. Topology optimization was carried out for board – finite element analysis is compared with the original design. The study shows that the stress which on the board was reduced to a great extent. The distribution of the stress was better than before .substantial reduction of quality achieves lightweight. It provides an important technical message for improvement design of the flexible clamping stent fixture.

Abstract: The motion control system of CNC engraving machine,structured as NC embedded PC , is consists of the NC, a motion controller working as the lower computer, and the IPC, working as the supervisory computer. Both of them perform real time data communication through the PCI bus using DPRAM communication technology. It has many advantages such as consuming less response time, high speed and accuracy and so on. The experiment proves that the CNC system equipped with this technology has sensitive response and good real-time performance and stability.

Abstract: Analyzing the strain expression referring to Castigliano’s Theorem after analysis of the tripod type universal coupling under drawing force comes to the simplified mode of tripod type universal coupling. And with the help of simplified mode, it concludes that the minimum strain occurs when the radius of cross-section of the circlip equals to the depth of groove. After setting material attributes, boundary conditions, contacts of the tripod type universal coupling, and static simulation with the finite element method in SolidWorks, the strain of the universal couplings is carried out. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that when the radius of cross-section of the coupling equals to the depth of groove, the strain is minimum.

Abstract: This paper introduces the basic principle of the microscopic visual servoing system based on image and summarizes systematically about the researching situation of microscopic visual servo based on image at home and abroad. From three aspects, which are Jacobin matrix calculating, automatic focusing technology of microscopic lens, and microscopic image fusing technology, it proposes some key problems to be urgently solved about the microscopic visual servoing based on image.

Abstract: This thesis analyzes the off-line programming system of spraying robot, and study several keys of off-line programming. According to the characteristics of CATIA V5 document structure, a technical scheme for developing off-line programming is proposed. In this scheme, the off-line programming is developed based on CATA platform using CATIA Automation and CAA VC++.

Abstract: In this paper an intelligent traffic light simulation control apparatus based on PLC and touch panel is developed. The device uses the touch panel as the master computer, PLC as the control kernel, the photoelectric switch and the sound sensor for vehicle detection components, to control the traffic lights and nixie tubes. Some conventional functions are realized to simulate the real road traffic lights control system, for example, alternatively working of the red lights, the yellow lights and the green lights, time countdown showing function, manual adjustment of the time, etc. Besides, the system can automatically adjust the time of traffic lights by the traffic flow in different directions, and can automatically change the working modes of the traffic lights by the current system time. The practical application shows that the device can not only promote students’ learning interests and improve students’ practical ability and creativity, but also can be used to control the real traffic lights if the traffic flow detectors are substituted by the earth inductors or the infrared cameras.

Abstract: Based on J2ME technology,develop a Embedded QR Code bar code recognition system.This system integrated image graying,image binarization, image rotation and other processing methods to realize bar code pre-process, anti-perspective transformation algorithm is adapted to correct distortion pictures,solved mobile taking picture on problems of image lean, distortion illumination on QR code effectively, have higher identification of image under different lighting conditions.

Abstract: The longitudinal ultrasonic velocity (V) and attenuation at a frequency of 10MHz have been measured in single-phase polycrystalline La1/3Sr2/3Fe0.95Co0.05O3 from 20K to 300K. The temperature dependence of resistivity indicates that La1/3Sr2/3Fe0.95Co0.05O3 undergoes charge ordering transition at TCO. A dramatic increase in V is observed at TCO, which is accompanied by a sharp peak in attenuation. This simultaneous occurrence of resistivity and ultrasonic anomalous features implies extremely strong electron-phonon interaction, which is due to the the Jahn-Teller effect of high-spin Fe4+. Below TCO, another softening in V accompanied by a wide ultrasonic attenuation peak is observed. The analysis of the results suggests that these anomalies may correspond to the breathing-type distortion of Fe-O octahedron.
