Abstract: Based on the measure expense data from bill quantity of construction works of 38 high buildings in Xi’an, this paper applied the SPSS to analyze the linear regression between the total amount of measure expense and direct expense of project, the measure expense of civil work, bid price. On this basis, the forecasting model was built.

Abstract: The measurement value of weight volume is important for correcting buoyancy influence in the mass measurement. Traditional measurement method of weight volume is hydrostatic method. It is the most accurate method currently, but it is a complicated process requiring the weight to be wetted in a reference fluid. To eliminate the influence of liquid against weight mass in the determination of weight volume of the hydrostatic method, the measurement method of weight volume based on acoustics is introduced in the paper. The results from 1 kg to 20 kg show accuracy of the measurement system is enough to measuring volume of class E weight. The relative extend uncertainty of measurement method of weight volume based on acoustics is less than 8×10-4.

Abstract: In order to reach the object of test requirements of non-automatic weighing instruments, an automatic measurement method on weighing instruments is proposed, and a disseminating system is developed. The system includes automatic loading and unloading function without impact and adhesion. Therefore type evaluation tests of weighing instruments with the maximum capacity from 50 kg to 3000 kg such as indication error test, repeatability test, tare test, static temperature test and Damp heat test can be finished automatically by the system. The system can solve the problem that type evaluation test of weighing instruments with the maximum capacity above 50 kg is not performed by means of personnel. The experimental results show relative uncertainty of the system is not more than 5×10-6.

Abstract: Pumped storage is one of the optimum and practical methods acting as an energy storage plan for conventional wind power stations. However, in northwestern China where more than 50% of China's total available wind energy exists, water resources are always too scarce to support any energy storage systems. To solve this contradiction, this paper puts forward a new-type storage plan for wind power stations, namely the Sand Energy Storage System(SESS). This plan needs masses of sand or gravel as an energy storage medium and simulates the working principle of pumped storage, yet certain devices are specially designed. Additionally, this paper demonstrates further exploration of the SESS by means of a model experiment, and ensuing analysis is made according to actual situations.

Abstract: The intelligent transportation system (ITS) is an important field of technology in which all countries over the world compete to make researches and developments, so the research of the intelligent vehicle, which is the main body of the intelligent transportation, is in the ascendant. This paper will discuss the control system of intelligent vehicle. This paper analyzes the technological parts of the intelligent vehicle control system and proposes that the millimeter radar should be used as the main component of the intelligent vehicle environment identification system; aiming at the anti-collision problems of the speeding intelligent vehicles, it puts forward the car rear-end location algorithm and the safe following distance prediction model based on the neural network technology; and it also gives the criterion for margin of the danger and the hardware composition principles of the vehicle control system.

Abstract: This article chose 12 typical dress fabrics to study the properties. FAST testing and Fabric dynamic drape style instrument were used to test 14 fabric characteristics which were predigested through Factor Analysis to extract the main properties, so that the time to test fabric properties need could be saved, and could give a basis for selecting characteristic indices of fabric properties on virtual garment reasonably as well.

Abstract: The BiOCl microspheres photocatalyst was obtained by a one-step alcohol-heating method. The reactants were Bi(NO3)3•5H2O、TiCl3 and absolute ethanol, and the sample was synthesized at 100°C and calcined at 600°C. It then characterized by XRD, SEM, UV-vis DRS. The results showed that the sample was microspheres, having excellent photocatalytic activity that the sample could degradate more than 94% of RhB in 65 minites which is better than P25 under UV irradiation.

Abstract: The binary row short-pitch transmission based precision roller chain highlights its radial flexibility and circumferential rigidity, it constructs a new type of harmonic transmission unit by replacing the tradition flexible wheel. Driven by a generator of mechanical harmonic wave the rollers of the binary row roller chain mesh with the teeth contour of the two inner gears which realizes reduction in small teeth difference and zero-tooth-difference synchronous output. The rotation components distribute uniformly on a plane. In theory, it is capable to eliminate dynamic imbalance factors. This paper detailed the principle of the harmonic drive meshing and gave out the design approach for Calculation the profile coordinates based on the principle of pitch compensation algorithm.

Abstract: In the reservoir storage and operation process, the geological environment of reservoir bank will change significantly; the changes often cause some geological problems, such as landslide, reconstruction of reservoir bank etc. In this paper, Jiatanchang reservoir has been taken for example, under the premise of engineering geology and stability analysis, Kachugin Method was applied to forecast bank collapse; combining with urban planning and ecological protection, the corresponding protective proposal has been put forward.
