Abstract: According to the current national conditions and the intelligent communities’ requirements on the electric energy metering system based on the broadband power line communication (PLC), this paper introduces a design program for achieving the remote meter reading through the broadband PLC technology. The system takes the high-performance single chip microcomputer and the Ethernet controller RTL8019AS as the core, the low-voltage power line as the medium of data communication, and makes the electronic meters access to the Ethernet via the broadband power line, thereby achieving the remote automatic meter reading. The multi-functional low-voltage power line remote meter reading system constituted by this system and the backstage management system together will have broad application prospects. In addition, this paper also makes a preliminary study on the reliability of the meter reading system.

Abstract: A parametric super element model for cable passing through multiple pulleys is presented in this study for the static analysis of structures.Crossing cable, with varying wind velocity, have shown the expression for in-plane cable vibrations to give good estimates of the actual aerodynamic damping.The load can be adjusted from 20% to 100% of the power supplied and the number of branches connected can be altered. The discretization is carried out by a standard approach and the resulting model is presented adopting a compact vectorial formalism enabling the formulation of expressions. Generation of closely spaced modes due to the addition of the secondary cable plays an important role on its controlling effects on the main cable response through this type of nonlinear interaction.

Abstract: In this paper the vibration of a screw pump unit was studied. Firstly the modal of this pump unit was calculated, which was possible thank to the exact finite element model. And the exactness of the result was verified by comparing with the testing one. Based on the correct simulation modal, the load is identified using the experimental results, and the accuracy of the identification is confirmed using the response error. Combined the response spectrum, the load spectrum and the modal analysis results, the causes and control methods of the screw unit's vibration are analyzed. Finally, according to the foregoing calculation results, the system is simulated and optimized. The identified load is loaded on the optimized structure. The responses calculated are compared with the original structure and the optimized results are evaluated.

Abstract: No-tillage planter is researched by using virtual prototype technology and Each machine parts of no-tillage planter were modeled and simulated by solidworks software. the efficiency of the mechanical product development and design quality are improved, the development cycle is shorten, design cost is reduced. The simulation results show that ridge clearing coulter endpoint track, displacement, velocity and acceleration curve have been obtained through simulation are the same as theoretical analysis. The accuracy of theoretical analysis results is Verified, through the finite element analysis to residue breaking device of no-tillage planter, device stress, strain and displacement, and twisted, modal indexes under specified load are tested , providing the basis for further optimization design.

Abstract: considering the noisy input-output data, this paper come up with an idea extending the deviation compensation least square (CLS)to the nonlinear separable least square (NSLS).The least square method employed nonlinear separable least square adaptive to the noisy situation is able to identify accurately the airplane flutter model parameters. Combining the transfer function model, this algorithm successfully converts the identification of noisy system into nonlinear separable least square problem. The square deviation of two noises and the model parameter of the transfer function can be estimated separately by using of above algorithm.

Abstract: The current status of broiler production in one of the subsidiary companies in Heilongjiang Chia Tai Group was investigated. Based on the summarization and analysis on its production flow and production layout, some layout symbols were put forward. These symbols can bring more convenience if used together with production flow chart in the planning and design of production logistics.

Abstract: The milling planer bed is one of the most important foundational parts for the entire machine, sufficient stiffness is required. The posterior segment of a certain milling planer bed is regarded as the optimization object in this paper. Three-dimensional modeling method is used to calculate the exact weight of the bed and then finite element analysis is used to research the static and dynamic characteristics before and after weight-reduction. The weak link of the bed is found out and a improvement scheme is put forward ensuring lower production costs under the premise of sufficient rigidity.

Abstract: This paper mainly introduces Process Control comprehensive Experimental System Based on MCGS. The system is a small distributed control system. The host computer with Monitor and Control Generated System (MCGS) completes the simulating and monitoring of the controlled objects. And by RS-232/RS-485, it communicates with the slave computer which is made of Siemens PLC (S7-200). The real-time detected and controlled objects are temperature, pressure, liquid level and flow. The collected data are treated and some data of them are calculated by the way of PID operation in accordance with the specific requirements which results will control the actions of actuators. And in addition, the system can be easily combined into a variety of chemical experiments according to different needs. Practice has proved that the experimental device fully simulates industrial control field and it is simple operation and flexible structure, the experimental effect is good

Abstract: The integrated structure design for the transmitter, for use in the Companion Satellite (BX-1) in SZ-7 flight mission, is described. Based on the single-layer structure with several grooves formed on both sides, the miniaturization and high reliability is achieved while offering uncompromised electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and convenience for assembly and disassembly.
