Abstract: This thesis aims at the maximal productivity per unit power for linear vibrating screen. By means of MATLAB optimization technology, the optimal mathematical model of linear vibrating screen is established.On the basis of the actual design parameters for the 27m2 linear vibrating screen, the optimization of vibrating parameters for vibrating screen is solved by MATLAB Optimization Toolbox. According to the result of optimization design compared with ordinary design, the optimization method is proved to be consistent and reliable.

Abstract: Along with testing needs of equipment for modern artillery, the article built an embedded data collection system of multi-channel used microprocessor of ARM. The embedded data collecting system introduced the hardware components, hardware module and design of its software. It had the test data stored in SD card memory, which was leaved in cache and conversion of format, then operating storage and processing of post-data. It shows that: the system can reliably and accurately collect multi-channel signal, and achieve to check artillery’s equipment in the experimental results.

Abstract: For improving currently the low manufacturing level and the long cycle of the production reparation period of aero-engine compressor blades, the rapid response production preparation system for compressor blades was proposed. Blade product line data was managed based on the process main model by the PDM platform to finish data sharing and integration. With the support of the process master model technology and the technical maturity, the cooperation of the process design and the process equipment design was achieved. Three subsystems about blade production were developed and integrated based on the PDM. It is proved that the system can improve the efficiency of the CNC processing and quality of compressor blades, meanwhile it can improve the utilization rate of CNC equipments, and excavate the potential of blade production lines.

Abstract: A type of wastewater reuse system for domesticity with remote-control is presented in this paper. For domestic water-saving, the wastewater reuse system is designed via hydromechanics, and its remote-control system is discussed. The system consists of wastewater storage tank, electromagnetic valve, electronic remote-control device, and pipelines. The principle of its water-saving is also analyzed in three control models. The results indicate that the wastewater reuse system can make the best of reusing domestic bathing and washing wastewater to wash down toilet bowl in order to save water supply. Electromagnetic valve is convenient to control and has good seal performance for avoid wastewater leak. Two enactment time control models and a manual control model can effectively satisfy with user, farther to save wastewater

Abstract: TRIZ theory is advanced innovation theory. There are many methods to solve the problems and to provide guidance for practical problem solving. Using functional analysis method of TRIZ analyses the functions of existing system and comprehensive and clear understanding of the existing system function. On the basis of function analysis get the deterioration parameters and improved parameters, using technical contradiction to find innovation matrix and achieve the innovation principles, the innovation principles can inspire to find a better solution approach to the problem. The solution was verified by the experiment, the results proved that the method can accurately measure the length of the loading vehicle.

Abstract: In the process of milling thin-walled plate, chatter is one of the major limitations on productivity and part quality even for high speed and high precision milling machines. Therefore, it is necessary to avoid chatter with a suitable choice of cutting condition. This paper studies the dynamic stability models of milling the thin-walled plate by analyzing the geometrical relationship of cutting, and derives the mathematic expressions in theory. Moreover, this paper develops a three-dimensional lobes diagram of the spindle speed, the axial depth and the radial depth. Through the three-dimensional lobes, it is possible to choose the appropriate cutting parameters according to the dynamic behavior of the chatter system.

Abstract: A new research method that can estimate the demand of EV in China on the basis of vehicular emission inventory and carbon reduction restriction is put forward. By using MOBILE model and software, China vehicular emissions inventory is created. Then, the demand bill of EV is worked out, and replacement scale and proportion of EV are calculated too. In the conclusion part, quantitative data is given, offering theoretical support for the governments’ strategic policy-making in developing EV.

Abstract: This system based on the fire control safety management demand of Fire Brigade’s firefighting equipment. The system is composed of five modules, such as user management mo¬¬¬dule, firefighting equipment maintenance module, firefighting equipment query module, firefighting equipment browse module and message board module. realizing the category of users access point unit management mode, access for" administrator", " cadre", " soldier ", giving different users different permissions. Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 developing platform, Microsoft SQL Server 2005 DBMS and C# developing language, the firefighting equipment management system of Fire Brigade is designed. Using Silverlight as page maker and the production of database access all adopt storage process, improving the efficiency of database access. Also it can make the management of firefighting equipments more scientific and reasonable.

Abstract: In traditional processing technology for easy tear lid, punching and hot-pressing are separated. They are finished by different mechanisms. There are some producing problems because of separated processing stages. In order to solve the problems, an innovated processing technology and the related mechanism for easy tear lid's forming are proposed in this paper. The new processing technology combines punching with hot-pressing; it can raise the rate of production. The related mechanism not only assures the accuracy of the lid’s forming, but also simplifies the structure of forming machine, making overall arrangement of machine become more reasonable.
