Abstract: Projection Pursuit method invert a number of evaluating indicator into a one-dimensional projection values by the best projection direction, to avoid anthropogenic interference with the expert scoring factors. Application of projection pursuit method for three models of the submarine launched torpedoes capability to conduct a comprehensive evaluation, the best projection direction of the evaluation indicator is got, and a synthetic comprehensive evaluation order of the models is obtained. These supply scientific budget for the operational use , improvements and development of torpedoes.

Abstract: Mobile emergency platform is the carrier of mechanical and electrical equipment. The car frame vibration would make mechanical and electrical equipment failure even damaged. Mobile emergency platform car frame can be considered as the elastic vibration system with many degrees of freedom. Modal analysis is used to analyze the car frame. It is shown that the first natural frequency is 15.153 Hz and the second natural frequency is 19.579 Hz, which is close to20 Hz that is generated by the excitation frequency . Resonance is ocuuered. Optimization design is used to design car frame.After optimization design the natural frequency of car frame avoid the excitation frequency. Emergency mobile platform is environmental emergencies emergency treatment equipment, which video and audio monitoring equipment, wireless communications equipment , sophisticated electronic equipment and instrumentation need are carried in. When transportation or work process, these equipments, especially data-receiving treatment equipment, communications data transmission control equipment, image processing service and other equipment, will be affected inevitably even be failure for the mechanical vibration of the engine and the uneven road. If the equipment is damaged, the entire mobile platform of paralysis will be occurred. Car frame of mobile emergency platform can be considered as the elastic vibration system with many degrees of freedom and vibration led directly to the equipment failure. It is necessary to make modal analysis for the car frame.

Abstract: To study the thermal property and the feasibility about the target type impinging stream nozzles, the thermotechnical parameters have been measured in Xi'an No.3 Textile mill. The equation between quantity of water and pressure, aperture, spacing has been established by regression analysis method. In the same way, the equation and the characteristic curve about efficiency and spacing, air mass velocity has been built. Comparing with the centrifugal nozzle, water distribution system about each nozzle has been calculated. Hydrographic net resistance of each kind of system has been calculated and the economical analysis has been done. It may provide a reference basis for choosing nozzle and designing the water spray chamber.

Abstract: Based on SIC-Xα the more rigorous method of calculating the electronic states for Ry dberg exchange parameters using a self-consistent field model, taking into account the Rydberg electron and the interaction between real atoms, the calculation does not include empirical parameters. Use this method to correct C.J.Batty nuclear polarization under optical model potential and theΣ Atom energy level transition, and the results compared with the classical method, the results to be much more accurate. For ultra-depth analysis of sub-atomic to provide a theoretical basis.

Abstract: Seismic loading is one of the most important factors of submarine pipeline damage, so the research on submarine pipeline failure mechanism is still lifeline engineering frontier topics. According to Biot consolidation theory, considering the interaction of submarine pipelines with the soil medium under earthquake action, the model of the seabed-pipeline interaction is established. The influences of wall thickness, radius and cover layer thickness on submarine pipeline strain response are studied under El Centro seismic wave based on this model. The calculating results show that effective stress and axial strain of the submarine pipeline increases with wall thickness, radius and cover layer thickness increasing.

Abstract: A new 2-DOF positioning table of high speed and accuracy, directly driven by voice coil actuator, is put forward. And a novel elastic decoupling mechanism is used in the table. As the key component of the elastic decoupling mechanism, the flexure hinge is studied, including its stiffness, maximum stress and inherence frequency. The analysis results show that the flexure hinge meets the design requirement.

Abstract: The 3-D digital models are established for two kinds of base styling of rearview cover. The compare analysis using Fluent model is based on the acoustic theory of computation. The results show that the average sound pressure level of up-raised rearview cover model is about 5 dB lower than that down-raised rearview cover model, and in all of the frequency range were apparently different. At the same time, the vortex of down-raised happened at the back location, which is more closer to the passenger’s ear, and affect the car interior noise. The results of analysis will conduct the design of rearview styling effectively.

Abstract: Concerning the properties of multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production, the relationship between the cost of instance module and the initial quotation of requirement product is analysed. The quotation rule mapping between the quotation formula and the request-characteristic variable as well as the product module is obtained based on the feedback amendatory coefficient, and the quotation method based on feedback amendment for multi-specification and small-batch mechanical production is realized. This method is adopted in the quotation of electrostatic precipitator and is confirmed to be effective.

Abstract: ertPS is an extension of rtPS and combines the efficiency of UGS and rtPS. Based on ertPS, base station can provide the active authorization unicast as UGS, and better than UGS. In OPNET environment, we model and simulate ertPS of moble WiMAX MAC layer scheduling algorithms based on IEEE 802.16e protocol. The simulation results compare the performance of ertPS with UGS on load, delay, delay variation and etc., and analyze QoS according to IEEE 802.16e protocol.
