Abstract: The successful application for cloud-based mass customization service platform critically lies in the precision and efficiency factor of the functional mapping solution. This paper brings up the functional solution model based on three mapping domains for functional configuration: functional domain, behavior domain and structural domain and studies the mapping solution algorithm in cloud-based mass customization service platform. Finally this research has been applied for customization product: elevator, and has improved the efficiency of functional solution in the actual manufacture.

Abstract: This US-FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element is formed by using two different sets of shape functions for the trial and test functions, viz. sets of FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element shape functions and sets of classical isoparametric shape functions. For some test problems, the US-FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element has good accuracy. And by compared with FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element, the proposed element does not need to use Penalty method or Lagrange multiplier method to ensure fulfilment of exact essential boundary condition along the entire length of the edge. This paper further studies the performance of US-FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element on mesh distortion. Numerical test examples show that the element exhibits high precisions even under the mesh distortions. The US-FE-LSPIM QUAD4 element displays good tolerance to the mesh distortions

Abstract: Horizontal truss is designed to increase the stiffness of the girder, but cracks are found at the forefront joint after 3years’ operation. To analyze the cause, finite element simulation method is employed. Fatigue calculation is done on the basis of the simulation results according to FEM code. The research indicates that when the structure is working in tension-pressure alternative situation, its loading capacity is sharply reduced, and welding structures are even sensitive to such stress cycle because of serious stress concentration. Operating status should be fully considered to avoid failure in low stress.

Abstract: This paper analyses the influence of geometric parameter on the flow pulsation, calculates its flow pulsation coefficient theoretically, then takes account of the influence of leakage rate on flow pulsation of the plunger pumps, and simulates 5-ram pump to nine-ram pump with its actual parameters to calculate its instantaneous delivery and autual flow pulsation coefficient . The conclusion can be drawn that its actual flow pulse coefficient considering leakage flow is obviously larger than theoretical instantaneous delivery, so we should minimize the leakage.

Abstract: The article aims at the cylinder head used in a high speed and higher-power diesel engine. In order to obtain the vibration characteristics and vibration frequency distributions. By means of modal analysis technology and finite element method (FEM), structural characteristics of the cylinder head using modal analysis is investigated. Firstly, a physical model of the cylinder head is built. Through the comparison of all the modal analysis results with different meshing densities, a tetrahedron ten-node element with length of 30mm is selected. Then finite element analysis of the model is taken by FEM software. The cylinder head’s modal parameters namely its natural frequency are calculated and its mode shapes are identified. The results can provide basis for the engine’s dynamic analysis and control of the diesel engine’s noise

Abstract: The optimization design process of working device of wheel loader is a multipurpose and multivariable. In this paper, the virtual prototype model of working device is established and detailed sensitivity analysis had taken for various purposes to the design variables. Then based on the sensitivity results, three schemes of design variables were presented and through iterative optimization with ADAMS, the lifting stability and other performances of wheel loader are improvement

Abstract: Construction process design for high-rise building has been brought up by many researchers. In traditional design method, loads are applied to the structure once. Obviously, this is not the real loading condition. For concrete structure, shrinkage and creep during construction also effects on the structural deformation. An emulation analysis was done in this paper in an attempt to clarify the effect of construction process in structural analysis.

Abstract: With increasing import and export volumes of oil products in China, port terminals are under increased pressure to prevent water pollution. The prevention of offshore oil spill accidents, and the remedial and control measures for such accidents are one of the most important aspects of maritime management, and are also major issues for the entire shipping industry. This paper describes different emergency materials and equipment for oil spill management and describes the use of these techniques in domestic and international ports. Suggested changes to port emergency materials and equipment are also described, based on the processing capabilities for oil spills in different situations, combined with the port's environmental characteristics and ecological situation

Abstract: surface formula based on stress ratio was proposed in consideration of the effects of stress ratio on fatigue crack growth rate and the scatter of fatigue crack growth. The parameters of surface formula were estimated by using the linear principle of no-linear function. The surface formula was applied on GC4 steel to analyze statistically the effects of stress ratio on fatigue crack growth rate. The results showed that the crack growth rate will increases as the stress ratio increases in the stable stage of fatigue crack propagation for GC4 steel. The increase trend is more obvious when higher reliability is demanded.

Abstract: Magnetic carbon-coated iron nanoparitcles were employed as adsorbent to study the adsorption characteristics of some metal ions, such as Cr, Ni, Cu, Pb, Zn. The effect of solution conditions such as pH, amounts of adsorbent, the co-existent ions was investigated. The results show that adsorption property of carbon-coated iron particles to heavy metal ions is improved at the condition of treated by H2O2, and at pH 8-9.5, Cr、Ni、Cu、Pb and Zn were retained on 30mg carbon-coated iron nanoparticles after shaking 3 min, and could be eluted by acid solutions(pH=1~2).
