Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to investigate the internal liquid sloshing and its effects on the ship motion. A mechanical model of ship motion under sloshing impacts is described. The lateral sloshing forces are included in the model. The nonlinear dynamical system is introduced to describe the sway motion of the ship. The results of the numerical simulation and the effects of the internal sloshing loads are analyzed. The feasibility of the approach is thus verified.

Abstract: This article mainly studies about the stamping processing of the tapered bearing retainer which mainly presents the finite element simulation of the tapered bearing retainer stamping process using Deform software. The author put forwards that how to analyze the stress and strain distribution laws, the shear stress, the stamping force and their influence law, also analyzes the influence the main parameter has on the stamping process and make the optimized selection.

Abstract: In this paper we have discussed the antinomies that can be identified in the development process of EDA tools for electromagnetic modeling. Namely the dichotomies between the usage of specialized modeling techniques and the need of synthetic methods, between the development of sophisticated methods and its integration in industrial frameworks, between the implementation of closed environment and the User request of an open simulation framework have been analyzed.

Abstract: Using the powerful parametric features of Pro/E modeling for the assembly of the track board, and building up Three-dimensional solid modeling. Finite element analysis with the simulation of mechanical motion to simulate the track through the soft ground of the forest were carried out. It can significantly reduce the design costs and speed up the development cycle to adapt of the requirements of the modern forestry industry.

Abstract: Using the automation production mode of modern manufacturing industry for reference, a new industrialized PL-ISEE (product line based integrated software engineering environment) model was proposed by us in reference [8]. The middle part of the PL-ISEE architecture is data layer which is composed of the software components bus and core assets database platform to achieve the storage and managements of product line core assets data. In this paper, the architecture and its implementation mechanism of the PL-ISEE database platform is further researched. Whole platform architecture consists of core asset objects management service and assets database system. The data model and database schema as well as database views of the database platform are designed and created by using united product line concept model and data model. So, the database supporting platform’s functions and configuration also well satisfy the requirements of interfaces, tools and data integration as well as product line assembling production in the PL-ISEE. Therefore, the design and realizing ideas of the PL-ISEE database platform will be valuable to research product line engineering and methodology in future.
