Abstract: According to the original scheme, the surface spillway tunnel of the Jilintai-I hydropower station flood discharge system was designed to be arranged separately, but not to be combined with diversion tunnel; the radial gate of the lower level spillway tunnel was designed not to have the vertical drop and lateral sudden enlargement, and the discharge structures at oblique tunnel were designed to be cancelled. In this paper, through the test on the hydraulic model, the analysis on the test results and many advisory demonstrations, multiple modifications and optimizations are made for the shape design of the axis, bottom slope and local structure of bottom slope and local structure, and also an analysis is conducted on the test results of the main shape scheme of surface spillway tunnel, and then the related opinions and suggestions are proposed according to the existing problems. The way of the pressured vertical drop and lateral sudden enlargement was ultimately used in lower level spillway tunnel of the hydropower station flood discharge system. Also, in this paper, the author makes a hydraulic test on the main shape design of lower level spillway tunnel based on the original scheme, and then an analysis is conducted on the test results and a final scheme is proposed according to the actual problems.

Abstract: Through the three-dimensional laser scanner (Non-Contact 3D Digitizer), the outline point cloud of the teacup can be obtained, and the reverse engineering such as cutting, aligning, combining, etc. is conducted to the point cloud in the software of RANGE VIEWER and RapidForm XOR, to achieve the three-dimensional diagram, which can be imported to the rapid prototyping machine, to process the teacup sample and complete the reverse engineering of teacup imitation.

Abstract: Needle is one of most commonly-used medical devices in minimally invasive surgery. Inserted into a human’s body through the skin, a needle can perform many diagnosis and treatment tasks. The structure of an articulated needle and its obstacle avoidance performance are studied in this paper. The shapes of obstacles, the locations of targets and the choices of inserting points are analyzed. Accordingly, the relationships between the structure of an articulated needle and its obstacle avoidance performance are got. Corresponding design for the structure of an articulated needle according to the actual situlations of insertion can improve the obstacle avoidance performance effectively, and then the accuracy of insertion control can be improved.

Abstract: Bonnet tool polishing is one kind of methods that can obtain higher surface quality of the ultra precision processing for producing flat, aspheric and other mould free surface, etc. The latest development and research results on bonnet polishing technology at home and abroad were reviewed. The core technologies of bonnet polishing were analyzed, including polishing principles, polishing tool, the rate of material removal, edge control, dwell time, path planning etc. The results show that the bonnet polishing method is an economic, efficient, practical and high precision polishing technology.

Abstract: With the development of the economy and society, more and more enterprises outsource the procuring of services or products from an outside supplier or manufacturer in order to cut costs. To realize outsourcing, the outsourcing needer must choose the supplier carefully, so the method that how to choose the right supplier to realize the outsourcing is particularly important. Lots of factors should be taken into account, but the common factors are cost, quality, additional resources, prior works and contract terms. With the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method of analytic hierarchy process, put forward the model of the outsourcing. The model includes three aspects: objective layer, criterion layer and alternative layer. The objective layer is the aim of select supplier; the criterion layer is the factors which affect the choice and the alternative layer is the different selectable enterprise. After calculating the synthetic level value to order in single level and whole system and though the consistency check, eventually got the different weights of different alternations, it can provides direct basis for the decision-making, that is, the enterprise which has the biggest weight of the choice should be placed ahead of the others.

Abstract: This paper introduces a test system for general-purpose Integrated Chip based on Microcontroller. The system receives keyboard information about the chip under test, then tests the function of the known chip; finally it determines whether the chip under test is faulty or not. It can also indentify the type of the unkown fault-free chip. By selecting the function switching key,the chip can be automatically tested. Experimental results are presented to demonstrate the effectness of the test system for digital general purpose integrated chip.

Abstract: To deal with problems of the front-line maintenance staff in technology support, a cooperative platform which is supported by maintenance techniques based on knowledge service is put forward. This thesis discusses its operational model and key techniques based on the analysis of its structure and functions. The platform provides the front-line workers with “one-stop” technology support and “customized” knowledge service to form a “win-win” and cooperative model which is secured by those departments related to equipment maintenance.

Abstract: In order to ensure the stably operation for centrifuge, this paper presents a new speed regulation method based on the vector control technology, and designs the control system with the inverter for the centrifuge. The paper introduces the fundamental principal of vector control, and analyses the power and torque required for the centrifuge from the result of the calculation and simulation. At last, the paper shows the result the application of the vector control technology in centrifuge. The result shows that the vector control speed regulation system is simple, reliable, and its acceleration stability is very high. The analysis can also provide a reference for similar centrifuge design personnel

Abstract: This paper presents the work principle and characteristics of the single pipe double cavity technology of positive and negative ions migration spectrum detection to terrorism and viper. The overall design of the double channel IMS detectors was discussed and the single pipe double cavity ion tube chemical and mechanical and electrical constitute integration is analysed. New application prospect for the future of the double channel of the IMS effective detection and prohibited item technology is presumed upon.
