Abstract: In this paper, the accurate numerical simulations using the DEFORM-3D software are carried out in terms of the cold bending pipe technology. Correspondingly, the changes of state variables are gained, such as the stress, the strain, the material deformation speed, the damage severity and so on. Meanwhile, the important technical parameters concerned with the quality of pipe bending formation like the speed of the punch press, the friction coefficient and the friction types are comprehensively analyzed. Thus, it can be realized in practice to control and optimize the quality of the bent pipe production

Abstract: ZrO2 thin films were deposited on glass substrates via RF magnetron sputtering technique and post-deposition annealing treatment. The films transmittance and surface structure were investigated by means of Ultraviolet spectrophotometer, AFM and XRD. The effect of annealing on the optical properties of the films has been studied as well. The research result indicates that the size of ZrO2 film grain obviously gets bigger, the surface is more smooth and transmission rate increases after 800°C, annealing 30min.

Abstract: Glass flake has excellent capacity of anti-infiltration, for perfecting the bonding of resin and glass flake, Using butyl titanate as the main material, the glass flake/TiO2 composite particle doped by Sn4+ at low temperature was prepared. SEM observation indicated that TiO2 particles covered the glass flake powder surface and form nanometer/micron structure. XRD showed TiO2 particle was amorphous, the particle size was very small or just formed halfcrystal. Acidity effected the growth speed of crystal and structure of growth elementary. SnCl4 could form heterogeneous crystal to lead the TiO2 film formation.

Abstract: The flame-retardant of Lanthanum phenylphosphinate(LaPi) was prepared and its combination with intumescent flame retardant (IFR) in polypropylene (PP) was analysed using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index (LOI) and the UL-94 test. Compared with using IFR alone, using the combination of LaPi and IFR gained the better classification in the UL 94 test thanks to the combination of the different mechanisms. When 20 wt% loading of flame retardant of LaPi and IFR, a halogen-free V-0 PP material was achieved with a LOI of 31%.

Abstract: This paper discusses the structure design, light conversion agents, vehicles, colorants and the selection of other functional additives of light conversion advanced invisible falsification- resistant ink, the preparation of the light conversion falsification-resistant ink and rare earth metal europium complex, and analyzes rare earth metal europium complex, Eu(C5H7O2)3C12H8N2, through infrared spectrometer, element analyzer and fluorescence spectrometer. The results of the above analysis identify the composition of rare earth metal europium complex, its excitation spectrum ranging from 200nm to 400nm, and its emission spectrum ranging from 580nm to 640nm. Experiments suggest when the mixture of rare earth metal europium complex and white ink with titanium dioxide in a fixed proportion is printed on any objects, it appears reddish orange light under ultraviolet irradiation, which achieves the advanced invisible anti-counterfeiting effect.

Abstract: Tin - Titanium alloy has been prepared by powder metallurgy method. By the way of preparing pre-alloyed metal and fully fine to ultra fine powder, optimizing sintering techniques, the Problem of enrichment of titanium from the alloy has been solved, the Tin - Titanium alloy with its homogeneous distribution elements has been made. Then the Tin-titanium strap has been processed successfully. In this paper, the key process to make Ti -Titanium alloy by Powder Metallurgy Method is introduced. The factors which affect the uniform components of the alloy have been mainly analyzed, such as ultra fine powder of pre-alloyed metal, diffusing sinter at lower temperature .etc. The results indicate that powder metallurgy with ultra fine powder additive and diffusing sinter at lower temperature is the efficient method to solve titanium element in the alloy segregate.

Abstract: Poly(N,N-diethylacrylamide) (PDEA) hydrogel is known for their intelligent reversible swelling/deswelling behavior in response to temperature changes across a lower critical solution temperature (LCST) at around 31oC. In this study, itaconic acid (IA) was co-polymerized with N, N-diethylacrylamide (DEA) monomer to improve the swelling behavior and the total absorbing water. These copolymer hydrogels were prepared by changing the initial DEA/IA molar ratio and total monomer concentration. The chemical structure of hydrogels was characterized by fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. In comparison with the PDEA hydrogel, the equilibrium swelling ratio (ESR) of the hydrogels increase with the increase of IA content in the feed and the swelling dynamics behaviors of the different composition ratios of the P(DEA-co-IA) hydrogels on the different temperatures was investigated in detail.

Abstract: A new symmetrical photochromic diarylethene, 1-(2-methyl-5-formyl)-2-(2- cyanophenyl) perfluorocyclopentene(1a), was synthesized, and its photochromic properties were investigated in detail. The compound exhibited good photochromism both in solution and in PMMA film with alternating irradiation by UV/VIS light, and the maxima absorption of its closed-ring isomer 1b are 544 and 549 nm, respectively. The photochromism properties of 1a diarylethene show good photochromism in hexane and in PMMA amorphous film. Steady state fluorescence studies indicated that 1a diarylethene is higher fluorescent in the open-ring isomer, but there almost no fluorescence in the closed-ring isomer in PMMA amorphous film. The diarylethene 1a has promising application for photo-switching, fluorescence-switching which can use for data storage.

Abstract: The microstructure and electrical properties of ZnO-Bi2O3-based varistor ceramics prepared by the high-energy ball milling were studied. The varistor ceramics samples were characterized by XRD and SEM analysis, as well as by dc electrical measurements, such as the nonlinearity coefficients, leakage current and threshold voltage. The best electrical characteristics were found in sample by the high-energy ball milling 1 h and sintered at 1000 °C for 2 h, which exhibited the threshold voltage was 457 V/mm, the nonlinear coefficient was 59.3 and the leakage current was 1.18 μA.

Abstract: The aim of this study is to prepare and characterize an alginate-chitosan hydrogel for wound dressing application. The influence of alginate concentrations (1%, 2%, 3% and 4% (w/v)) was investigated. This polyelectrolyte hydrogel is observed to be transparent and flexible. The SEM morphological structure of hydrogel is composed of a dense outer skin layer and a porous cross-section layer. The FTIR and DSC measurements indicated the protonated amino group of chitosan has reacted with the carbonyl group of alginate. Some other properties for the wound dressing application are also reported in other paper. Taken together these results point out that alginate-chitosan polyelectrolyte hydrogel can be considered for wound dressing applications.
