Abstract: Ce4+-doped zinc oxide was prepared by Ionic liquid assisted sol - gel method using oxalic acid and zinc acetate as starting material for the first time. And rhodamine B as the target material to study ionic liquid assisted preparation of Ce4+-doped ZnO photocatalytic performance. ZnO was determined by SEM and XRD for introduction of ionic liquids and Ce4+ derived from nano-ZnO surface morphology and crystal before and after. The results show that the Ce4+-doped nano-ZnO crystal structure of a rod. In ionic liquids based on the Ce4+-doped photocatalytic properties of ZnO better. The degradation of rhodamine B 30min when the degradation rate of 90%.

Abstract: 50vol. %Si/Al composite was prepared by the separation of liquid and solid in semi-solid. The microstructures of composite were obtained using OM, SEM and EMPA. The primary Si particles distribute uniformly on the Al matrix which surrounds the Si particles and makes-up a continuous network. The thermal expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity of composites experienced different thermal process were examined. It shows that the thermal process history has a significant effect on the microstructure and properties. The residual stress and size of Si particles varied during thermal processing which were responsible for the thermal expansion coefficient alternation. The thermal process of high temperature insostatic pressing reduces the porosity in composite and improves thermal conductivity obviously

Abstract: Sm doped nanocrystalline TiO2 powers were prepared by ultrasonic assisted sol-gel synthesis. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS), respectively. Both of undoped TiO2 and Sm-TiO2 samples exclusively consist of primary anatase crystallites, which further form spherical aggregates with average diameters ranging from 11 to 19 nm. The photocatalytic activity of Sm-TiO2 was investigated on the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange (MO) aqueous solution under UV visible light irradiation. Sm doping improves effectively the photocatalytic activity under UV light irradiation with an optimal doping concentration of 0.5%. The photocatalytic mechanisms of Sm-TiO2 catalysts were tentatively discussed

Abstract: In order to study the process of drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastics and aluminum alloy laminated composite, a simulation on drilling is conducted by using FEM analysis software ABAQUS, the finite element model of carbon fiber composite material finite element model is established. The dynamic simulation of the drilling process of carbon fiber reinforced plastics is carry on, which based on the elastic-plastic theory of material deformation and the thermal coupling theory, obtaining continuous drilling force and torque data. The influence of material and parameters on drilling and drilling technology on drilling process are deeply analyzed, obtain relationship about material and feed rate and drilling force and torque. The result of the research provides the support for further study of high speed drilling mechanism of carbon fiber reinforced plastics.

Abstract: The influence of the phase-change materials on the performance of memory devices for low power consumption and multi-level storage was investigated in this work. Doping N into chalcogenide phase-change materials resulted in higher resistivity and low-response to the temperature. The former characteristic leaded to high heating efficiency for phase change via self-heating and thus reduced the power consumption to about 1/20. The latter characteristic enabled easy control of phase change process in the memory device for multi-level storage. 16 distinct resistance levels were demonstrated in our lateral device by adopting a top heater structure

Abstract: Based on epoxy resin, Aradur9506 as curing agent and Flake silver powders, isotropic conductive adhesives(ICA) were prepared, The effects of the functional groups of epoxy resin and the addition of curing agent in isothermal cure on the resistivity of the ECA were investigated by FT-IR method, scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and other means. The results indicated that tensile shear strength declined with the increased in the number of epoxy functional groups and raised with the addition of curing agent, and the tensile shear strength was inverse relationship with the curing shrinkage

Abstract: Shipbuilding includes three very distinct industrial operations, which are manufacturing, shipping, and ship recycling and will get out very serious pollution to the environment. This article discusses the green shipbuilding way to minimize the impact that shipbuilding have on the environment over their life-cycle, which include ship green design and harmless material chosen. And then several operations of green shipbuilding were present.

Abstract: A new unsymmetrical photochromic diarylethene, 1-(2-ethyl-3-benzofuranyl)-2-(2,5 -dimethyl-3-thienyl)perfluorocyclopentene (1) was synthesized, and its photochromic properties and kinetics of the photochromic cyclization/cycloreversion were investigated. The results showed that the cyclization/cycloreversion process of these compounds were determined to be the zeroth/first order reaction. The compound exhibited good photochromism in hexane solution with alternating irradiation by UV/Vis light, and the maxima absorption of its closed-ring isomer 1c are 502 nm. The open-ring isomer of the diarylethene 1 exhibited relatively strong fluorescence at 402 nm in hexane solution (2 × 10-5 mol/L) and 412 nm in PMMA amorphous film when excited at 312 nm and 310 nm,respectively. The fluorescence intensity decreased along with the photochromism upon irradiation with 297 nm light and its closed-ring isomer showed almost no fluorescence. The fluorescence spectra of diarylethene 1o depended on the concentration.

Abstract: TiO2 and Ni-doped TiO2 thin films were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering. The effects of Ni-doping on the microstructure and properties were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis spectra and photocatalysis tesing, respectively. The results show that TiO2 thin films were successfully prepared with smooth surface. When doped with Ni, the surface of TiO2 thin film was improved and the growth of anatase phase was also promoted. With increasing the sputtering power of Ni, the absorption edge wavelegth red shifted and the photocatalysis property of TiO2 thin films was increased and then decreased
