A Simple Wireless Mesh Network for Auto Meter Reading

Abstract:

There is strong interest in a robust lower power wireless solution for utility meter reading, especially for reading electricity meters. This paper describes a mesh network that is relatively simple to implement and takes up less resources than well known alternatives such as Zigbee.
