Abstract: This paper focuses on the study of Shuiyuguan Dashuigou basin in Jiaocheng County, Shanxi Province. Through geological surveys in this basin, the author does overall analysis on the classifications of the ravines, causes, lithology conditions and structure, and comparative study on the changes in catchment areas in different ravines. The functions of slopes and gullies in the evolution of landform and current spatial difference in the incision degree by the channel basin have been revealed, then the resources of sediment and landforms to be renovated have been identified , so as to provide theoretical basis for geological disaster preventing.

Abstract: This study compares the propagation methods of the impact of targeted observations during the extratropical transition (ET) of Hurricane Fabian in three denial experiments. In sensitive experiment, the signal (forecast difference between denial experiments and control) propagates from the tropical cyclone (TC) to the midlatitude jet through the interaction between the TC and the jet itself. Thereafter, signals propagate eastward along the jet by way of Rossby wave packets. Some differences exist between random/Atlantic and sensitive experiment although many of their signal propagation characteristics are similar. The signal in random experiment is the weakest, and that in Atlantic experiment is the strongest. In Atlantic experiment, initial signals appear not only in Fabian, but also in other regions. In some cases, signals even do not appear in Fabian. Its propagation method is similar to that in sensitive and random experiment except some signals exist at ridges occasionally. From the discussion above, we conclude that targeted observations have more positive impact than random observations, but can not replace observations taken in the whole Atlantic.

Abstract: Yanshan orogenic belt and its nearby area have thinner earth crust structure, so the asthenosphere of earth mantle upwells and directly bake earthcrust, resulting in Yanshan geothermal anomaly. The type and distribution of thermal spring are controlled by an EW major fault. Thermal springs can be divided into the outcropping type and the hidden type. The outcropping thermal springs mainly spread over orogenic belt in mountain area distributed over northern of Shangyi- Chicheng-Gubeikou-Chengde-Pingyuan fault belt, Hebei. Average temperature of outcropping thermal springs higher than 60°C. Yanshan’s particular earth dynamics and tectonic structure background makes the thermal springs in this area have great prospects for exploitation and utilization

Abstract: Ecological environment is an important external condition for subsistence and development of human being, and urbanization is an important engine to promote regional economy and social development, and whether they can become an organic combination would be crucial for the western region to ensure sustainable development in economy and society. The paper presents the corresponding solution including change of idea about ecology, improvement of environment for urban development, planning in a scientific and reasonable way, upgrading urban evolution system, carrying on industrial transformation, enhancement of the momentum for urban development, building “Two Oriented” society so as to increase urban development quality after analysis of various restrictive factors in development of urbanization in western region under the ecological environment restriction.

Abstract: Heilongjiang is the base of coal resource in china, whose coal resource-based cities made great contributions in improving its economic. With the gradual reduction of coal resources, the transformation of coal resource-based cities is facing reality. Basing on analyzing the current situation of Heilongjiang coal resource-based cities and transformation experience of the domestic and overseas coal resource-based cities, this paper put forward the suggestions on transformation of coal resource-based cities in Heilongjiang.

Abstract: At present, industrial structure in the regions of Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia is still at energy intensive phrase, with highlighted contradiction between supply and demand of energy, higher carbon emission, lower low-carbon technology, and lacking of integrated planning and coordination in economic development, environmental protection and ecological construction. To realize advantages integration and balanced development under the orientation of low-carbon economy, we should vigorously probe into the market transaction mechanism of regional low-carbon economy, build a micro economy policy and regulation system for low-carbon economy, strive to develop clean energy, and construct a new scientific innovation mechanism with energy conservation and emission reduction.

Abstract: Geodatabase data model is the spatial database model of the topological structure, which can accurately describe the underground pipeline space information in city. How to use Case tool and UML to expand Geodatabase model to establish a meet the demand of underground space database of kunming drainage pipeline,through analyzing the characteristics of the structure of kunming underground pipe. It is practiced that using Case tools and UML to extend the data model, not only to graphically design the database model with the graphic, but also clearly express the relationship between the various elements, which is an ideal method that establishing the city pipeline spatial databases.

Abstract: Rapid development of tourism industry, unreasonable land use has brought potential threat to the sustainable development of resources and environment, causing certain destruction and pollution to the environment, and imposing negative effect on the ecological system. Tourism industry needs to establish the ecological effect evaluation mechanism and set ecological access standard for tourism land use, providing theoretical and practical foundation for ecosystem management of tourism land use. Here we analyze the significance of the research , review on the research on ecological effect of tourism land use, design a paradigm for research program on effect of tourisms land use, expecting to give some theoretical enlightenment in research on ecological effects tourism land use.

Abstract: Modern industrial zone landscape establishment is the idealized image form of high-tech industrial complex; landscape is one of the most important parts which involve industrial zone environment as well as practitioners working efficiency. We analyze industrial behavior caused by people and we discuss various industrial activities needs for the environment landscape, we put forward landscape establishment of industry-orientation.

Abstract: After years of development, Xingtai tourism has made certain achievements, and also results in a series of problems. Based on SWOT analysis and tourism sustainable development model, the paper analyses its strength, weakness, opportunities and threats, and puts forward some feasible countermeasures to promote Xingtai tourism sustainable development.
