Abstract: To prolong the power life of greenhouse monitoring system based WSN (GMSW), and avoid worsening the control performance when sampling time is elongated, the algorithm of Grey Prediction and Interpolation was proposed. This algorithm predicts the changing trend of the system’s variables with current values, and provides the precise prediction of the following variables. After processing of interpolation for predictive value, feedback values provided for the controller would be smooth and precise. Thus the lagging problem due to the long sampling time is solved, control performance is improved and the power life of wireless node is elongated.

Abstract: With the Three Gorges Project of Yangtze River established and running, the ecological environment problems in Three Gorges Project Region (TGRR) become more and more serious. The paper systematically studied the main problems, such as industrial and agricultural pollutions, floated rubbish pollutions, nautical pollutions etc. It is functions partition for TGRR, prevention and supervision on huge pollution enterprises, leading the development of ecological agriculture, carrying out refuse classification and centralized processing on pollutants etc. that was put forward. Furthermore, government departments should attach great importance with more research and input in capital, policies and measures to above problems. The conclusions play an important role in achieving balanced development between economy and environment in TGRR, realizing safety and stable operation of Three Gorges Project, and exerting its maximum efficiency.

Abstract: Abstract. As is known to all, environmental problem is one of the biggest problem in today‟s society. After three tremendous industrial revolution during 18 to 20 century, pollution becomes more and more serious. Global warming, natural resources lacking, and energy crisis were all amerces which nature has already warned us. Valid solutions are requested to enforce in our present living environment. Hence, we cannot ignore the joint efforts of environmentalists, scientists and economists all over the world that concentrates on protecting environment. We should be conciliative to see the protective system of entironment becomes more and more consummate.

Abstract: With the quickening of the process of industrialization and urbanization, industry and urban water consumption rising increased the demand for agricultural water resource. Water pollution brought by industrialization and urbanization reduces the water supply. In the freshwater resources under the condition of the total supply shortage, Shandong agricultural water will face greater pressure. So various and effective measures must be taken to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of agricultural water resources.

Abstract: This paper estimated the carbon emissions of the large-scale industrial enterprises in Hebei Province, and analyzed their changing factors using the LMDI method. The results shows that major factors affecting the carbon emissions of industry in Hebei province are energy intensity, industrial structure and output changes . Seen from the absolute value , industrial output has the greatest impact on carbon emissions followed by energy intensity. Industrial structures has the least impact. The combined impact of industrial energy saving technological progress and industrial structure adjustment on carbon emissions is less than that of industrial output.

Abstract: To clear the agricultural non-point source effects on wetland water environment and the purification efficiency of wetland on non-point pollution. Use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to analyze the water quality conditions of three different urban wetland of Harbin in north shore of Songhua river which affected by human Agriculture activities. Selected Wanbao wetland goose island and sun island water quality monitoring, monitoring time was in October 2004, May 2005, August 2005, and April 2008, a total of four times. The results shown that Wanbao wetland meets water quality planning V water, Goose Island and the sun island meets quality planning IV water. According to fuzzy coefficient can compare the three places wetland water pollution by heavy degree to light for Wanbao wetland > Sun island wetland > Goose island wetland. From upstream to downstream water purification by wetlands, water quality gradually improved.

Abstract: The roles of wetlands served as pool, sink and source are discussed in mitigating climate change. Climate change is generally accompanied by the change of regional atmospheric temperature and precipitation pattern, and which brings significant impacts on wetlands. In this paper, the impact of climate change on the hydrology of wetlands, areas, structure and function of wetlands, carbon cycle and the roles of wetlands in mitigating climate change are reviewed. The key research fields in the future are presented in the paper: construction of protection and recovery system of wetlands, the prediction of dynamics and impacts of climate change on wetlands, carbon cycle of wetlands, the deep-seated and multifaceted impacts of climate change on wetlands, the time and space characteristics of climate change on wetlands in the long-term and wide-space scales.

Abstract: For the study on the eutrophication problem in Taihu Lake of China, an ecological dynamics model of algae growth is established based on the simulation of the growth of the dominating algae in Taihu Lake. Chlorophyll-a (chl-a), total phosphorus (TP) and total nitrogen (TN) are chosen to be the water quality variables. The main factors influencing the algae growth in Taihu Lake are investigated by the sensitivity analysis of the model’s parameters. The results show that the maximum growth rate of algae, the algae respiration rate, the coefficients of temperature influence and the half saturation constant for phosphorus have significant influences on the simulation results. Temperature and TP are the dominating factors of influencing the algae growth in Taihu Lake.

Abstract: In order to maintain the optimum ecological health for the downstream of Heihe River, it is necessary to analyze the ecological water demand in the downstream of Heihe River respectively from two aspects that artificial and natural ecological water demand, then the ecological water demands in the downstream of Heihe River of current situation and 2015 are determined in this paper, which are 962 million and 1.048 billion cubic metres. At the same time, some integrated measures for repairing and improving ecology for the downstream of Heihe River, including ecological water transporting project, ecological restoration project and ecological immigrant project, etc., are put forward in this paper, so as to guarantee the ecological safe for the downstream of Heihe River. Overall, all of these have the important practical significance for protecting the local ecological environment, supporting the local sustainable economic and society development, and guiding comprehensive treatment of the Heihe River basin.
