Abstract: CdZnTe (CZT) crystals with a diameter of 52 mm was grown using low pressure Bridgman method and were indium-doped under Te-rich conditions. Results showed the Te concentration was almost the same in different part of the as-grown ingot. Through IR transmission, Te inclusion with regular triangular or circular shapes could be observed, and the size of Te inclusion was around 7 µm and the concentration was 1.5 105 cm-3 for the CZT in the middle part of the ingot. I-V characteristic showed a good linear behavior with a resistivity of ~1010 Ω•cm.

Abstract: Fermentation Hydrogen producing bacterium is another kind of microbe which can produce hydrogen in metabolic process, and which has a lot of advantages. The paper will discuss the fermentative hydrogen production on the way of Physical chemistry mechanism ,which is oxidation-reduction potential, ionization equilibrium and HCO3¯/CO2 (aq) System.

Abstract: A tricot stitch knitted fabric has been used in medical stents, such as tracheal stents and external stents. Both geometric form and porosity of the stent are key factors in clinical use. One loop of the tricot stitch knitted fabric was divided into seven parts, and the loop form was analyzed. The geometric characteristics under extreme condition for both latitudinal and longitudinal extension were given. The relationships between geometrical parameters of a tricot stitch knitted fabric were obtained.

Abstract: For the complexity of the internal microstructure of porous aluminum foam, on the basis of Rayleigh-Kirchhoff circular tube model, taking viscosity loss and thermal transmission, the paper establishes a simplified theoretical model for sound absorption properties of aluminum foam. The paper also calculates and analyzes the influence of Static flow resistance on the sound absorption properties in the rigidity and cavity backing. The results show that the peak frequency moves to lower with the increasing of the thickness of the air layer. What’s more, there is a direct corresponding relation between flow resistance and the best sound absorption frequency range of aluminum foam. In a reasonable range of flow resistance value, the capability of sound absorption reach optimal, Aluminum Foam won’t have fine sound absorption capability if the value of flow resistance is too big or small.

Abstract: The interface of cotton and starch is pre-treated in different concentrations of 3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (KH560) and Ditin butyl dilaurate (DBD) solutions. The interface fastness has a good linear relation with KH560 concentration changes. And DBD and pre-heating treatment bring on the grafting reaction easier.

Abstract: Graphene nanosheets functionalized with bile salts (G-bile salts) are obtained through chemical reduction of exfoliated graphite oxide in the presence of deoxycholic acid sodium salt, taurodeoxycholic acid sodium salt, or cholic acid sodium salt. Due to the “facial amphiphilic” structure of bile salt molecules, the G-bile salt composites exhibit excellent dispersibility in water. In addition, G-bile salts decorated with palladium (Pd) nanoparticles (Pd-G-bile salts) are prepared via a facile co-reduction process. The use of the Pd-G-bile salt composites as electrochemical catalysts for formic acid oxidation reaction is demonstrated. Better utilization has been achieved for Pd catalysts dispersed on G-bile salts than those prepared without bile salts.

Abstract: A new water-free dyeing process – Supercritical CO2 art of dyeing was proposed according to the high consumption of water and energy and serious environmental pollution problems. The results indicated that the effects of temperature, pressure and reaction time on dyeing deepness (K/S value) were investigated and the key factor is temperature. The PET fabrics dyed with disperse dyes in Supercritical CO2 were determined and the results showed that the dyeing protects with high dyeing rate and good characteristics, which can meet the requirements of the people on the dyed fabrics pattern and other visual art.

Abstract: Tongxiang sweater cluster is considered as a dichotomy driven fashion value chain, for it is driven by, not only the local own brand, but also the international brand buyer. Every link of Tongxiang sweater cluster value chain is analyzed in this paper. Buyer only needs monitoring the supplier which produces some standardization of sweater, because sweater is a kind of standardization of product. The governance of global value chain consists of markets, relational value chains, captive value chains, hierarchy, and the last, modular value chains, to which Tongxiang sweater cluster belongs.

Abstract: The Nonwoven Material with the steady structures and performances was made with kapok fiber and polyester fiber. The paper discussed the Properties of the kapok Nonwoven Material, the result shows that Nonwoven technology can be used for machining kapok fibers, and hollow degrees of kapok fiber can be kept better using reasonable processes.

Abstract: The TiO2 sol was prepared via sol-gel method. A new reaction system and the relevant technical route were adopted, and TiO2 colloidal sol containing nanoctrystalline anatase was prepared at low temperature, which directly had photocatalytic activity without the typical high-temperature treatment in traditional sol-gel method. The structure and property of Nanometer TiO2 were characterized by Particle Size Distribution, what is more, its effects of ratio of reactants on the catalytic proporty of nanometer TiO2 were analyzed. Nano-TiO2 sol as loaded on the surface of fabric using finishing method, thus nano-TiO2 finished fabrics were obtained and used as photocatalysts for oxidative degradation of Rhodamine B in water. Some factors affecting degradation such as the TiO2 content, dye concentration and reuse of the nano-TiO2 finished fabrics were investigated with respect to the decoloration value. The results showed that increasing molar ratio of water to n-butyl titanate led to a smaller particle size nano-TiO2 sol. Nanometer TiO2 sol composed fabrics have a very good photocatalytic activity on the degradation of dyes, and can be resued for sevral circles. Increasing TiO2 content on the fabric and decreasing the dye concentration led to higher decoloration of the dyes in solution.
