Abstract: This paper presents a new multilayered stripline hairpin bandpass filter using a broadside-coupled hairpin resonator in a low-temperature co-fired ceramic(LTCC) substrate. By using the new structure designs accomplish the vertical coupling in multilayer system, the size of the proposed filter can be reduced about 50% compared to an equivalent single-layer hairpin resonator filter. As an example, an L-band filter centered at 1.10 GHz with a fractional bandwith of 13.5% is designed, fabricated, and measured. The measured results of the fabricated filters agree very well with the electromagnetic simulations.

Abstract: Aiming at the dark printed circuit board photoelectric image that contains noise acquired by CCD system, the edge detection method by using multi-scale wavelet transform is proposed. Firstly, its basic principle is analyzed in detail, and the simple physics explanation and formula deduction are given. Secondly, the idiographic detection steps are given. Finally, the results of experiment verify the correctness of theory analysis.

Abstract: The neutral point clamped (NPC) pulse width modulation (PWM) inverter has been put into practical use for large capacity AC motor drives because of its less distorted output, lower costs and better control performance. This paper suggests a way to improve the performance of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) by using the three-level NPC inverter. Firstly, the three-level NPC inverter space voltage vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique is analyzed in detail. Then, the NPC inverter is applied in PMSM vector control. Finally, a simulation experiment of the proposed control algorithm is carried out. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively suppress the torque ripple and improve driving performance for the PMSM drive.

Abstract: Focused on the current problems of the automated testing for electromagnetic compatibility, this paper proposes a hierarchical and modular electromagnetic compatibility software architecture based on the OOP. This paper gives the design ideas, methods and main features and develops a test automation software for electromagnetic radiation safety margin based on this architecture. Experimental results show this software improves test efficiency, accuracy and achieves the desired effect compared with the manual testing. This software also reduces the intensity of the work of the testers and has a good value in engineering.

Abstract: According to the particularity of magnetorheological fluid (MRF), provided the design project of embedded magnetorheological fluid damper (MRFD) controller based on ATmega8. The controller adopted Buck converter to achieve input\output power conversion. The feedback loop used voltage and current double feedback adjustment to control PWM drive circuit, so that adjusted the output of Buck converter. According to the set value, the MRFD controller outputted the matching value by the high frequency PWM output. The testing of output responding time was done. The results show that MRFD controller has much higher reliability and faster responding, satisfying the using demand of MRFD.

Abstract: RBMC—a novel routing algorithm based on multi-parameter constraints for wireless sensor network is proposed. The algorithm finds out the minimum cost path from source sensor to sink by ants with multi-parameter, and the source sensor can transmit information along the shortest path. Thus the transmission path length and the corresponding network delay can be efficiently reduced. We analyzed the performance of RBMC through compared with the existing other routing algorithms in simulation experiment. Results show that the proposed method can reduce energy cost and balance the energy load effectively.

Abstract: Variable Sweep Control Wing (VSCW) was introduced to generate the rolling control moment with the sweep angle differences between the left and the right wings. Influence flexible matrixes were generated to obtain the deflection of the effective angle of attack (AOA) of the flexible swept wing. Comparison between aileron control surface and VSCW shows that VSCW can get benefit from wing flexibility, which degrades the control effectiveness of the traditional aileron. The main advantage and difference from the traditional aircraft is that VSCW has higher control effectiveness and can prevent control reversal especially at high flight speed range; and at low speed, with an AOA variation device VSCW can get similar rolling control performance compared with traditional aileron control surface.

Abstract: The nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope signal extraction circuit was researched. To acquire output voltage signal from the gyroscope angular rate sensitive element, which had enough sensitivity to detect, the signal extraction circuit was designed. Then, the circuit function and principle for each module was analyzed. The signal extraction circuit is composed up bridge circuit, voltage regulator circuit, amplifying circuit and filter circuit. The experiment results show that using the signal extraction circuit, the sensitive element output sensitivity is 10mV/°/s and linearity is 4.8% from the first stage. Therefore, the signal extraction circuit realizes the transformation from angular rate signal to the voltage signal and eliminates effectively noise jamming from the external environment, which provides the foundation for the fluidic gyroscope compensation circuit.

Abstract: To meet the requirement of feeding robot for assembly equipment, the differential translational gripper with double-claw of manipulator driven by combined cylinder is designed in this paper, which could achieve the differential operation with high efficiency. It has the function of automatic center aligning and adaptation to the changing dimension of the workpiece with high assembly precision. Since the gripper is driven by combined cylinder, it simplifies the control system and structure of manipulator with compact size and light weight, and also solves the problem of complicated structure and mass volume of traditional translational gripper driven by rack and pinion.

Abstract: 4-PUU parallel manipulator with three-dimensional translations and one rotational motion about Z axis was presented. The Workspace of boundary point was obtained by searching in Polar Coordinates,the workspace of standing pose was analyzed by programming with MATLAB and LabVIEW. The research indicated that the workspace of the 4-PUU parallel mechanism has advantages of smooth boundary, big volume, no cavity and regular cross section in the fields of industrial robots, micromanipulators, virtual axis machine tools, damping platform, rehabilitation robot and etc.
