Abstract: In order to resolve the problem of seam tracking of the welding robots with unknown noise characteristics, a Weighted Multi-Sensor Data Fusion (MSDF) algorithm based on the fuzzy Kalman filter algorithm is proposed. Firstly, each Fuzzy Kalman Filter (FKF) uses a fuzzy inference system based on a covariance matching technique to adjust the weight coefficient of measurement noise covariance matrix, so it makes measurement noise close to the true noise level. Secondly, a membership function in fuzzy set is used to measure the mutual support degree matrix of each FKF and corresponding weight coefficients are allocated by this matrix’s maximum modulus eigenvectors, hence, the final expression of data fusion is obtained. Finally, simulation results show that MSDF in seam tracking has both high precision and strong ability of stableness.

Abstract: The nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope sensitivity-temperature compensation was researched. The fluidic gyroscope’s sensitivity temperature characteristic was analyzed in the sensitive element and two sensitivity-temperature compensation methods were compared. Then, the software compensation method was used, which based on the Single chip microcomputer technology and realized sensitivity compensation for the gyroscope output signal. The results show that after the compensation, the gyroscope’s sensitivity-temperature coefficient decreases from 1.8mV/°/s/°C to 0.1mV/°/s/°C and operating temperature range increases from normal temperature to -40°C~+60°C. Therefore, this method provides the effective way for the gyroscope practical research.

Abstract: Infrared thermal wave detection technology has been found to be a new type of wide attention non-destructive testing (NDT) method due to its non-contact, non-destructive, rapidity, wide imaging field and advantages of direct observation. Key technologies and the latest research progress of the infrared thermal wave technology in parts defects are reviewed in this paper. The key technologies include the heat stimulator, infrared thermal image processing, heat transfer analysis and etc. The existing problems of the technology are also pointed out.

The use of LabVIEW virtual instrumental technology, research and development of the related code, the virtual completion signal acquisition system design, at any time on the echo signal acquisition and processing, the calculation result and the safety distance data are compared to determine whether the alarm.

Abstract: On basis of the rope- aligning motion analysis of the winch drum, this paper indicates the reason of the misalignment in the outer layer and edge of the drum by the current rope- aligning scheme, puts forward the rope- aligning scheme of the position following control on the rope- aligning device, and accordingly designs an automatic rope- aligning system. It is proved from the practice that the system is safe and reliable with the automatic tracking, automatic compensation, neat alignment of the steel wire rope, and stable performance, which provides the favorable guarantee for the safe operation of the winch.

Abstract: Tire dynamic balance detection plays an important part in tire quality detection area. This paper uses the two-sided balance method to obtain the unbalance of the tire. According to the engineering practice, builds kinetic model and then introduces the calculating principle and operating procedures. In order to accurately determine the influence coefficient, a calibration method without tire is put forward. Further more, this new method is able to eliminate the unbalance caused by non-quality factors to some extent. But this method is presented based on the relative position invariance of the upper rim and lower rim, even both of them are under high-speed rotation situation. Finally, the experimental data acquired from both of the two methods are compared. The calibration method without tire is proved to be more feasible, efficient and accurate.

Abstract: The extraction of characteristic parameters is extremely important front-end of the speech recognition system, accurate parameters extraction of Mongolian speech have the important meaning to its recognition technology development. This paper clarified Mel frequency cepstrum coefficients(MFCC) features and extraction method at first, then it will treated with the first-order and second-order difference, after that, combining these parameters will get a new feature parameter vector. Analyze and extract this eigenvector from Mongolian speech signal by means of MATLAB. Experimental results reveal that the more the feature parameter is, the more precise the description for static and dynamic characteristics of ear to speech is.

Abstract: This paper focus on biotechnology research in the separation of nano particles, the hot embossing process technology is used to design and produce a fast separation of nano particles within embedded QCM electrodes into the flow channel as one of the DEP electrodes, the DEP-QCM chip to enable rapid detection of separation. This DEP-QCM chip as a test platform to confirm the separation efficiency.

Abstract: The nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope signal compensation circuit was researched. To compensate output voltage signal from the first stage of the gyroscope angular rate sensitive element, which had the perfect linearity and operating temperature range, the signal compensation circuit was designed. Then, the circuit function and principle for each module was analyzed. The signal compensation circuit is composed up Single chip microcomputer, temperature sensor, voltage regulator circuit and peripheral circuit. The experiment results shows that using the signal compensation circuit, the fluidic gyroscope linearity is 1% and operating temperature range is -60°C~+60°C. Therefore, the signal compensation circuit realizes the voltage signal temperature compensation and eliminates noise jamming from the external environment, which provides the foundation for the fluidic gyroscope production and application.
