Abstract: In this paper, a software-based resolver-to-digital converter using tangent algorithm is proposed. Meanwhile, three main non-ideal signal characteristics which cause the error of the presented resolver-to-digital converter are individually discussed, and the error compensation methods are given. The results show that the proposed strategies effectively improve the accuracy and stability of the system.

Abstract: Based on information pipeline technology, a clock soft synchronization method used in distributed measurement and control system is proposed. Using a separate information pipeline, the synchronization information is broadcasted to nodes in the distributed measurement and control system by synchronization node every message transaction cycle time, and all nodes automatically synchronize the local clock after receiving it. We analyze the theoretical synchronization error and verify this clock soft synchronization method in CAN bus. The theory analysis and experimental results indicate that the synchronization error mainly consists of propagation delay error, drift error and CAN loop delay error, and it increases linearly with the increasing of transmission distance.

Abstract: Focused on instantaneous translation of image sequences and rotation instability problem caused by the flight status of the aerial photography process, this paper proposes a dual-mode stabilization method based on a combination of inertial stability and electronic image stabilization. Among them, this paper uses the improved algorithm based on affine transformation model against the traditional electronic image stabilization which is more difficult to adapt to the shortcomings of the rotation changes based on planar motion model. The algorithm can not only accurately describe the changes in the image sequence, but also effectively eliminate the interference of the rotation, jitter, etc. Experimental results show the method can improve the accuracy of image stabilization and reduce electronic image stabilization processing time, which has broad application prospects in the military and civilian fields.

Abstract: The remote upgrade intelligent instrument is designed using in system programming technology, embedded microcontroller and net work technology. Upgrade hardware platform of intelligent instrument is constructed withW78E516 single chip computer, in system electricity programming analogue circuit EPAC and digital circuit EPDC. Remote hardware function reconstructing and the system upgrade principle of intelligent instrument are described in detail. Hardware and software design methods are stressed; the reliability and keeping secret of system remote upgrade are discussed. The testing of hardware and software has been done and the experiment results show that system has the advantages of stable performance and flexible operation, and it could realize remote auto upgrade.

The Design of High-Speed Synchronization Data Collection Node Machine for Multi-Chip CCD Measurement
Abstract: The high-speed synchronous node machine is developed for collecting high-precision and synchronous data from multi-chip CCD to measure the dynamic object with large field coverage by Visual technology. Node machine contains core, A/D converter module and Ethernet communication module. The FPGA of 600,000 gates which have a built-in FLASH chip is used as the core, which provides work-frequency of 10MHz and drive pulse for multi-chip CCD. A/D converter module configures the differential amplifier and builds 3-way 30MHz 16-bit A / D converter. 10/100M Ethernet protocol stack controller and RJ45 interface are internally installed in Ethernet module. This module also uses CC2430 chip to perform fast wireless synchronization control. Paper emphasizes how to implement the key technologies of multi-chip CCD for synchronous and precision measurement, and test the node machine by 5-chip CCD image data synchronous collecting with large field of vision. The node machine runs smoothly and reliably .The performance results of test show that the speed of image data collecting reaches up to 1800 frames/s, the speed of data processing reaches up to 150M Bytes/s and the transporting speed reaches up to 50M Bytes/s. The time of synchronous control is within 2 us.

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy of the measurement of battery internal resistance, a lead-acid battery internal resistance measurement system was designed using the AC injection method and LabVIEW software. The system is based on LabVIEW software, design a stable sin signal produce program and data acquisition program. At the same time, Signal conditioning modules which were developed by NI were used to suppress the noise. The experiment results show that the system easy to use and has a high accuracy.

Abstract: This paper reports about a nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope. The gyro used setting sub-nozzle around the main nozzle to inhibit the attenuation which had been caused by the main nozzle jet column spread out and to increase the angular velocity difference of sensitive element in the thermal resistance wire when the jet flow rate had been input, thereby to improve the performance of the jet gyro. The test results showed that: a resolution of better than 0.1°/s nozzle formation jet gyro sensitivity better than 10mv/(0.1°/s), the measurement range is better than ± 60°/s; non-linearity of better than 1%.The impact of the gyroscope impact resistance capability, small size and wide range of applications.

Abstract: This paper presents a comparative study to improve the resolution of the fluidic gyro. Using ANSYS-FLOTRAN-CFD software, the finite element simulation has been conducted by series of procedures, such as model building, meshing, loads applying and equation solving, the flow distribution in the sensitive element of the single nozzle and nozzle array fluidic gyro was calculated separately. The results show that the air outlet flow gradient of the array type nozzle increases by 1.1%, the flow velocity difference of symmetrically heat resistance wires in sensitive element increases by 14.3%; the nozzle array structure can effectively improve the resolution of the fluidic gyroscope.

Abstract: Measurement uncertainty is an important standard for evaluating the measuring results, and have a significant meaning in the engineering application. In this paper, based on the uncertainty assessment principle and the measurement definitions, the source of uncertainty and the influence factors on measurement uncertainty are investigated. Taking straightness as an example, the uncertainty and acceptance limit under different assessment principles are quantitatively calculated, respectively. Moreover, the apply range of different assessment principles based on different uncertainty goals is discussed. Finally, the influence of different definition methods on the mersurement results is demenstrated taking the quantity of the distance between two parallel planes as an example.

Abstract: Acupoints positioning and tracking technology (APTT) is the key technology of Chinese massage robot (CMR) and the premise to ensure the efficacy of massage. Research status of APTT are introduced, with emphasis on APTT based on vision, based on template matching (TM), and based on Back-Propagation neural network (BPNN). Moreover, the shortcomings of existing techniques and the prospect of the techniques are discussed in this paper.
