Abstract: Considering of routing on date aggregation and data transmission security, a routing protocol, CSDA, was put forward, which was based on the technology of secure date aggregation in the Wireless Sensor Network. It works in the network topology of sub-cluster structure, Data fusion on node level was achieved which based on the theory of fuzzy sets. Routing in cluster was achieved by updating info-stack. polymeric Data was encrypted on model code and transported. Simulation show that the protocol has good energy efficiency.

Abstract: A GUI application has been developed for the safety performance test of the outdoor fitness equipment using C#. Complied with the GB 19272-2011 requirements, it can be applied to fatigue performance test, stability test and impact deformation test. The application communicates with the Omron PLC via Host Link protocol and monitors the testing process. Measurement studio 2010 has been applied to the GUI application to provide engineering-specific component controls. The test report is generated via word automation and embedded in the application window; crucial data is protected from unexpected alteration.

Abstract: A high-speed carton packaging machine is developed in view of the current of low-degree automation and low-speed in the packaging industry. Monitoring system of this high-speed carton packaging machine is designed on basis of B&R programmable computer control (PCC) system according to the structure of the packaging machine and process control requirements, and has automatically achieved to feed pad, feed bottles, group bottles, spray glue, package with Servo synchronization technology. The high-speed carton packaging machine has reached world advanced level in performance and packaging speed at the speed of 80 packages per minute.

Abstract: Aiming at the complex background of coronary angiograms, weak contrast between the coronary arteries and the background, a new segmentation method based on transition region extraction is proposed. Firstly, the coronary arteries are extracted by using the local complexity method based on Top-hat. Then the coronary arteries are extracted again by using the local complexity method based on Gaussian filter. Finally, the segmentation image is obtained by fusing two extracted coronary arteries images. The experiments indicate that the proposed method has better performance on the small vessels extraction and background elimination. In addition, the method is valuable for diagnosis and the quantitative analysis of vessels.

Abstract: To detect DNA concentration, a novel fiber optic biosensor based on fluorescence quenching was designed and constructed by using lock-in amplifier for signal measurement. The sensor head was fixed on a sensing membrane prepared by the mixture of ethyl silicate, formamide, HCl and fluorescence indicator [Ru(phen)3]2+. The optimal film-forming conditions were that the contents of [Ru(phen)3]Cl2, HCl and formamide were 2.1 mg/ml, 12 % and 16 % respectively, the aging temperature and time of sol-gel solution were 4 oC and 5 d, and the film-forming temperature and time were 4 oC and 48 h, respectively. A linear relationship between the relative phase delay Δφ of sensing membrane and ctDNA concentration was observed in range from 2.0×10-9 to 4.0×10-7 M in Tris buffer, and the detection limit is 8.0×10-10 M. The biosensor had a response time of 65 s and showed good stability and repeatability.

Abstract: To develop a lift early warning infrared device, as a part of land or boat (ship) early warning system, the system has the ability to target pre-discovery and instructions invasion. Methods: In support of distant air situation, alerts the enemy aircraft, missiles and other long-range goals, obtain the target type and preliminary judgment of grade, deliver the alarm information to the command system. The infrared alarm device detects the target's own infrared radiation passively, alarms the incoming targets at low altitude and low altitude remote, when radar and other equipment is out of work. Results: The accuracy of entire system reached 20" according the analysis. Conclusions: The device has a full range of complex background, with high sensitivity, high resolution, anti-jamming, fast response time and other characteristics

Abstract: The nozzle array structure fluidic gyroscope’s zero temperature compensation was researched. The fluidic gyroscope’s temperature characteristic was analyzed in the sensitive element and two zero temperature compensation methods were compared. Then, the software compensation method was used, which based on the Single chip microcomputer technology and realized temperature compensation for the gyroscope output signal. The results show that after the compensation, the gyroscope’s zero drift decreases from ≤1.3mV/°C to ≤0.1mV/°C and operating temperature range increases from normal temperature to -40°C~+60°C. Therefore, the fluidic gyroscope has the advantage of low zero drift and width operating temperature range after the zero temperature compensation, which provides the convenience for the production and application.

Abstract: The 3D measurement based on stereo vision, as a new measurement technology, has been widely used in reverse engineering, robot vision and quality control, etc. In this paper, the basic principle and method of calibrating 3D measurement system based on stereo vision respectively using genetic algorithm and neural network was introduced. Then the measurement system was calibrated and the precision of 3D measurement system was compared. The experimental results indicate that the method based on BP neural network can improve the precision of measurement better.

Abstract: A new algorithms for parameters of an image irregular boundary circle parameters is presented, which is based on “Curve-Approximate Method” .For a set of an image circle boundary points by image pre-processing, firstly this paper introduces a substitute variant curve approximate reputably while picking out the irregular boundary points in all points, until to fit the terminate condition. Finally, it succeeds to get the optimal estimation of parameters of a circle. Example show that the algorithms runs more quickly and automatically than traditional generalized hough transform, and a good result is obtained if the irregular boundary points is small proportion in all points of a circle.

Abstract: Clustering is an effective topology control approach in wireless sensor networks, which can increase network scalability and lifetime. A clustering algorithm based on the total number of neighbor nodes is proposed to maximize the lifetime of the network. The larger amount of neighbor nodes, the more chance a node has to be selected as a cluster head. Therefore, it can ensure the minimum cluster heads in the whole network. By closing the communication parts of cluster head to avoid selecting as cluster head in next epoch, the energy of the whole system is consumed symmetrically. The simulations demonstrate the effectiveness of the algorithm.
