Abstract: Aiming at the problem of lower efficiency of complex surface machining with constant feed-rate, a method for feed-rate optimization based on S curve acceleration and deceleration control of piecewise tool path is researched. With constraints of kinematic characters of machine tool and geometric characters of tool path, tool path segments are obtained by curvature threshold method, and feed-rates are planned in these segments, then feed-rate transition of adjacent segments is processed by the method of S curve acceleration and deceleration control. Experimental result indicates that the proposed method is feasible and effective.

Abstract: In this paper, a full-digital Servo valve is built base on actual requirement of auto-discharge control system for the jig. Then the structure of full-digital Servo valve was introduced. Hydraulic cylinder was driven by the digital servo amplifier, to control the opening gate in auto-discharge control system for the jig. This jig can be maintained the stability of the bed chamber, to ensure product quality.

Abstract: Because of the traditional straightness error evaluation drawbacks in the experiments, straightness error evaluation platform based on virtual instrument is established by using LabVIEW8.5.It can complete the measured signal acquisition,real-time analysis processing and the contour curve display, and the accuracy of the straightness error value is presented by using different methods such as the two endpoints link line algorithm and minimum zone algorithm. An example of experiments and test data are provided. The system is easy to program and fast to execute, which can meet the needs of the teaching experiment.

Abstract: Currently used electro-hydraulic position servo system has more serious non-linear, time-varying parameters and external load disturbance, through the establishment of the system's mathematical model, designed the single neuron adaptive PID controller. Simulation results show that the improved system response speed, steady-state error is small, you can adjust the PID parameters online in real time and good control effect.

Abstract: In traditional NC systems, the linear, index and S curve acceleration and deceleration control methods exist lots of problems that jerk is discontinuous or algorithm is too complex, seeking a more superior acceleration and deceleration control method to make up these shortages is needed. In this paper, the Four polynomial acceleration and deceleration control method is researched further, some contrast experiments have been done on NC terrace which is based on 32 bit floating point multi-axis DSP motion controller, and the superiority of this method and the practicability in NC field are analysed by processing two hemispheres with H600 CNC engraving and milling machine.

Abstract: This paper presents a method using the PCI motion controller which provides function of space linear interpolation to implement space arc trajectory planning on three dimensional motion platform. While make plane constraint to space spherical, we get space arc trajectory in Cartesian Coordinate System. Using the constraint arc by appropriate of precision discrete, function of space linear interpolation and the movement buffer nested in controller card to implement space arc movement. Writing control interface by using VC++ and actually validated on XYZ-three dimensional motion platform. The result confirmed feasibility and accuracy of this method.

Abstract: In this paper, the Gray Theory is used to predict the residual life of shipboard cable. However, under the influence of multi-factors, the grayscale of the model will be enlarged, which will influence the accuracy of the prediction. Therefore, the optimized parameter of the GM (1, 1) model based on PSO, is introduced to improve the precision of the predication. The method is proved effectively by the experimental data and the Arrhenius Equation.

Abstract: Signal generator is electronic equipment which can produce standard signals, and it often is used in industrial production electronic laboratories and the electronic equipment. Signal generator can achieve in a variety of methods, and the higher frequency and the more waveform is the better the signal generator condition. We can consider its implementation from the production and using areas. This paper will use function in the external circuit chip ICL8038 and electronic way to produce triangle wave, sine wave, rectangular wave,which are three basic rectangular waveforms, then the wave through ICM7216D, crystal, capacitors, switches and LED digital which are composed of the circuit to show the frequency and makes the sine wave produce a frequency modulation wave through FM circuit.

Abstract: At present, the error of wind speed measurement by meteorological UAV is great, in order to solve this problem, this paper identified the major sources of error by the analysis of the wind measurement model. Found that the airspeed error caused by the aircraft acceleration for the airspeed is very small, so classic airspeed measurement calculations often ignore the impact of aircraft acceleration, but the value of wind speed is smaller, so that the error caused by aircraft acceleration relative to the wind speed cannot be ignored. Therefore, this article added aircraft acceleration to re-establish the airspeed measurement model, and got an improved wind speed of calculation model. In order to verify the model, the wind speed measurement system was been designed, the system design diagram and related data processing, solver method were presented.

Abstract: Along with the rapid development of the electric technology, the direct-current power was wide application, its quality immediately influence operating performance of electrical equipment or controlling system. At present, basic link of each direct-current power is approximately same in the market. They include the alternating current supply, alternating current transformer (sometimes not to use), the leveling circuit, and the filter voltage-stabilizer circuit and so on. This article introduced the method and the principle of MCU controlling system which was used in the direct-current voltage-stabilized power, realizing the digit controlling adjustment of voltage-stabilized source and step-by-step with 0.1V under the wide output. In addition, it has analyzed the working principle to cause voltage stable and the method to adjust it. This power source has the characteristic that simple to adjust the voltage, direct-viewing to be read, stable voltage output and be advantageous for the intellectualized management.
