Abstract: Assembly process has a complicated influence on dynamic characteristics and the product performance. However, the information model of the non-geometric process parameters isn’t considered by the existing assembly modeling methods. Based on the further developing of the traditional hierarchical structure, the assembly process layer hierarchical structure was obtained. By acquiring the assembly feature constraints hierarchy tree in Pro/E, and re-modeling the hierarchy tree information, a model of the assembly process hierarchy tree was proposed, and its information model was established. The software instance showed the application of the assembly modeling method. Computer aided alignment showed the proposed approach superior in the assembly process planning, managing and tracking. By the key assembly parameters information modeling, data for subsequent product alignment analysis was supported.

Abstract: An assessment model of packaging solutions is built based on AHP method in response to diversification of packaging solutions. The assessment is intuitive. The model can be not only used in comprehensive evaluation, but also used in the evaluation of the secondary indicators. Using the model to assess packing solutions, you can make the assessment process operate easier, and the results more intuitive. The model can be widely used in assessment of packaging solution.

Abstract: A multi-objective scheduling method based on the controlled Petri net and GA is proposed to the flexible job shop scheduling problem (FJSP). Function objectives of the proposed method are to minimize the completion time and the total expense and workload of machines. Firstly, a Parikh vector based approach for Petri net controller is introduced, and based on this method, the Petri net model is constructed for FSP with machine breaking down. Then, the genetic algorithm (GA) is applied based on the controlled Petri net model and Pareto. Finally, simulation results based on an example show that the method is efficient.

Abstract: A novel quality prediction method with mobile time window is proposed for small-batch producing process based on weighted least squares support vector regression (LS-SVR). The design steps and learning algorithm are also addressed. In the method, weighted LS-SVR is taken as the intelligent kernel, with which the small-batch learning is solved well and the nearer sample is set a larger weight, while the farther is set the smaller weight in the history data. A typical machining process of cutting bearing outer race is carried out and the real measured data are used to contrast experiment. The experimental results demonstrate that the prediction accuracy of the weighted LS-SVR based model is only 20%-30% that of the standard LS-SVR based one in the same condition. It provides a better candidate for quality prediction of small-batch producing process.

Abstract: The SRAM applied to dynamic voltage scaling systems has a problem that the differential voltage of the bitlines (ΔVBL) increases as the supply voltage rises with the conventional replica bitlines technique, and the increased ΔVBL degrades the SRAM performance and dissipates more power. In this paper, a programmable replica bitlines technique is presented to resolve the problem. With the new technique we acquired bitline discharge time reduction up to 25.3% at the cost of 0.6% area penalty in a 16Kb SRAM. The 16Kb SRAM test chip is fabricated by using 65nm low leakage technology. Testing results show that the maximum operational frequency of the SRAM is improved from 4.3% to 9.5% under the voltage range of 0.8V~1.4V comparing with the conventional one. The operating frequency of the SRAM with proposed technique is from 440MHz at 0.8V to 1.62GHz at1.4V.

Abstract: Refer to each stage of the investment in intelligent control firms, the risk is a dynamic system with complexity for the uncertain factors existing in the process of risk estimation. Through the analysis on the risk of the investment in intelligent control firms, this article constructs a dynamic model of intelligent control firms risk estimation, which is characterized by multi-stage, multi-factor and multi-actors, with the integration of many influence factors such as the attitude of risk estimator. Moreover, based on the method of D-S evidential reasoning method, this model could transform those qualitative indexes with influence on risk into the quantitative indexes, which has the advantage to reasonably and synthetically estimate the dynamic risk of the investment in the intelligent control firms.

Abstract: based on characteristics of production flow of bearing manufacturing, via comprehensive utilization of SLP tool and by calculating logistics quantity of bearing manufacturing, this paper works out the operating unit logistics and non-logistics correlation diagram based on analysis of benchmark interrelationship, and then it gets the comprehensive correlation among production facilities. In addition, the operating unit’s location interrelationship scheme of bearing manufacturing industry is made. In this way, planning of production facilities of enterprise can be more reasonable, thus production efficiency can be improved and production cost can be reduced.

Abstract: Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) RFID technology can help enterprises of supply chain to get the operation information of other enterprises and each business chains timely, and this can greatly increases the benefits of the supply chain management. Aiming at the problems of the fracture of the supply chain and its low efficiency, the solution based on CEP-RFID data processing mode and XML information sharing model was put forward in this article, it can strengthen the ability of the supply chain operation and management.
