Abstract: This article is mainly to study on the necessity of implementing the internal control, and proposed some solutions to address the development of the internal control.First,We described the problem of implementation "basic norms of internal control";secondly, We proposed a new solution named XBRL for the disclosure of internal control information, and then we did some empirical research on the application of XBRL in China,The research showed that XBRL had improved the quality of corporate disclosure.

Abstract: The manufacturing execution system (MES), is now still constructed with relatively dedicated framework. Such lag in the development of MES has inevitably caused some problems. A salient one is the lack of adaptability to effectively cope with the diversity of manufacturing processes. This paper aims to provide some resolutions to this problem. After analyzing the adaptability requirements of A-MES in detail, some key techniques are researched including data integrated adapter, developing configurable factory model, reusable business component and data based script driven mechanism. Thereafter, a new kind of adaptable MES framework named A-MES is presented. A-MES is capable of accommodating changes in internal and external manufacturing system with little programming work.

Abstract: The paper is focus on the assembly line of the factory .The nodular method and second-watch measuring methods are applied to measure the work time of the bottleneck stations. To improve the cycle time of the assembly line, the work contents of relative stations is reallocated. Finally, the production line is disposed again on the basis of the principle of ECRS and the line balancing theory .After implemented the new method, the capability of this production line has improved.

Abstract: The in-out system of railway container terminal is a fuzzy queue system when the container truck arrival rate and in-out system service rate are fuzzy. To construct the membership functions of the performance measures, two rates were both represented as trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and the definition of α-cut and Zadeh’s extension principle were applied to transform fuzzy queues into traditional queues. The upper and lower bounds of the system eigenvalues were obtained with a parametric programming method. The membership function of the system eigenvalue was solved with a numerical computation of various α levels. The more information and theoretical support was provided for analysis and optimization of the in-out system of railway container terminal.

Abstract: Electronic display system is a computer-controlled display tool, being low-cost and easy to control. Therefore, the electronic display system for visual management provides a simple and effective way for small and medium enterprises. By applying electronic display system, SMEs can carry out visual management of tasks, strengthen enforcement; it can also be used in production system to deal documentary, even to carry out performance management to form a fair business environment.

Abstract: As the transferring, application and integration of knowledge can highly improve organizational dynamic manufacturing capability, this paper takes an empirical study to explore the relationships among knowledge transfer, flexible manufacturing capability and manufacturing performance based on questionnaires from 113 advanced manufacturing firms in Pearl River Delta of China by the used of structural equation model method.

Abstract: Construction of production facility is a modern large enterprise workplace, because of the layout of construction and projecting management are unreasonable, which result in low utilization rate of resources and low efficiency. Considering the logistics-related sufficiently, we use facility planning, design methods and fine management of the project through combining with a coherent design process to achieve the purpose of project facilities optimization, rational allocation of resources and improve production efficiency.

Abstract: Information model for MR and MT was built against the uncertainty in the network environment. This paper proposed the regulations of conversion of uncertain capability parameters into interval numbers, and an innovative solution to retrieval to rapidly single out the best MR. Finally, with a practical example, the solution was further illustrated simple but effective.
