Abstract: HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) is a system analysis method used to identify design defects and dangerousness and operability of process, , which has been widely used in the oil industry at home and abroad. In this paper the basic principle and analysis process of HAZOP analysis method were detailedly introduced. Taken the HAZOP practical application of offshore jacket platform in Jidong Oilfield for example, the defects which can lead the security and operation problems during the process of equipments design and operation were systematically identified. Combined with analyses of the achievements of this practical application, the advantages of the implementation of HAZOP method are concluded such as effectively reducing engineering design defects and safety problem of operation process; improving safe reliability of process system.

Abstract: It is difficult to control and coordinate inventory of assembly manufacturing supply chain because there are multi-suppliers in control system. In order to integrate different suppliers and send parts packages to production line directly, Supply-Hub is used in practice. Queuing theory and basic inventory strategy are applied to model inventory control of assembly manufacturing supply chain with Supply-Hub mode. And optimization solution for decentralized decision and centralized decision were derived separately. Then coordination inventory strategy is obtained by comparing decentralized decision and centralized decision. Backorder and holding cost subsidy contracts are used for coordination that incites suppliers to set basic inventories in favor of whole supply chain operation cost reduction. And numerical examples of three suppliers and one manufacturer are given to illustrate the effectiveness of the coordination strategy.

Abstract: Dense Chinese Fir LVL was manufactured from Chinese Fir veneer which was impregnated with laboratory prepared water soluble phenol formaldehyde(PF) resin. The influences of various processing factors on properties of dense Chinese Fir LVL were explored. It is showed that the mechanical properties of dense Chinese Fir LVL first increase and then decrease with the increase of drying temperature and hot-pressing time. Plank performance becomes higher with the increase of compressibility and hot-pressing temperature. The optimum technological parameters for LVL process are set.

Abstract: A flow shop scheduling problem based on the controlled Petri net and GASA is presented with multi-workstation operation. Firstly, the math model of this flow shop scheduling problem is constructed. Secondly, Petri net controller is designed based on Parikh vector, and the Petri net model is constructed. And then, GASA is applied based on the math model and the controlled Petri net model. Finally, one example is applied to test the effectiveness of the method.

The Engineering Training Center, as the practice base, must play an important role in promoting “outstanding plan”. Under the guidance of the cultivation of outstanding engineering, this article mainly explores and practices the following aspects: the position of reform of the practice teaching, reconstruction of the curriculum system and course content, innovation of engineering training teaching model, enhancing the depth of cooperation with the enterprise, efforts to promote the research study.

Abstract: In view of the problems of information management in the cutter manufacturers, the information system oriented to cutter production management was proposed. The system architectures of C/S and B/S were compared and analyzed, and then the design pattern based on the hybrid architecture of C/S and B/S was proposed. The function modules and structure of system were presented. The design methods of coding and data tables in the system database were analyzed. Based on these, the cutter production management system based on hybrid architecture was developed. The development environment and implementation methods of the system were proposed. And the key technologies of the system were put forward, including the order management, the cutter CAD and the security design. The system can effectively improve the informatization level of the cutter manufacturers.

Abstract: The configuration software (KingView) is introduced based on the research projects about coal transportation control system design of XuZhou Power Station that describes the method to utilize the strong function of “Kingview 6”. Particularly the concrete implementation and development about several important parts, such as the making screen, the trend curve, the data form and the alarm function are researched, using the PLC software in King View to simulate system and introducing the key program. The results show that the integration of automation technology, computer technology and communications technology contributes to high precision, stable performance, strong practicability and improvement efficiency.

Abstract: As uncertain processing time of some jobs may bring unpredicted deterioration of job shop scheduling performance, a measure of VaR is introduced into the job shop scheduling model, and a genetic algorithm combined with Monte Carlo simulation method is presented for solution. Lastly the numerical examples illustrate the efficiency of both the model and the algorithm.

This article described business processes of multi-product and small-batch machinery manufacturing enterprises and studied all kinds of factors, which impact the production efficiency of multi-product and small-batch machinery manufacturing enterprises by systematic method and constructed productivity promotion model from aspects of customer development, product design, production, processing and material supply to systematically increase production efficiency.

Abstract: To automatically obtain the real-time data of electric power information equipments and improve management level on intelligent inspection, a technical framework based on internet of things (IOT) is provided for information equipment inspection in electric power system. It provids new data sources efficiently and improves intelligent inspection level. Architecure of the proposed three layer framework is given. And key technologies and functions are discussed. Finally three layer software constuct is illustrated. After the upgrading the existing system, the results show inspection system based on IOT is more secure, reliable, and easy to use and maintain. All of these features embody the meticulous management of information equipment. The study accelerates the application of IOT in smart grids.
