Abstract: This paper applies hidden semi-Markov model (HSMM) to estimate the network load states on the basis of time delay observations for multi-mode switching control of the NCS. The close-loop NCS with state feedback controller is modeled into a semi-Markov jump linear system (S-MJLS). Then the controllers corresponding to each mode are designed based on the stability theory of S-MJLS. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in this paper.

Abstract: Through analysis of the blown film extrusion production line process, according to the extrusion machine temperature, speed and membrane bubble cooling and tension control, and other aspects of control characteristics, using Mitsubishi FX2N series Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and INVT inverter as an example, this paper expounds the application in the blown film extrusion production line control system.

Abstract: Realizing water supply system is the necessary equipment, the automatic improving water supply efficiency and water supply system looks like being more important right now. This article adopts AT89C2051 chip and designs entire multi-protection automation water supply system, which has the protect function of over voltage, under voltage, over stream, overload, and break the motor-protection. Without people’s supervision, this system can realize the automation of water-supply. At the same time, it can improve the rate of water-supply and stability of the system.

Abstract: In the paper it can be easier to realize the acquisition of the rotating machinery vibration signal and condition monitoring through the configuration the platform of virtual instrumentation. For the data acquisition it is enough to be plus with two acceleration sensors and a counter. The system is divided into parameter setting module, data acquisition, storage and display module, amplitude domain analysis module, time-domain analysis module, frequency domain analysis module, time-frequency domain analysis module and fault diagnosis module. The signal acquisition is got by using the PCI-6024E data acquisition card. And it is can be saved as binary data stream files and waveform data file according to the requirements of the sequence data processing. Signal analysis is conducted by using LabVIEW software and draw out the vibration spectrum diagram in order to achieve fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.

Abstract: the design is completed using the Siemens S7-200series programmable controller to realize the traffic signal lamp automatic control. The system completed the soft, hardware design based on the traffic signal control requirements, and the experiments proved that the system is simple, economic, reliable operation, has very high practical value.

Abstract: The real-time online offshore monitoring system based on wireless sensor network has been designed.It successfully applied wireless sensor network technology to the field of ocean environmental monitoring system.The system is an automatic monitoring system without manual involvement,which runs automatically by the program from the data collection nodes import to the sink node through the communication nodes. The handheld sink has a slick looking interface.It is an offshore wireless sensor networks which can be set up flexibly and can monitor the changes of temperature,light intensity ,PH, dissolved oxygen and other parameters.The system is composed of three main components including data acquisition subsystem,data transmission control subsystem and data sharing subsystem.The subsystems are responsible for monitoring data collection,information transmission processing,data sharing ,and information service.This paper described the architecture of the entire system and the implementation of each module in details,especially the implementation of data acquisition subsystem including hardware packaging,software designing and environmental configuration.Through analyzing of telos node hardware and the energy status of routing protocols,it proposes energy-saving solutions based on energy-efficient routing and radio dormancy strategy. The system has been running for more than one year.It has been proved that the system is energy-saving.It has made an important impact on ocean ography.

Abstract: In this paper, we introduced a high cost performance design of air flow control system consisting of a programmable computer controller (PCC) and 72 inverters. PCC communicates with all the inverters using USS protocol via RS485 bus, and the real-time performance of USS communication was analyzed for this system. The commissioning and analysis show that the total communication cycle time of a subnet is less than 500ms and the maximum deviation of the inverter frequency is 0.01Hz. This system can meet the requirements of high performance carbon fiber production.

Abstract: Designed a new type measurement and control system based on ultrasonic sensor, which can measure the water level of hydropower station turbine inlet trash rack in front of the dam. It overcomes the defects of traditional level gauge measurement; has the water level signal after and before the gate on real-time; pressure difference; multiple points of data acquisition; processing, storage and transmission of the limit alarm function, the subsystem and hydropower PC form communication network for the centralized monitoring, centralized control and centralized management.
