Abstract: Widely used for concrete admixtures, the development status of concrete admixtures is summarized, the two classification methods of concrete admixtures are induced. Especially, currently mainly used four kinds of admixtures, water reducer, air entraining agents, retarders, and early strength agent, the working principle, the problem of construction application, the direction of development and construction technology are analyzed. Abstract: In order to find out the cause of the mining roadway of mine test roof fall in the excavation period, to based roof stability partition method, The main research methods is using RFPA software numerical simulation, according to the specific condition roof strata of the mine test, build 6 different thickness of medium sandstone model, get the corresponding characteristics of roof deformation and roof caving hidden danger level. The results of the study show that under the condition roof strata of the mine test, At the stratigraphic horizon is certain, Thickness decrease of medium sandstone is the main cause of roof fall, when the thickness of medium sandstone less than 1.5m,the roof is unstable, roof caving hidden danger level depend on its upper strata; 1.5m is constant critical value of roof caving hidden danger level, the middle of roadway have be deformation, but articulate between rock block can also keep the roadway stable; when the thickness of medium sandstone more than 1.5m, it can be loading layer, roof caving hidden danger risk is low, the type rock is Ⅰ level, the roadway is basically never collapse.

Abstract: Building leakage is a chronic and stubborn disease to influence the quality of building engineering. The traditional waterproof coiled material such as asphalt has properties of poor weather resistance, easy to crack and large pollution. GT is a kind of green building material with superior performance. GT materials used in building waterproof can fundamentally solve the problem of waterproofing, impermeability and plugging in construction. In this article, the author discuss performance characteristics, construction technical measures and quality testing standards of GT paint, analysis the technical points of GT waterproof paint applied in construction engineering.

Abstract: Based on MATLAB platform, program VCBEP (Variable Cross-section Beam Element based on Positional FEM) is compiled, and the cantilever beam with linear profile and the parabolic simple supported beam are calculated. The variable cross-section beam element is proposed to analyze rectangular beam whose beam depth changes in a linear or quadratic parabolic way and beam width is fixed and the exact solution can be obtained.

Abstract: The finite element analysis (FEA) has been widely used in research and production. It is well known that ABAQUS software is famous for its capacity of solving nonlinear problems. Create the test specimen model that is based on biaxial cross tensile test specimen of woven architectural membrane material by the ABAQUS software. The effects of the fillet radius(R), the width of the specimen (W), the length (L) and the number (N) of the crack are considered. It is found that while the whole specimen is 180*180mm it is most uniform when the R is 5mm, the W is 60mm, the L is about 60mm and the N is 5.

Abstract: The effective thermal conductivity coefficient of silicon carbide (SiC) synthesis materials and graphitization furnace insulation material were obtained by applying heat percolation theory and thermal coefficient equation of various layer-compositors. This paper proposed a further numerical analysis on the temperature distribution of SiC furnace, lengthwise graphitization (LWG) furnace and Co-production furnace by open source finite element software FEPG. The results show that the Co-production furnace can produce SiC after finishing graphitization production and Co-production furnace’s energy consumption subtract energy consumption of LWG furnace, SiC production energy consumption of Co-production furnace is half and SiC yield of Co-production furnace is 57-73 percent of same type of SiC furnace. Besides, applying Co-production process could reduce the exhaust of whole LWG furnace.

Abstract: Based on the background that large amount of iron ore tailings are stockpiled in China, the utilization of iron ore tailings to prepare sintering brick was studied. The main objective of this paper was to investigate the influence of sintering temperature on sintering bricks from iron ore tailings, in the presence of clay, coal refuses and bentonite. Sintering bricks were prepared at different temperature with 40 wt% iron ore tailings. Drying was investigated as well as the loss on ignition, bulk density and compressive strength of the specimens. Their mechanical and microstructure properties were also investigated by radioactivity, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The results showed that compressive strengths of the specimens produced were higher than that required by the standards MU20 of GB5101-2003, up to 128.0Mpa at 1100°C corresponding to its higher bulk density completely.

Abstract: In this paper, two-component compound modifiers were used to modify sodium silicate, preparing a new type of inorganic-organic composite cold pellet binder consolidation. The dispersion of its formative adhesive films is good and the bonding ability is also high. By changing modifier ratio and addition, the information of pellet structure and composition was studied. The results showed that: when the compound modifier-component mass ratio is 1:1, adding the amount is 2%, the modified adhesive bond strength is higher, the production of pellets using compression strength up to 2.75KN / a, meeting the needs of blast furnace smelting.
