Abstract: At the development of modern printing, vibration may course some products quality problems when increases the speed. Practical experience shows that the mechanical vibration of the offset press is an important reason to affect the print quality. Therefore, improving the vibration performance of the printing press and designing the structure of anti-vibration and noise reduction to improve the quality and speed of printing presses is an important issue in the press product development. This paper proposes some reasons and solution ideas of vibration on printing parts in ordinary offset printing machines.

Abstract: This paper describes the successful experience of the directional control blasting of two 90m-high reinforced concrete cooling towers of Hefei Power Plant in Anhui Province. The blasting is in the complex environment. It emphatically describes the pretreatment measures, blasting cut shape and size, blasting parameters, detonator detonating network and blasting safety technology of the directional window, oriented window and load reducing slot, and the blasting vibration was tested and analyzed, and this paper provides the protection method for opening the special-shape load reducing slot and dense mesh safety net cross-multilayer coverage. Especially, the blast holes for opening the special-shape load reducing slot and the herringbone column are centralized at the bottom and top, which not only reduces the drilling workload, but also reduces the maximum detonating explosive amount of single section, and also reduces the safety protection workload. It can be a reference for similar projects.

Abstract: The planetary reducer has both internal incentive of varying mesh stiffness and external incentive of eccentric quality, which are prone to vibration and noise at work. This paper use ANSYS Workbench to build model, divide grid and carry out modal analysis for transmission gear train of Planetary reducer, and calculate the 6 order modes. The modal analysis result is compared with excited frequency and natural frequency respectively. This paper’s modal analysis is more accuracy, more rational and more scientific than the previous experience design and statics analysis. It not only provides the useful date for acoustic analysis of planetary reducer, but also provides theory basis for avoiding planetary reducer resonance, and lays a foundation for the whole system dynamic response calculation and analysis.

Abstract: This paper present mechanism analysis of the vibration and noise of the hydraulic system and the dangers of the equipment and measurement to prevent noise and reduce noise combining with the structure character of precision grinder. These measuring will improve the hydraulic system and reduce the hazards of noise and equipment. This method would improve the hydraulic system, which provides a propounding base and has a positive and far-reaching significance for hydraulic equipment the development of technology.

Abstract: Detection and diagnosis of unanticipated fault has inevitably become a critical issue for PHM (Prognostics and Health Management), especially in the fields of robot, spacecraft and industrial system. It is difficult to overcome this problem since there is lack of history information, prior knowledge and dealing strategy for unanticipated fault. In this paper, a general processing model for unanticipated fault detection and diagnosis is constructed, then, a detection method, named OCPCA (One-class Principal Component Analysis), is proposed. Every OCPCA detector is trained by data from single pattern, and the testing task is to determine whether the testing data is from the very pattern. If the unanticipated fault data is rejected by all OCPCA detectors, then the detection task is accomplished. TEP (Tennessee-Eastman Process), a widely used simulated system based on an actual industrial process, is used to verify the detection of unanticipated fault. The results demonstrate the validity of the proposed model and method.

Abstract: Braking trace is the important basis to reconstruct the speed of the accident vehicle. There does not exist one-to-one relationship between the barking trace and the vehicle speed. It needs to have a further research on the factors influencing their corresponding relations, otherwise it may appear great errors to reproduce the vehicle speed with the braking trace. This paper analyzes the influence of people, cars, roads, environmental factors on the corresponding relationship between the initial braking velocity and braking traces, explores the use conditions and parameters selection of the reconstructed model in the standard GA/T643-2006, and the experiment is designed to research on the uncertainty of the reconstruction of the model. Besides, it has proposed the experimental reconstruction method.

Abstract: This paper introduces the need for the development of fault diagnosis technology. Then the fault diagnosis procedures and principles were analyzed. The common faults of rotating machinery were classified and elaborated in detail, and presented different types of fault vibration signal amplitude-frequency diagram. Then the paper mainly described the fault diagnosis of rotating machinery commonly used method, an overview of domestic and foreign research and development, future trends and prospects of the fault diagnosis technology.

Abstract: In this work an efficient and simplified method for crack identification in wind turbine blade has been developed based on fractal dimension. Firstly, the algorithm is studied on the calculation of the correlation dimension of acoustic emission signals, and an analysis of these equations makes it possible to identify cracks. Then it turns out that the complexity could vary with different crack expansion conditions, i.e. reduction and augmentation of the correlation dimension due to the occurrence of a crack by the fatigue experiment. Finally, the proposed detection methodology is compared to wavelet analysis. It is testified that the method exploits both the typical steady expansion of the crack and the appearance phenomenon due to the presence of crack.

Abstract: Wavelet analysis is a kind of time-frequency analysis method, It is particularly effective to analyze signal singularity, singular point location and size of the singular degree, fault characteristic signal can be effectively separated, and it can be used to make fault analysis and diagnosis. And choosing different wavelet analysis on fault make different results. Based on the induction motor stator current for the simulation model, the paper discusses the signal with different wavelet denoising, except the singularity detection and fault diagnosis. And analyzes the importance of fault mother wavelet choicing.

Abstract: This study developed an automatic monitoring system with a vertical mechanical force to stimulate cancerous cartilage sw1353 cells. The system is controlled by the human-machine interface to stretch cell-cultured substrate continuously which the cells cultured on the PDMS substrate. This system can precisely control the substrate strain, stretch frequency, stretch interval and stopping time when the substrate is stretched. The automatic monitor system can stimulate the cancerous cartilage cells which cultured on the PDMS. In addition, the electrophopresis force was used to measure the cell adhesive ability for the stretched and unstretched cells. The automatic monitoring system with a vertical mechanical force stimulator can stretch substrate which is stretched the strain capacity of substrate ranges from 0.5 to 9%.The stretching frequency ranges from 0.4 to 2.4Hz for this system. The average error of system ranges from 0.033 to 0.034mm after it has conducted 30 consecutive movements. When the cells were conducted 3% substrate strain, 0.8Hz, and 30-minute continuous cycle of tensile strength, the adhesion force of cell ranges from 5.57 to 7.93nN, significantly higher than the unstretched cell which range from 0.92 to 1.25nN.The experimental results showed that the stretching stimulation highly correlates to the cell adhesion.
