Abstract: This paper studies civil engineering undergraduate education reform in China in the context of sustainable development. At first, from the perspective of sustainable development and symbiosis, group decision-making for the construction project aiming at the sustainability and the harmony of development is very necessary for ensuring the common and long-term interests of all the stakeholders and their successors, which should be performed based on the consensus and cooperation of all the decision-makers. Secondly, some present problems of civil engineering undergraduate education in China, which can do harm to group decision-making, are discussed. In the end, this paper gives some suggestions for civil engineering undergraduate education reform in China, to help the undergraduates establish the concepts of sustainable development, harmonious symbiosis and group decision-making in their minds consciously, so as to make them achieve sustainable development and harmonious relationship between the construction project and the environment actively during their future work.

Abstract: The college teaching quality evaluation is a multi-factor, multi-variable fuzzy nonlinear process. This paper applied BP neural network to setup a teaching quality evaluation model according to the expert group standards, and trained the neural network model through MATLAB7.0 for learning complex knowledge and simulating capabilities. The data test validation shows that the evaluation result agreed to the actual teaching effectiveness, and has a wide range of applications in various types of teaching management.

Engineering graphics teachers, can not concentrate on doing their own teaching and research work. Abstract: This paper gives a detailed discuss in the construction of teaching system, discusses the characteristics of professional teaching practice reform, and lays stress on the approaches and methods of the college students' engineering practical ability training. The reform consist of three fields, the first is designing of the professional teaching program based on the characteristics of engineering practice, which is composed of theory teaching and practice teaching system and Increase the proportion of professional teaching practice, give prominence to project practice. The second is strengthening the construction of inside workplace environment, cultivate of the students' engineering consciousness”. The last is strengthening the humanism quality, innovative quality and engineering quality. In short, College students' comprehensive quality training is a systems engineering, No matter from teaching planned arrangements and implementation, or the actual environment construction, tremendous efforts are needed.

Abstract: Advanced CDIO engineering education philosophy, emphasizing the design of integrated curriculum plans. Traditional mechanical engineering plan is hard to be increased the curriculum content and hours. A "nexus" method is proposed in this paper, through the redistribution of the available time and resources to achieve integration curriculum plans. Theory mechanics as an important course of mechanical engineering discipline is described in detail to implement the “nexus” teaching method. The professional learning interests of students is improved effectively, the bad habit of "learn a new course, forget an old one" for the college students is changed to a certain extent.

Abstract: College students’ practice and job capabilities are the core index of the social evaluation of the college’s running level and teaching quality. Based on the practice teaching reform, independent colleges should construct “Six in One” ability cultivation system including planned practice teaching system, extracurricular innovation practice system, extracurricular entrepreneurial practice system, professional qualification training system, practice teaching management system, and practice teaching security system.

Abstract: This paper discussed the teaching reform and innovation of the material mechanics, points out that the focuses of the reform are to carry out reform and innovation to the curriculum system and teaching contents to train the ability of the students to analyze the question and master learning method, reform teaching methods, reform test methods and form means at the same time, and close both closely to adapt to the needs of social development and training modernization talents. Developed a teaching method named "Life scenes approach", it is a kind of interactive teaching method, in which, carry out equal dialogue and discussion between the teachers and students. Used academic site as the medium of teaching course, the teachers could discuss with the students by network teaching method. Advocate memory methods to formula type and contrast type such as formula type, the shape centroid position of all kinds of graphics and so on. Developed multimedia software of teaching material mechanics that is suitable for our school teaching characteristics. Through the teaching reforming, we have received some significant effects, after reform, pass rate of the exam is 94.3%, before the reform, it is 86.5%.

Abstract: The curriculum construction is a very important work leading to the excellent course. Processing Technology of Paper Box and Carton (including 32 class hours) is a new elective course to the printing engineering in our college. It is very important and necessary to construct the course in time. At first, the current states and difficulties were introduced in the paper, which was that teaching contents, teaching courseware and teacher team should be all improved. Especially, the teaching content proportion on both paper box and carton was set. And then the ideas and ways used for building up the curriculum system are presented as integrating the teaching contents, reforming the teaching mode and strengthening the teaching management. Finally, the significance of carrying out the teaching reform was put forward, and the achievements of course construction should be applied to the usual teaching work.

Abstract: Modern engineering education focuses on enhancing the comprehensive quality of talents and training their practice, innovation as well as openness. In this case, the course of numerical control machine tools and programming must respond positively to the development demand in higher vocational colleges. Under the guidance of its ideas, through purposefully, designedly integrating curriculum resources, strengthening practice teaching and reforming teaching methods together with teaching means, this paper aims at cultivating well-qualified engineering talents to better adapt to the development of society, science and technology in the 21st century.

Abstract: In order to promote the development of Chinese modern education and relative technologies, this paper proposes the Internet-based Electrical Engineering Virtual Lab (iEEVL). iEEVL is a type of distant education. It virtualizes the electric and electronic experiments, and makes it possible to do online experiments by students. Besides, iEEVL uses the load-balancing cluster system to help it work well. The cluster is mainly based on the technologies of two-tier load-balancing algorithm, Twisted server framework, server virtualization and Modelica technology, and acts an important role in iEEVL. It not only realizes the computing function of the virtual experiments, meets the requirements of balanced distribution and high concurrency, but also improves the stability and scalability of iEEVL.
