Abstract: This paper presents a hybrid optimization method for optimizing the injection moulding process parameters for plastic gear. This proposed method combines the Taguchi robust design, grey relational analysis (GRA) and principal component analysis (PCA) in designing the experiments and analyzing the behaviour of shrinkage in addendum circles (AC), dedendum circles (DC) and tooth thickness (TT) of the moulded gear. The proposed hybrid optimization method appears to be a necessity to overcome the shortcomings in multiple quality characteristics optimization as well as provides a statistical solution in defining a weight for each quality characteristic.

Abstract: Gear pump is the most commonly used hydraulic component in hydraulic drive system.Volumetric efficiency of the traditional gear pump is low, big flow ripple causes large pressure fluctuations, makes pipes and valves vibration, noisy. The imbalance pressure on gear pump’s gears, shafts and bearings and the large radial load limits its pressure increased. Planetary gear transmission compared with ordinary gear transmission, it has many unique advantages. So the writer on the basis of the combination of proposed non-circular planetary gear pumps and gear pump works discussed the structure and working principle of the pump. The non-circular planetary gear pump with many advantages such as big flow, uniform flow, low noise and so on. It can be widely used in various hydraulic transmission systems.

Abstract: Brushes-type blanket washer’s function is rubbing a high speed spinning brush roller against blanket roller, so as to clean the paper-lints and ink which adhere to the surface of blanket cylinder. It is very important to do a research into the dynamic structural analysis of the washer which determines the stability of this equipment. With the gyroscopic effect dynamic analysis of brush blanket, we get the relation curve between central offset of the washer and the load of permanent joint. The result show that a minute alteration of the central offset causes effect change of the load. This result provides a theoretical basis to control the effect change and then improve the stability and decrease the cost.

Abstract: In hydraulic system of injection machine, electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve is used to change complex variable pump output flow and power in order to adapt to load change and energy saving.In this paper ,it introduces the working principle of electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve and how control the complex variable pump. Mathematical modeling of proportional flow valve is built and simulations based on Matlabsimulink software is done. It analyses dynamic characteristics of complex variable pump in different electricity. The results are helpful in improving the pump efficiency and response,and they provide theoretical basis for energy saving.

Abstract: Combining with the error model of strapdown airborne scalar gravimetry, the paper analyses the natural motions of the aircraft, and then discusses how those natural motions of the aircraft influence the airborne scalar gravimetry. The spectra characteristic of measurement errors of the strapdown airborne scalar gravimetry can be obtained, and its relation with natural motions of the aircraft is demonstrated. As a result, we can determine the cutoff frequency of low-pass filter through the characteristic of the natural motions of the aircraft, the cutoff frequency is very important for acceleration extraction from the strapdown airborne scalar gravimeter.

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of synchronous output among multiple parallel-axis in some light industry machinery and avoid the traditional transmission ways’ defects, we put forward a kind of new transmission mechanism which is called the crank-group driving mechanism. This paper introduced the mechanism's inquiry process as follows: the movement that we need is a kind of uniform transmission , we choose the configurations of mechanism according to the requirements of movement; after comparison among various kinds of mechanism, we choose the parallelogram linkage as the prototype of the new mechanism, and the new mechanism is a evolution of it; we demonstrated the movability of the new mechanism from the point of view of freedom, and introduced the configurations of new mechanism.

Abstract: Bearing is the core components of wind power equipment. According to the special requirement of high reliability, long life of wind power bearing, the current manufacturing defects of it has been analyzed, such as flange, pits, fish-tail, folding, and comparing with its current manufacturing method, which is called ring rolling, therefore, a new method called rolling and bulging-matching techniques is proposed, as wind power bearing ring should be released stress after rolling, then sized through bulging and once again to stress. Ring bulging is still a blank space in China; this project plans to research bulging process kinematics and dynamics analysis first. This paper gives a brief introduction of bulging processing and focus on the analysis of wind power bearing ring bulging forming.

Abstract: The power system equipped in machinery contains power source (motor or engine) and gear reducer to get large output torque. The rotation speed of motor is made higher and higher to attach high power with the same volume. Hence, the reduction ratio of gear reducer is required to be higher and higher. Planetary gear trains can be used as the gear reducers with high reduction ratio. However, the planetary gear train with high reduction ratio is compound gear system. This paper proposes planetary simple gear reducers with high reduction ratio. According to train value equation, the kinematic design of planetary simple gear trains with high reduction ratio is accomplished. Some design examples are designed to illustrate the design algorithm. Also, in this paper, the static force analysis is carried out to prove the kinematic design is right. Based on the proposed algorithm, all planetary simple gear trains with high reduction ratio can be synthesized.

Abstract: In this paper, a teaching method reform is introduced based on the CDIO international concept of engineering education, to build the integrated teaching model of the mechanical principles that combines theory teaching, experiment and course design. During the reform, a schedule is made to arrange these three parts according to their contents, and joined all the content together so as to let students’ do related practices while learning new theories. This reform is aim at leading students change from passive learning into voluntary study, cultivating students' creative thinking so as to train students the abilities of conceive, design, implementation and operation. The results turned out that this method can free students from traditional teaching model and make a solid foundation for training a qualified mechanical engineer.

Abstract: In order to integrate between TRIZ theory and research-oriented teaching, relationship model of TRIZ theory and research-oriented teaching is studied, and indicate the integrated model is the supporting role in the three stages of students' innovative ability, such as experience, rethink, construction. Further, the integration scheme of the contextual design, process of students' inquiry learning, comprehensive evaluation of TRIZ in research-oriented teaching. Finally, the teaching practice examples applied of integration model is given.
