Abstract: In order to evaluate the development capacity of teaching team of automobile specialty in higher vocational College, the human resources management ability maturity model (PCMM) of the US Software Engineering Research Institute is used. From the perspective of social need, organizational environment and teaching and scientific research, Analytic Hierarchy process (AHP) and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (FCE) are used. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is created by the social ability, management ability and executive ability maturity. The evaluate system is a new exploration to research automobile specialty. It can provide a scientific, feasible management framework to automobile specialty education management. It provides operational development capacity measuring tool to teach team of automobile specialty in vocational college and can improve the quality of teaching aim.

Abstract: Cultivating the students’ awareness and consciousness of the innovation is not only the needs of the times, but also one of the core works of the university education. In this research paper, according to the characteristics of computer and related majors, integrating with the northeast petroleum university of innovative personnel training experience, we come to the conclusion that in the first place, the student should lay a solid theoretical foundation, and then according to the students' abilities and interests ,we create a variety of ways to stimulate the students' innovative abilities, such as the activity of innovative experiment, the subject competition and the professional laboratory. Last but not least, we run school in alliance with many enterprises. With the joint efforts in many ways, our education will achieve sound and practicable development.

Abstract: As the concept has been recommended in recent years, cloud computing more and more into sight. Centralized its computing and storage to the network, let local application procedures and client simple to only a support scripting browser, the performance of personal computer to minimize, maximize function,on the resources of the distribution of teaching resources integration way is needed. This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of cloud computing,and then it puts forward how to manage the teaching resources of college by cloud computing, in order to base the teaching resources sharing mechanism which relies on cloud technology , integrate the teaching resources, share the resources based on data security, promote the construction of digital teaching resources and the high quality teaching resources sharing.

Abstract: With the spread of logistics service, modern logistics has been the fundamental industry for supporting the economy development in China. The logistics capability has been the modern enterprises' core competitive ability. The development level of modern logistics industry has become the important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region.Compared with the launch of logistics service, the human resources especially senior executive administrators in our country seem in terrible demand, which is far from enough to meet the need of modern logistics’ development. The shortage of the talent is the bottleneck which restricts logistics’ large-scale development, and it’s also a problem which needs the academia to resolve. This paper analyzes our country’s main problems of personnel and the logistics training in logistics, and puts forward the strategies in the end.

Abstract: The Outstanding Engineer Training Program is a strategic plan for making higher education serve economic development and raising the competitiveness of engineers. To carry out the program successfully,it is necessary to accurately uphold its principles, clearly define the specifications of training, focus on practical social needs, enhance capacity training, strengthen the collaborations between universities and industries, optimize education plans, and reform teaching methods. Only in this way will a large number of highly competent and innovative engineers be trained.

Abstract: The teaching scheme of mechanics-electronics-hydraulics integrated controlling experiment is introduced. The psychological model on which the teaching scheme is based is indicated according to the shortcomings in college teaching. Then the equipment and teaching scheme in details is described. Finally, the principles of teacher indication are specified. The scheme achieves designed purpose in practice mostly.

Abstract: This paper based on the CDIO international engineering education philosophy, we conceived a more detailed mechanical engineering major training system, and we analyzed the problems in the teaching process, we described the knowledge, ability and quality that students should have, at the same time we discussed the implementation method of trinity of engineering project, workplace environment, industry-university cooperation.

Abstract: Engineering Mechanics is an important specialized fundamental course for engineering specialties. In this paper, some thinking and suggestions combining with previous teaching experience were presented, In order to adapt to the demand of “Education and Training Program of Excellent Engineer”and raise high quality professional personnel. In the paper, authors carried out discussions focusing on the following aspects: enhancing teachers practice and exercise, innovation of content of courses, and improvement of teaching method and students’ participating in practice. Authors expect their ideas may arouse peers’ discussions and enough attention, Finally it may make a contribution to training excellent engineers.

Abstract: Basic specialized courses play a "bridge" and "link" role between the basic courses and specialized courses. The study on how to develop students’ practical engineering capabilities in the teaching of basic specialized theoretical courses is of great significance for the cultivation of application-oriented engineering students. “Post-Press Processing Technology” is an important core specialized course for printing engineering specialty. Using the course teaching of “Post-Press Processing Technology” as an example, based on the in-depth study of the course’s knowledge and theory layout, this paper seriously explores on the ways to improve the academic quality of printing engineering students and enhance their practical skills, and carries out some preliminary exploration and practice in cultivating and improving practical engineering capabilities of engineering students with comprehensive application of various teaching methods and so on.

Abstract: Extending mechatronic engineering education curriculum to the freshman and sophomore undergraduates is a new trend in China. Here extending our engineering education curriculum for mechatronics currently facing junior and senior to sophomore is considered in Education Innovation Foundation of Harbin Engineering University of China. Key issues and current philosophies executing by other universities for mechatronics practical training curriculum to freshman and sophomore are analyzed. Based on current teaching content of the curriculum, enhanced teaching strategies are proposed in order to accommodate sophomore of our university. Concrete content includes introducing multi domain modeling technique for plant modeling, GUI design facilitating modeling simulation and control implementation, and flexible and extendable model library development. The proposed approaches can facilitate extending our curriculum to the whole level of undergraduates in our university.
