Abstract: Nowadays, with the wide application of the geographic information system in water conservancy and hydropower projects, workload of three-dimensional digital model building the dam has become very large and complicated. However, the combining development of AutoCAD and ArcGIS can greatly reduce its workload and improve the working efficiency and modeling accuracy. This paper mainly conducts a preliminary study on dam three-dimensional modeling development in water resources and hydropower projects in the application of ArcGIS, and introduces the process of CAD data transferring into GIS data based on AutoCAD and its component technology.

Abstract: Rock discontinuities appear as traces on exposures such as natural outcrops or tunnel walls. Discontinuity size which has important effects on rock mass behavior such as rock mass strength, deformability, stability, fluid flow, contaminant transport is related to trace length. Field linear and areal sampling techniques are time-consuming and low accuracy. Real-Time Kinematic GPS (GPS-RTK) developed from GPS is a more secure and fast way, which has some advantages of shorter observation time, high positioning accuracy, unnecessary intervisible and direct result of exact coordinate in field. This paper uses GPS-RTK technology in the measurement of discontinuity traces in Beishan granite rock mass of Gansu province. Through analyzing the processing and results acquired from Beishan granite rock mass discontinuity traces, the paper tries to demonstrate the feasibility and practicality of the method.

Abstract: Many kinds of building information include spatial location factor, these spatial data can be obtained by geographical information system technology, managed and analyzed conveniently. In this paper, a design framework of information management system for building information based on WebGIS is presented, which is used for management of buildings which are completed and put into use, and the system structure, function and design method of database are expounded in detail.

Abstract: Along with the acceleration of social informatization and the increase of users' individual requirements, it becomes difficult for the electronic maps to meet the management needs of the smart scenic spots because there lack of information on real time data and participation of tourists. Digital measurable images (DMI) can make up for the disadvantages of electronic maps effectively. While integrating DMI with the electronic maps, a visual data platform and a true 3D visual management pattern can be built, which makes users enable to observe the scenic spot no matter from any perspective angles and provides personalized services for the different needs of different users. This paper mainly discusses the integration of DMI with the electronic maps and specific applications in Smart Jiuzhaigou.

Abstract: In vehicle navigation system, path matching often go wrong when road condition is complex, especially there are island ring, or exit and entrance of highway. This lead to wrong map display and wrong route guidance, thus system give a bad impact to driver. In order to solve this problem, this paper includes a map matching algorithm based on curvature and slope. This Algorithm coding has been realized by c and proved its availability at last.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, communications technology, and other related technologies, the Digital City has become a hot topic of current research. The traditional method of constructing digital city based on ArcGis is very complex, the type of computer software that related is much more, and the interaction between the software is poor. For the traditional method of digital urban design is difficult to design and visualization effect is poor, this paper builds the techniques of campus apartment modeling based on the skyline combined specific examples of campus apartments, realizes three dimensional (3D) visualization and query and analysis functions of the campus apartment system and proposes a simple method of creating 3D landscape efficiently.

Abstract: This paper provides a scheme to construct three dimensional (3D) model fast using laser scanning data. In the approach, firstly, laser point cloud are scanned from different scan positions and the point cloud coming from neighbor scan stations are spliced automatically to combine a uniform point cloud model, and then feature lines are extracted through the point cloud, and the framework of the building are extracted to generate 3D models. At last, a conclusion can be drawn that 3D visualization model can be generated quickly using 3D laser scanning technology. The experiment result shows that it will bring the application model and technical advantage which traditional mapping way can not have.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that the Least Squares Support Vector Machines(LSSVM) was sensitive to noises or outliers, fuzzy idea was used to the Least Squares Support Vector Machines. The Fuzzy Least Squares Support Vector Machines(FLSSVM) was proposed and was applied to the Landslide Deformation Prediction. Experimental results show that this method can improve the accuracy of prediction and be effectively applied to landslide deformation prediction.

Abstract: Traditional regression analysis methods such as Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) are usually used to explore data relations, but they cannot reflect the spatial non-stationarity of the data. Geographically Weighted Regression (GWR) is an effective tool for dealing with this situation, whereas there has not any related studies about using GWR to analyze the landslide surface deformation. This paper tries to base on a typical reservoir-type landslide in Three Gorges Reservoir area of Yangtze River, China, and uses monitoring data, to build OLS and GWR model between landslide surface displacements and trigger factors by ArcGIS. Analysis showed that the GWR model has greater R2 and smaller Akaike information criterion (AIC) value, and the residuals spatial autocorrelation degree can be significantly reduced then the OLS model, what means the GWR model can capture the spatial non-stationarity of independent variables and is more reliable in analysis of landslide surface deformation.
