Abstract:

The article has reviewed briefly the development of hexa-orientation press control system, and in introduces the application of industrial computer in the diamond synthetic press control system. It improves the precision of control and realizes automated process control by using PID closed-Loop to control electric current and using dynamic pressure to control pressure. It increases protection parameters, makes the system operate more stable and has very important impact on grade and carbide anvil consumption, at the same time reduces the technical requirements of operators. Finally the article introduces the development direction of hexa-orientation press control system.
