Effect Research of Leg Arrangement Mode for Mechanics Analysis of 2-Legs Shield Powered Support

Article Preview

Abstract:

The leg arrangement mode has impacts on several mechanics parameters of 2-legs shield powered support, which would lead to bad effect on coal mine safety production if unreasonable. In this paper, the mechanics model of 2-legs shield powered support has been established; the influence of inclined angle and position of leg on the resultant force of the canopy, the canopy resultant force action point , and the load intensity on the front edge of base for 2-legs shield powered support base has been analyzed. The research can provide theory basis and feasible method for reasonable leg arrangement.
