Abstract: According to the development of mine automation requirements, Siemens S7-300 PLC is adopted in order to do the research of mine drainage automatic control system in this paper. Combined with frequency control technology, the system can schedule the pumps reasonably by monitoring water level and pressure signals. With failure alarm, group network communication and other functions, it’s profitable to achieve the whole mine automatic control and the economic operation of the entire system.

Abstract: Regarding the liquid-air hammer rod as the research object, the equivalent stress contour of the hammer rod has been obtained through transient dynamics simulation analysis of the hammer rod impact process by using finite element method. This paper has studied node rate response in different positions of the hammer rod to provide evidence for structure design of this kind of impact members.

Abstract: Condensation heat transfer used to the condenser as an important way of heat transfer is a phenomenon that involves flowing and heat and mass transfer of both gas and liquid phases. Thus, the development of its numerical prediction helps to the design of the condenser. At the present work, a VOF model was used to numerically simulate condensation heat transfer in a V-shape tube, obtaining volume fraction of vapor, location of liquid film and parameters of heat transfer. Results show that the VOF model may predict flow pattern of condensation and mass flux of condensation of vapor on the liquid film well. From computations, mass flux of condensation of vapor on the liquid film increases along vapor flowing, however, it tends to steady at the back part of the condenser tube. Flow pattern of condensation develops from annular flow at the inlet of the condenser tube to stratified flow, finally to plug flow at its back part. Velocity decreases along the tube length.

Abstract: In order to meet varied requirements of gas and electricity in petrochemical enterprises, as well as reducing the operation cost and minimizing energy use, optimal operation of utility systems is a must. This paper establishes a model, which accounts for expenses of operation, maintenance, depreciation, and changeover cost. The model is validated against operative data. The results show optimal control strategy can be quickly obtained with improved PSO algorithm, accompanied with considerable cost saving.

Abstract: For the Mo-Ni ore that mineral composition is complex, and the grade is relatively low, the flotation’s effect is not good in advance for enrichment, because of the influence of fine grained level gangue minerals. The small diameter hydrocyclone were used to pre-discard tailings, with the best pulp density and feed pressure, the rate of throwing is the 30%, and then the flotation obtained a good beneficiation index. The crude ore that contains Mo 2.04 %, Ni 1.87 %, through the closed-circuit test won a concentrate that the grade of Mo is 8.94 % and the recovery is 91.86 %, the grade of Ni is 6.75 % and the recovery is 86.79 %. Compared with the single flotation process, it improved the flotation effect and the enrichment ratio of Mo Ni, and realized the efficient enrichment of Mo-Ni.

Abstract: Brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM) is a new type of AC induction motor.It has a good applicable prospect as the variable frequency motors or the variable speed constant frequency generators. Although the advantage of the three-level inverter, there are also some problems of neutral point voltage balance in this method such as the unbalance of neutral point voltage. And the traditional principle of Three-level inverter space vector pulse width modulation method is to estimate the sectors and calculating a lot of trigonometric functions. To solve these problems, a novel method for the virtual space vector concept in G-H coordinate system is presented in this paper. The method proposed can omit the judging process of the sectors, reduce the calculating burden, and maintain the balance of neutral-point voltage between capacitances within a certain index modulation. The results of simulation are given to validate the improved virtual space vector modulation.

Abstract: The cutting system of the longitudinal roadheader is simplified to get the physical model. And the dynamic model is obtained on the basis of that. Then the simulating model is established by using Matlab/Simulink. Furthermore, the relative technical variants are analyzed and determined. Computer analysis is performed by setting some parameters which conform to the actual working conditions.

Abstract: In order to explore the changes of static and dynamic characteristics of machine tool components in which aluminum foam material was used, the characteristics of the prototype table and filled structure one was analyzed by ANSYS.It is shown that static and dynamic characteristics of machine tool can be improved by using aluminum foam-filled structure.Compared with cast iron material,the inherent frequency of table with aluminum foam-filled structure significantly improved,resonant response amplitude has decreased.It was accord with the requirements in the lightweight and high dynamic performance under the condition of ultra-high speed processing.
