Abstract: Aiming at the problems of high stress, poor permeability and low gas drainage rate in deep mining, An integrative equipment is designed with high-pressure water jet, based on the principle of drilling, slotting, pressure relief and improving permeability together with the high-pressure water jet. This equipment can realize high-pressure drilling, low pressure punching, 360° high-pressure slotting and so on. In the multifunctional spray head, more slotting nozzle sections improve the slotting efficiency; also enhance the press-relief and permeability effect. The noise elimination cover decreases machine noise and improves the work environment. This equipment has important significance to improve gas drainage rate and prevent the dynamic catastrophe of the coal-bed.

Abstract: The leg arrangement mode has impacts on several mechanics parameters of 2-legs shield powered support, which would lead to bad effect on coal mine safety production if unreasonable. In this paper, the mechanics model of 2-legs shield powered support has been established; the influence of inclined angle and position of leg on the resultant force of the canopy, the canopy resultant force action point , and the load intensity on the front edge of base for 2-legs shield powered support base has been analyzed. The research can provide theory basis and feasible method for reasonable leg arrangement.

Abstract: Hydraulic support is one of the most important equipments of coal mine exploration, this thesis is to analyse hydraulic support strength and reliability with finite element method. With the example of ZF8000/22/35 hydraulic support, this paper uses the HyperWorks finite element software to analyse the strength of the hydraulic support, and then, with the ANSYS, this paper calculates the reliability of the hydraulic support and figures out the sensitivity of the hydraulic support. Finally, some methods of reliability analysis with finite element method are summarized,these methods can give reference to the design of hydraulic support.

Abstract: Dry efficient separation of moist fine coal is an important part of the development of clean coal technology. This paper reviewed the research situation of the dry screening theory for moist fine coal and summarized the development status of dry screening equipment. The results show that the moist fine materials have complex physical properties and the theory of dry deep screening needs further improved. Flip-flow screen is a kind of screening equipment with wide application prospects, which can well solve the dry deep screening problem of the moist fine materials.

Abstract: The test bench of non-thermal plasma system was built to study the influence of active substance which was produced by non-thermal plasma reactor on reducing PM emission, and the regression effects of DPF were also investigated. The results show that the O3 and O in active substances can strengthen the oxidization of HC and PM, which results in the additional formation of CO, and can realize the continuous regression of DPF at high speed and high load in diesel engines.

Abstract: The wheel of abrasive belt is a special-shaped coated abrasive which has the advantage of good polishing quality, long life, and high efficiency, low cost and so on. Base on the features of the wheel of abrasive belt, through analyzing the basic motion relation of forming polishing spiral surface screw, the wheel of abrasive belt’s profile shape curve could be calculated by establishing the contact line equation of screw spiral surfaces with the wheel of abrasive belt rotating surfaces. Software to verify the correctness of the profile shape calculated, and in accordance with the wheel of abrasive belt profile shape curve to programming NC program. Start with the dressing experiments of the wheel of abrasive belt. Through analysis and research to get the wheel of abrasive belt’s profile shape curve meet the forming polishing standard.

Abstract: Combined with Huaibei Mining Group 1028 Face of the Sun Tong mine site conditions,elasticity in the plane semi-infinite body established by the base plate of a mechanical model in the triangle strip load was used. The bottom plate of arbitrary point in the state of stress was analysised,and calculation formula of the horizontal stress,vertical stress and shear stress.was deduced.Based on elastic-plastic theory for solving the floor failure depth calculation of the floor limit conflict, the size of the water inrush combined with the Sun Tong mine 10 coal aquifer water inrush stress was analysised.The results of theoretical analysis of this article has some guidance, for the site management of the Sun Tong mine and has some reference for similar conditions.

Abstract: In order to achieve the fault diagnostic and degradation assessment of the electro-hydraulic servo valve, a system of prognostic and health management based on the data-driven approach for the electro-hydraulic servo valve is presented. FMMEA performed in this study considered the degree of sub-components in electro-hydraulic servo valve. In order to use only five parameters to assess the cause of degradation, a physical model of the EH servo valve was built up to simulate the failure modes. The simulation results are very useful because the methods can be applied to assess the cause of degradation such as leakage, jamming, clogging and so on.

Abstract: Aiming at the problenm of transportation to underground, and slinging, reshipment, assembly in underworkings for mining lage equipment , a set of slinging and reshipment system in the underground is developed. This system is a steel-frame structure consisted of multi-unit bridged structure junction,in which the double T-iron is taken as main load-bearing beam,and U-steel unit welded by back-to-back method is as a slanted prop triangle secondary beam.This system adoptes the three-dimensional modeling software Solidworks2007, and its COSMOS/Works modules, for the three-dimensional modeling and finite element analysis to this system. Through the finite element analysis, verified the correctness of the component design.
