Abstract: Taking hollow steel tube bumper as the prototype, the structure of steel bumper filled with foam aluminum was simplified preliminary. Then the finite element deformations of two bumper structures were analyzed in the same collision condition. And the quality of two bumper structures were calculated and compared. The results show that automobile bumper made of metal tube filled with foam aluminum can improve the cash safety and reduce the quality of the car significantly. This research provides a new way to improve vehicle safety, energy conservation and environmental protection.

Abstract: In order to investigate the noise and vibration characteristics of shearer, through the analysis of shearer found that the nonlinear instantaneous impact loading caused by cutting pick in the cutting process is the main disturbance source of the noise and vibration,the simulation pro- gramme of cutting pick momentary load was worked out by the implementation of MATLAB. The vibration of the key parts was obtained through the analysis of the rigid-flex coupled model of shearer which was established based on a co-simulation virtual prototype frame,and found that the vibration of the shell stretched out side is more severe, the shell subjacent ear under a larger dynamic stress, the planet carrier has a evident torsional deformation. According to analysis results, the optimized shell vibration significantly weakened, mechanical performance improved drama- tically. The analysis results provide an important basis for improving the shearer cutting unit design and reducing the noise level of coal face.

Abstract: The reactor is the best structure for the chemical reaction on high pressure. The paper introduces creative design of a type high pressure sealing structure, and validates the feasibility from the mechanical aspect. The stress distribution and deformation are investigated by the finite element analysis method, which provides the design proof for the high pressure sealing structure.

Abstract: Through design and research of four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism of rescue vehicle, this paper has analyzed the obstacle navigation theory, ensure the center of mass in every working state and draw a clear relationship between working condition and design parameters of four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism’s crawler. By doing research on kinetics of forward and reverse climbing over obstacle of crawler walking mechanism, designing the four crawler dual-arm walking mechanism, and then fixing parameters of the arms, the problem of climbing over obstacles underground has been solved well. Finally, the three - dimensional diagram of its elevation and swing angle relationship has been simulated using MATLAB software.

Abstract: This paper is based on a coal winning machine cutting part simulation project cooperated with a mining machinery group. Because of coal winning machine actual working environment is very bad, the objects’ physical and mechanical properties are quite uncertain, coal winning machine output shaft bearing vulnerable to damage, so choose the right bearing is very important. In this paper, the output shaft bearings’ stress is calculated by Matlab and the concrete working condition is analysed, mainly to bearing life, as a supplement to clearance, precision, and price and so on, then the types of the output shaft is determined. In the Visual C6.0 integrated development environment, judge principles can be translated into the computer program statements and input them into the MFC software to create roller bearing selecting Expert System. Friendly interface realizes a direct and fast man-machine dialogue in Visual C6.0, and you can find the suitable bearing type quickly by inputing bearings’ basic parameters in the environment which under the control of the process of reasoning.

Abstract: Analyzing thermal load of friction pair of the disc brakes was not only an indispensable part but also a key theoretical basis for choosing materials of friction pair. In this paper, a brake disc of a mining dump truck with 220t loads was researched. In accordance with the brake test requirements of ISO3450-1996 standard, the finite element model was built using ANSYS software and then the transient simulation analysis of the temperature field for the brake disc was conducted. Finally the temperature distribution and its variation of the brake disc were analyzed in detail based on the simulation results.

Abstract: Places of importance of coal mine ground transformer substation in mine electric power supply, according to this article the IEC61850 standard, through the analysis of the function of substation secondary equipment, from the structure of integrated substation automation system-oriented, hierarchical and logical interfaces and interoperability focus analysis of IED, making coal mine ground transformer substation integrated automation communication systems tend to be reasonable. This article is intended to point out that the IEC61850 standard application supports peer to peer traffic patterns, GOOSE information transmission mechanisms will be hard to be effective in reducing IED device wiring, greatly simplifies design and experiment of secondary system for engineering application interoperability between different manufacturers when IED provides effective support.

Abstract: The yaw rock-breaking processes of roadheader single pick at different positions have been simulated by using LS-DYNA, and the dynamic process that pick-shaped cutters cut hard-rock has been analyzed with the technique of SPH(Smooth Particle Hydrodynamics). It has been found that separating rock into smooth particle hydrodynamics(SPH) units can effectively simulate and analyze deformation, damage and other phenomena of rock to lay a foundation of pick design, processing and failure modes analysis. The results of calculations show that this kind of new algorithm is feasible and effective to simulate rock penetration and pick mechanics problems.

Abstract: In this paper, the knurl press fit connection for motor shaft have been researched through numerical simulation and test method. A shaft with knurl press fit have been built in 3 dimensional and a finite element model then been built based it. The press in process been researched deeply and a verification test have been made to compare. After compare the calculated result and test result, the difference between simulated result and test result was small, then the relationship between interference value of press fit and max transferred torque moment was researched. The method used in this paper can be a way to research knurl press fit.
