Abstract: The realization of a device test training system requires the use of a lot of domain knowledge, and building knowledge base will play an important role. In view of the uncertainty, inaccuracy and incompleteness of test data in the testing process, this paper makes the data mining algorithms based on rough set as knowledge acquisition algorithm, and proposes an improved algorithm for insufficient of approximate reduction of rough set knowledge based on the tolerance relation of incomplete information system. The paper studies the design and realization of knowledge base system in the developing of device simulation training system on this basis, and validates the method through a design example of knowledge base of a certain device simulation training system.

Abstract: By analyzing the motion of eyes, eyebrows, mouth, and lower jaw in typical facial expressions, it obtains the motion scopes of each organ. Base on the humanoid head mechanism design, a robot model is created with existing software, which blends head mechanism model and facial elastomeric model. It simulates four typical facial expressions of the humanoid robot (happiness, sadness, surprise, anger) by using finite element method to analysis and simulation; and discuses under different displacement load, the degree of realizing facial expressions. It provided data for humanoid robot to be farther designed and developed.

Abstract: For some nonlinear complex control objects, conventional PID is not able to acquire excellent control effect because of its inherent defects. As a new controller based on PID control technology, Auto Disturbances Rejection Control (ADRC) breaks through the limitation of the former technology, at the same time maintains its advantages. In this paper, these two methods are used for nonlinear object −−two-step water tank respectively. Simulation and application results prove that ADRC controller has better adaptability and robustness when controlling the nonlinear time-delay object, and has capability to achieve no-overshoot and no-static-error control.

Abstract: Due to the simplicity and high recommending quality, collaborative filtering algorithms are the most successful recommender techniques and wildly used in e-commerce recommender systems. However, such systems are vulnerable to profile inject attack which is employed by inserting biased profiles into systems in order to influence the recommendations. In this paper, we propose a novel method against reverse bandwagon profile inject attack model. Our method is basing the standard collaborative filtering algorithms. Experiment results show that our method has better performance against reverse bandwagon attack model.

Abstract: Information extraction is an important part of the image processing. As the economic and technological development, the image quickly extracts information technology has been gained more needs and applications in many society fields. At home and abroad, there are many scholars to study how to quickly extract useful information from the image. Gray, binarization, the largest connected block extraction, contour extraction, corrosion, expansion and circle fitting technique have been used in this paper to match a known circle from a large number of irregular rounds.

Abstract: Platinum resistance sensor is widely used in meteorological observation. In order to ensure the quality of temperature observation data, a number of experiments in different humidity, different working current, and in a constant temperature water tank and dry oven and other environments are completed with platinum resistance sensors. The experimental results are analyzed to investigate the influence factors of platinum resistance temperature measurement accuracy. The experiments can provide basis for objective evaluation of platinum resistance temperature sensor’s performance index, and for platinum resistance temperature sensor’s production, test, use and other areas, and can ensure quality of meteorological observation data.

Abstract: To perform effective radar small signal detection in low SNR, a signal-processing model is established. In the model, the feature factors that distinguish small signal from noise are defined with whitening process and feature decomposition frequency estimation, then the RBF parameters are optimized by using genetic algorithm and APGA-RBF neural network is formed to realize classification, thereby the small signal detection is completed. Results of simulation show that the detection probability is greatly increased as well as the performance of classification.

Abstract: A large number of harmonics generated by nonlinear loads injected into the grid will make the power system voltage and current waveforms produce a serious distortion, in turn impact on the measuring instrument. Harmonic generation because and it’s impact on induction watt-hour meter are introduced in this paper, the measurement error on the induction meter is analized, and methods and countermeasures to reduce the induction meter power measurement error are proposed.

Abstract: This paper presents a dynamic routing method for shortest path planning and conflict prevention of AGV system, and then illustrates the principle and implementation of this method. It gives a way to schedule a shortest and conflict-free route by utilizing Dijkstra algorithm and the Dynamic Time-Window Method, and comes to the conclusion by experiments that the combination of these algorithms will solve the routing problem of small-sized multi-AGV system to a large extent.

Abstract: A battery operation parameters simulation generator was specially designed for testing battery management units. Its purpose is to provide a test platform for the industrialization of the battery management units. The parameters simulation generator can provide the battery in various conditions of voltage, current, temperature and other analog signals. In order to calibrate the battery simulation parameters in real-time, a complete set of the calibration and monitoring interface was designed based on LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench) environment. The human-computer interface can achieve calibration control of voltage, current, temperature signals online, data analysis, data display, data storage, and fault diagnosis. Test results show that the developed human-computer interface is able to realize real-time calibration and monitoring functions for battery operation parameters simulation generator. Furthermore,the interface also has good real-time and stability, and has a certain application value on the testing and evaluation of the battery management unit.
