Abstract: The paper summarizes the methodology and presents the evaluation of the test results of basic strength parameters, that means characteristic and design values of tensile-bending strength and modulus of elasticity of fibre-cement slabs material. The problems under consideration proceed from the probability approaches and reliability criteria for the evaluation of load-carrying components according to the limit state method. The conclusions based on material tests of actual structural parts provide for the verification and precision of the calculating and design models and also of the design resistance of structural components.

Abstract: The effect of different load, revolving speed ,content of Ti(C,N) and sintering process on the friction coefficient and wear rate of Ti(C,N)/Fe composites was investigated systemically. Besides, the wear morphology of Ti(C,N)/Fe composites were researched with an environment scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and the phase composition were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The research shows that the wear mechanism of Ti(C,N)/Fe composites are abrasive wear and adhesive wear.

Abstract: This paper describes the results of research that was focused on the study of thermal insulation properties and behaviour of lightweight expanded clay aggregate concrete. During the research it was carried out a determination of the thermal conductivity on a series of test samples with different volume weight and different mechanical properties. Determination of the thermal conductivity coefficient at lightweight concrete is quite difficult due to high in homogeneousness of the tested material being result of high open structure. Stationary and non-stationary measurement methods were used to determine the thermal insulation properties, which were reviewed for their relevance to the application.

Abstract: Pursuant to evaluations obtained at solving this topics in 2010, when was successfully supplied filler at acrylate coatings with grind cullet (waste glass), was chosen referential mixtures of silicate coatings with optimum quality. In Those choice mixtures was made a filler modification by various quantity of the cullet. Used cullet is from crushed glass bottle, that can’t be used for recyclation no more. Filler modification was provided so, to the new filler mixtures was approximate to ideal grading curve. The sieve analysis of original filler materials was made and after comparison of the results were proposed mixtures of new modified mixtures of filler. These then was further analysed and modified. The basic characteristic that was on modifying materials monitored belongs to cohesion with basis, consistence, vapour diffusion and smash strength. Considering absence of coatings surface quality classification Methodist in Czech prescriptions, was for the work needs created a personal methodology for classification coatings surface quality classification.

Abstract: This paper carried out composition test, metallurgical analysis and water samples test of work environment for the centrifugal pump impeller material which experiences corrosion failure. Then combined with the scanning electron microscope and spectroscopy analysis of the fracture morphology, it conducted XRF analysis for the corrosion material to study the unsuccessful corrosion of MDS multistage centrifugal pump impeller in coal mine well water with alkalescence. The researches show that washout of solid - liquid composite phase leads to the serious erosion of pump impeller. The turbulence corrosion and cavitation are the main reasons which cause unsuccessful corrosion of this pump, while the organization defections such as dendritic graphite and binary phosphorus eutectic are important factors that lead to the severe local corrosion of impeller. Moreover, the corresponding prevention measures are proposed.

Abstract: The two-dimensional problem of an elliptic inclusion embedded into an anisotropic magneto-electro-elastic solid is studied. Based on the Stroh formalism combined with the technique of conformal mapping and the method of analytical continuation, general solutions for the stress and deformations in the entire domain are obtained when a generalized line force and a generalized line dislocation is located at a point outside, inside, or on the interface of an elliptical inclusion. Comparisons with some related solutions show that the present solutions are valid and general.

Abstract: In the face of situation that the overall technology of tunnel mechanization construction is relatively backward in our country in recent years, a new type of mechanization supporting construction equipment which is suitable for the national conditions of our country is developed, and the corresponding construction technology is formulated. The equipment that set many functions in one can effectively improve the subway tunnel construction efficiency and reduce cost, and it provides a kind of new thought for the acceleration of China's subway tunnel construction mechanization.

Abstract: According to the modular parallel mechanism and characteristics of a hexapod robot with single drive and tripod gait, we set up a dynamics model and study the relationship between the crank shaft angle and drive torque, which is based on the motion theory of modular parallel mechanism, Lagrange theorem, motion equations, etc. After that, a virtual prototyping model of robot is established based on ADAMS simulation software. The rationality of the analytical method is validated, which provides important theory insight for the control system of robot movement.

Abstract: This article introduces the solving principle of equation of motion and reaction of kinematic pair of RPR group, in a self-developed system for the analysis and design of mechanism,(which is called MAD for short). It takes guide-bar mechanism as an example to introduce the constructing process of mechanism in MAD system, and exports the calculating results as curves.

Abstract: In this paper, we proposed a method for analyzing and optimizing the prism based single-lens stereovision system so that the pictures captured by this system are adequate for the application of stereovision. We first analyzed this system from the standpoint of system setup and parameters selection. Then we introduced a method to calculate the FOV of the prism based single-lens stereovision system. By adding some restricted condition, we redefined the area of FOV and gave a detailed connection between FOV and captured picture to obtain the appropriate image pair for stereovision.
