Abstract: Authors review methods of determining a plant’s mathematical model. Then, they show a numerical method of pulse automatic control systems’ (ACS) identification, focused on computer technology, the interpolation procedure and iterative methods of approximation to the desired solution. The basis of the approach is the method of inverse problems of dynamics and real interpolation method for calculating the linearized dynamical systems. An algorithm and the mobile device designed for the identification of facilities management in operational conditions are proposed. There is results’ application in the conclusion.

Abstract: With the great progress of production process,MENS have applied to a lot of areas in recent years,and today they have become "fundamental devices",which are comparable with the IC. In this paper,we first discuss the main distinct advantages of MEMS as well as the important differences between MEMS and IC,then some latest research progresses on biomedical MEMS applications and MEMS sensor technology for harsh environment applications are briefly reviewed. Finally,possible future developments of MEMS are prospected.

Abstract: This paper presents a 35 GHz patch microstrip antenna array on an organic LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) substrate. To achieve a higher gain and narrower 3 dB beamwidth, a 4×4 antenna array has been designed and simulated using a 2×2 antenna array as unit array. The results show that an 18.9 dBi of gain and a 3 dB beamwidth of 20.7degrees.

Abstract: This paper adopts the Reynolds equation as the governing equation of gas lubrication; it mainly focuses on the complex flow field of flotation cushion with multiple supply-holes and analyzes the gas pressure distribution of bias load on the integral flotation cushion by the numerical method. At the same time, according to the mass conservation principle, an efficient revision iteration route about outlet pressure boundary condition of each supply-hole has been set, and the pressure distribution and flow rate of each supply-hole at different declination are calculated. The results show that when the flotation cushion deflection angle varies, due to the edge deflation, the outlet pressure of the orifice is not in strict inverse proportion to the thickness of gas film on the orifice on the integral flotation cushion.

Abstract: The structure and operation principle of a novel solid MEMS gyroscope with bulk giant magnetostrictive material (GMM) resonator are presented. A finite element method (FEM) for modal analysis of the GMM resonator is employed in which the fundamental magnetoelastic governing equations of the GMM are solved numerically using weak form equations of COMSOL Multiphysics. For a bulk GMM with size of 4×4×4 mm3, it is found that the third order vibration mode with frequency of 182 kHz meets working vibratory mode of the gyro sensor, which is verified by harmonic response analysis. Compared with analogy method which simulates the GMM as piezoceramics, this method is more practically reflect the operation state of GMM resonator of the microgyro due to consideration of Maxwell force in the weak form equations. This paper provides important basis for further full magnetic electromechanical coupling analysis of the microgyroscope.

Abstract: Main characteristics of recent human motion capture systems are analyzed in the paper firstly. Based on that, a new multi-user aerobics wireless human motion capture system based on MEMS is proposed. Design of its framework and core technology solutions including large-scale data obtain, multi-hop wireless sensor and high-frequency real-time transmission are put forward. Finally, three-dimensional real-time reconstructions of the multi-user aerobics wireless motion capture system are showed in the paper.

Abstract: To solve the NC post processing problems of generated tool path file APT generated by Catia V5 in the application of MIKRON UCP600 Vario five-axis machining center, on the basis of the theoretical analysis of tool path parameter and data calculation, the post processor programmed with VC++ that is accordance with machine tool was used. It verified with Simulation and material test: the NC post possessing program can be directly used in CNC machining without manual modification. Furthermore, there was no mark by tool path and the accuracy of the size meets the requirements.

Abstract: Synchronization data acquistition system with multiple processors is the trend of the modern manufacturing equipment development. Complex high-precision equipment even has hundreds of sensors and they are acquiring data at the same time, the sensors are distributed in dozens of data acquisition cards. The key technology is the acquisition system enable to synchro-gather data from data acquisition cards which base on data bus between them and then sent the gather data to arithmetic system. In order to synchronic data integration, it is required a high-speed and low-latency data channels and a suitable data protocol between data acquisition cards and main control card. This paper introduce a new type of synchronous data acquisition system, through the self-defined data bus and a specific memory allocation mechanism, the data acquisition system can sent the integrate data to arithmetic system through main control card after it get the data from acquisition cards, the transfer delay of data exchange is nanoseconds.

Abstract: Starting from the space vector equations of induction motor, it is deduced space vector equations of induction motor based on iron loss, and calculated the flux equation of optimal loss in determining the output of the speed and torque. by the optimal flux control, improving direct torque control system, the simulation is verified feasibility.

Abstract: This paper introduces a soldering defect inspection system for a special integrated circuit board aided by the computer vision. Space occluder is fixed on this special integrated circuit board, which makes the light blocked from the CCD camera to the chip pins to be inspected. This system can inspect the light blocked soldering defects of the chip pins through the structure design of hardware system and the software system. It is a cheap but automatic soldering defect inspecting system, and can do the soldering defect detection instead of manual visual inspection, and improve the detection speed and stability.
